Fantastic experience: Recently booked a holiday through the branch as we couldn’t decide where to go, so popped in to find some help/advice. Couldn’t fault the service from Gemma (as well as all other staff members), from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left; Very friendly, positive & professional service. Found it so much easier & helpful booking in store rather than online.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t fault the service I received from when I first stepped foot in the store to flying off for our wedding!! The process was so easy but that definitely wouldn’t have happened without Laura!!!! She was an absolute star! We didn’t have the most easiest booking but she took it in her stride and dealt with it all amazingly! Nothing was too much trouble! You really are a credit to the team!! Fantastic experience: Visited St Austell TUI to book a last minute cruise for my disabled mother and myself. The cabin I had hoped to book was no longer available but, Phoebe went above and beyond to find a suitable cruise/cabin. She spent ages searching and managed to find just what we needed. She is truly a credit to your company, I can't praise her highly enough. I will certainly be back to book further trips.

Sometimes you just need to go in store for that personal experience rather than booking online.My kids and I were in the store and she made them feel welcome just as much as she did me! We have booked cruises on Marella 4 times, twice it has been Hanna who we have had the pleasure of dealing with. First class service from this young lady, who has proven to us and our needs, that nothing is too much trouble for her. Very thorough, and has always checked to make sure she could find us the best deal. Once again for our May 2026 cruise with my son who has additional needs, and needs to be in a cabin next to or opposite ours, she went through different decks etc to find us 2 cabins that would work for us. I have also this morning received an email off her to say she will be sorting out the assisted travel and what we need to do nearer the time. Fantastic experience: Recently returned from a 7 night holiday in Weggis, Switzerland having had a truly wonderful time. . So grateful to Kate from Tui who helped us find our dream destination. Hotel Alexander was wonderful. We had a lovely clean room with stunning views over Lake Lucerne to the snow capped mountains. The staff were welcoming, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food was scrumptious and beautifully presented. Also enjoyed the 2 heated pools, bliss! We loved the lakeside walk into Weggis with the crystal clear air. Easy access to the boats and cable car up Mounnt Rigi, what amazing views! Our daily trips out to the other lakeside villages, mountain walks and Lucerne proved to be perfect! Hence the 5 star rating from us, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Booked with Tui St Austell many times over the years and always been very satisfied with the customer service and knowledge. Recently we booked a holiday for May this year, I went in with a long list of requirements for our young family and all the boxes were ticked. Patsy booked our holiday and was absolutely wonderful entertaining my young daughter for 2 hours, even giving her biscuits! For the first time ever I actually had doubts about the hotel we had booked once I got home and the next day I anxiously went back to enquire about an upgrade/change, this was absolutely no problem and resolved within 20 mins, all the staff are fab! Each time I have been in to book a holiday it has been stress free and tailored to your needs. There is constant communication to help you along the way till you depart on your holiday and they are always at the end of the phone if you have any questions or need anything. We were also told about some amazing excursions that we can do on holiday and went ahead and booked these. Fantastic experience: These guys really know what they are doing when it comes to holidays. Made an appointment on Facebook which was nice and easy. Had a meeting with Pheobe, she really knows her stuff. Talked through many options before settling on what we beleive to be a dream package. Fantastic experience: We had a holiday booked that we needed to cancel but wanted to book another at a different location. Phoebe went above and beyond in helping us achieve this. She spent so much time making sure that everything was booked including airport parking and assistance for myself. Fantastic experience: Recently we returned from a Marella cruise on Voyager. On return we realised that my partner had left a treasured hat on board. The next party of passengers were TUI personal and staff. After posting a request to look out for the hat, the response we received was overwhelming. I received over 350 responses which mainly included TUI personal going above and beyond to try to locate the hat. I believe it also included staff from this branch. The hat was located and is currently in the hands of a TUI boss. We are overwhelmed at the response from TUI and the staff at St Austall who are keeping me up to date on progress. You didn’t have to go to all these lengths but you did and we will be forever grateful Regards Lesley Benson

Fantastic experience: I came in to St Austell Tui with not much intention of going anywhere, to my surprise I was greeted by 2 girls, Hanna and Phoebe who got talking to me and my partner and I thought they were brilliant. So much so we decided to look into a holiday. We haven’t booked yet but we’re deciding where we want to go and we will definitely be going back thanks to these 2 brilliant young ladies!

Fantastic experience: Called into TUI Shop St Austell with my Brother and his wife we booked our cruise with Kate who was very helpful and friendly booked are flights seats and cabins on the same deck 6 even though it was difficult for me on my own and the computer was trying to put me down on deck 3 but Kate got it all sorted and she recommended the hotel next to are Airport Departure very happy thanks very much.

Fantastic experience: Went in on the 17 October to the TUI shop in St Austell, Kate looked after us to sort out our cruise , fantastic service and extremely friendly, sorted it all out as there were 3 of us, booked rooms on the same deck and seats on the flights, she suggested a hotel for us to stay in the night before we fly, I can highly recommend them to assist you in your journey requirements.

Fantastic experience: Popped into the store to book our May holiday. Patsy was amazing (and Leanne chipped in with a few suggestions too!) We were going to book online by thankfully decided to go to the store instead. I had chosen a particular hotel for part of our holiday but their local knowledge made us change our mind and have now chosen a fabulous hotel with a roof top pool! Yes, booking online is easy - but you don’t have those personal touches (or banter!) so will definitely use St Austell TUI instead - they even price match to the online price! Thank you

Fantastic experience: Visited the St Austell branch a few weeks ago to get some info on a possible holiday for next year and spoke to Laura. Yesterday we finally managed to go back to book it and we saw Laura again. She was really nice and helpful, she also remembered us. Laura was able to give us advice for travelling as I am now disabled which put both me and my husband at ease. We’re now really excited for our holiday next year.

Fantastic experience: I decided to book a cruise for myself & my husband but couldn’t decide where I wanted to go. I spoke to Patsy, who was very patient with me. She gave me all the options available to me. I explained that I had mobility issues & would perhaps need more days at sea. She suggested the Olives & Old Town cruise on the Marella Explorer. It was a 2 week cruise & almost every other day was at sea. She advised on excursions too & booked a champagne breakfast for us. She also helped me book the assistance at the airport. I really didn’t need to do much, apart from turn up at the airport & everything was arranged there & on ship, thanks to her expertise. This was our 1st cruise & definitely won’t be our last. The recommendation from Patsy was perfect. It really helped having the extra days at sea. When we book another cruise, or land holiday, I will most certainly ask for Patsy
