THERE IS A NO REFUND POLICY! this company will take your money.. even if you paid in full, 6 months before, they will sell your seat after you cancel and double their money! £1600 return flight ticket.. due to issues, had to cancel... £195 back! Fantastic experience: Ms. Leena was very helpful and friendly from Day 1 when I first made an enquiry for a November flight to Manila. She provided me options so I could make the best choice. She was always responsive to my queries as well. Days prior to my flight, she even reminded me about registering for the e-travel which is a requirement in entering the Philippines and offered to help me in doing so. The day before the flight, she also checked on me to make sure everything was ready. I was touched when she messaged while I was in the Philippines to find out if all went well with our flight and assured me that the flight going back to the UK was scheduled as planned. Truly, she is an asset to AeroTravels! Thank you so much, Ms. Leena.

Negative experience: Worst Experience. I have beared loss of 95% with this company. If you need to book ticket, kindly go to any of your local travel agent who you can trust, never trust these bull shits. They never tell you 100% truth. I was about to travel in january and booked my family ticket with travel agent named 'Virat' due to some issues, I was unable to travel. I spoke to this guys many times and told that I want to change my tickets and he said its fine. He never told me that if you will change or cancel there will be big lose, you will lost almost all your money. He never told me this. I spoke to him 3 days before that I want to change the ticket details as I am not able.to travel in january as I will travel in April. He did t told me anything before about cancellation charges and even he didnt told me that he booked my non refundable ticket. I gave him £1335 already and my £870 amount was due to pay. When I told him to change my tickets and all day he didnt said anything late in evening he said there is cancellation charges which is £840 . It was shocking news for me, I told him if you knew it before that if I will change the ticket date I will bear this loss I should never change the ticket. I Told him to refund me whatever you left with. Then again he called that they are going to deduct another £350 as a part of service they provide. In the nutshell I gave this bullshit company £1335, resultant this bloody fake company returning me £195, which is shocking news for me and I am not going to bear this loss. As this person name 'VIRAt' is fully responsible for this for not letting me know. He was communicating with me since september on the whastupp and he never mentioned about all this before. When I asked him he said they send me reservation form. I told him that I am keep on asking you that I have to change the date, will it be fine and every time he said there is not problem and suddenly when I was about to he drop big bomb on me. I need a claim. I already pass this case to authority and further. So I am sharing my story on their reviews to make you all aware of these scammers. DONT TRUST THEM. we all are working very hard and these scammers are working online and not giving proper information.

Negative experience: My review on tripadvisor and google; going to be posted everywhere that I can. Wanted to give NO STARS… third booking now that they have managed to utterly mess up; in my opinion incompetent, quite a lot of lies told and they should NOT be allowed to continue as a travel agency (or ANY agency for that matter); USE AT YOUR PERIL… I leave them in my Lord’s hands to deal with and he does not mess around with people that mistreat his children. “I wipe their dust from my feet.” Never had such poor treatment in my life. Now not answering my whatsapp as I need to cancel a flight; TOTAL LET DOWN TO THE PHILIPPINE PEOPLE; they should well be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES; I see/hear no good/positive comments about them.

Negative experience: Very very difficult to talk to an agent. Even today I made a call and waited for more than 30 minutes. It didn't seem that no one was there to answer me. When needed, no way of contacting them. Up to the people who want to use aero travel services.

Negative experience: I never ever book from Aero Travels. We did paid in full,month before departure but we were sat on very far end seats and four of our family separated on different seats also same on Arrival. We were waiting last six hours to know our seats even trying to contact them by phone never response. We did fly hundred times but never had a worse experience like this.

Leena as my agent she’s always updating if something changes our flight. This is easy way and affordable monthly fees for me specially I have bills monthly I never struggle to pay it. Negative experience: My experience with this company, i will not name names but you know who you are was nothing short of disappointing. The agent mishandled my booking, resulting in my family being seated far apart, which was not what we had requested. Even worse, I was told there would be no additional charges for a flight change, but that turned out to be a false promise. Their lack of professionalism and integrity has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice. Usually my family book with them all the time with no problems this time we faced a lot of problems. He lied to us saying if we take the 11hour transit in maldives we can go and walk around in Maldives, but that was not true at all. Instead of being honest, we had misleading information, and a horrible journey back to the UK.

Negative experience: I have just returned from the Philippines after 1 month rather sad and disappointed. My flight was booked in May through Agent Anne, I had planned to visit for 3 months for which I would require a visa, however it was suggested by Anne that I should purchase a flight ticket for 1 month and travel on my passport only, then when in the Philippines apply for an extention visa and my return flight could be changed for a small charge, I took her advice. I later applied for a visa and emailed Leena in order have the return flight changed, I recieved an email quoting a cost of £400, not a small charge. this, plus £50 for the visa was not affordable and I had to return via the original flight date. I left my fianceé both sad and disappointed as was I. On top of this I had a 9 hour stopover at Bahrain airport. All in all a very disappointing experience as I feel I was not given accurate advice.

Fantastic experience: I was looked after by Mason, his service was second to none. Some people go the extra mile for their customers, with me Mason did a few extra miles. I cannot thank him enough to help me secure my tickets for my first holiday abroad - just me - for 20 years. About the tickets to Mombasa, Mason arranged a really short - but sensible transit time, in case of delays, the tickets were payable in interest free installments over a 9 week period. I cannot thank him enough. Would I recommend him and use the company again. Absolutely.

Fantastic experience: In honesty we were really sceptical about booking our flights online you hear so many horror stories. We came across Aerotravels on a google search think it was the second link we clicked on. The website looked great, however I always prefer to speak to someone on live hat, if they dont have it wont book. After to speaking to Harry on live chat, we spoke on the phone told him exactly what we were after a Multi stop to the USA. He was polite and friendly throughout the conversation and have to say found us an absolutely cracking deal. Most other sites were quoting well over 2k. Happy to say Harrys quote was no where near that and we decided to book with them. They always notify you of changes to flights and always ask for approval incase your not happy with the new flight times. Would highly recommend to friends and family!
