The last experience wasn't great not all itravels fault had a few issues however brother khalid rang me straight away explained the situation, and has sorted it out for me, things do go wrong sometimes unfortunately but it's how things get sorted is what's important which to be fair was sorted out without any issues, taj is also brilliant. We will definitely use them again as they do have great deals. Thank you.

Negative experience: Worst travel agents I have ever experienced. Firstly just when initially enquiring about booking my honeymoon I was passed around so many people and clearly a lack of communication as I was having to repeat what I wanted each time i spoke to someone. When I finally managed to book our honeymoon I received no invoice, boarding passes and hotel confirmation until i chased them up everyday and managed to get them the day before we flew out. On the day out flying out we were told no transfers had been booked despite being promised this when payment was made. Cost us £300 more than love holidays and had to babysit the staff to do their jobs. Absolutely no communication and failed to do their job, worst experience i have ever come across with a travel agency. Just to add on Vienna who booked our holiday was so rude and unhelpful, put the phone down on us when queried about transfers. Better to book yourselves, avoid the stress and agro.

Fantastic experience: We booked our July holiday with itravels, we have never been Turkey so we let there agent vierra advice us where in Antalya to go and which hotel to book, and the journey there and back was amazing. The hotel Alan xafira delux resort & spa was out of this world. The rooms that were requested were great the private transfers collected both from the airport and from the hotel on time and the service was great. All in all the service from itravels was exceptional and we would definitely come bck to book more holidays again. We have recommended friends and families to book with them too. 2022 holiday was fab hopefully many more to come. Thank you Asma
