Fantastic experience: I contacted the Corby store to help me find a holiday to Turkey, the store replied back very quickly and found a holiday for me, I went into the store to book which was a stress free easy experience. Sadly my hotel was cancelled 2 weeks before I was due to travel, although this was less than ideal, the Corby store staff did all they could to help me arrange a new hotel and offered me a higher exchange rate on my travel money. Whilst my overall experience with Tui has not been great, Corby staff have been very helpful and did what they could to sort any issues.

He was so patient and helpful, recommending places and telling me about activities and making sure i had all the information i needed to make my decision. Our latest holiday has been booked with the help of Stacey, she has gone above and beyond in helping us as a family to help with booking, planning excursions and helping us with things like parking, lounge and insurance. She had amazing customer care her service was amazing and put everything at ease my last 2 holidays have run so smoothly. Nothing was too hard for her pricing up annd making the right deal for us. Fantastic experience: Frantic mum ! Huge thanks to your amazing colleague Steph from the corby branch. So a little frantic I entered the store, I had initially booked our Tui holiday online. We haven’t been abroad since pre covid times so E tickets etc through me a little. 4 days before we depart on our holiday, I received an email stating that the flight company had changed and could no longer allow our 14 year old daughter to sit in the extra leg room seats. After a couple of long calls nothing to avail, they could not help in seating us together. I popped or should have said ran down to our local Tui shop and Wow ! Steph you were amazing and couldn’t do anymore to help a frantic mum, you seated us all together and calmed me down. A credit to your company , thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy to provide Feedback on someone going well beyond expectations. A big " thank you " from me and my wife to Steph at the Tui Corby shop. Without going into too much depth on an issue that arose due an Easyjet flight-change Steph got involved with a problem that had nothing to do with her or her store.Even so she displayed plenty of friendly caring empathy for our situation. Even so Steph referred the matter to her line manager and then called a different team and managed to arrange a win-win solution for us and Tui, a company we have used many many times in the past , and will continue to do so. Fantastic experience: We were struggling to book a holiday as a large group so popped into the Corby Tui store and Robyn helped us find and book our holiday. She was efficient, polite and patient and she found us a great holiday. I usually book online but I would definitely book through Robyn again next time.

Negative experience: We were left waiting to change currency back we had brought it from there and libby served us and her service was brilliant so we decided to go back to change it back there, there where 2 staff on the floor both looked up but neither acknowledged us and we were stood waiting intill libby came out from the back to speak to one of the girls libby acknowledged us straight away and her service made up for the lack of service from the other 2 staff members. I wish i could do 2 star ratings as id give libby 5 stars . I no tuis policy is to acknowledge customers when they walk in so we were very disappointed tgat the 2 staff members ignored us, only reason id use them again is through libby

Since our local TUI store closed we have to travel quite a way to Corby but it’s worth doing to have face to face contact and chat to the friendly team who are always there to help.
