Fantastic experience: Karen was excellent and very helpful in store and sorted us out with a holiday, could not be more helpful.

Fantastic experience: We met Jarred at the Harlow TUI branch who successfully booked us a two week stay in only a months time. He was extremely patient, helpful and had so much knowledge on hotels and countries we hadn’t even considered. He shared helpful insights that were very eye opening to places we originally wanted to go to. He mentioned he is only a temporary member of staff which we thought was ludicrous as he deserves to be permanent member of staff and they are evidently lucky to have him. He is very cheery and makes you excited for your holiday. 5 star reviews for Jarred everyday!!

Fantastic experience: Booked our holiday for 2026. Helped by Jared in store. Absolutely fantastic service and so helpful. Explained everything really clearly and was very patient. I left with no questions as hr literally did everything for us. TUI are lucky to have him represent them. Brilliant customer service.

Fantastic experience: Went into Harlow Tui to sort out problem with Hotel and Jermaine was brilliant. Made phone calls to arrange different hotel and did not have to pay any extra. Fantastic experience: We went into TUI Harlow to book a summer holiday . We had already chosen where we wanted to go, but Lauren made it so easy . The holiday was booked within a few minutes , including seats & any extras we needed . We love having it all on paper, so Lauren printed off a copy for us . She also said she'd fill all our passport details etc when the time comes . You certainly can't beat speaking to someone instead of doing it all yourself on the internet, especially if you're worried about doing it wrong . Big thank you Lauren .

One person especially stuck out too us named JARAD ( so sorry if not spelt right).
