Negative experience: This is a fraud. Applied in June 2024 and haven’t had a response. Paid £280 pounds and have been ignored and mentally tortured by them! I have called and messaged. A guy called ahsan said I will receive an email but haven’t had any response!! Such a disgrace. I will have to contact the police now. These people shouldn’t get away with this. The reviews are paid and fake.

Fantastic experience: One pf the best service’s of pakistan right now. From start to end all process was done by Nadra agent and I even didn’t had to do a thing to get my baby Nicop. Fantastic experience: I am very pleased to have used this service. Things worked out exactly as the team said they would. I was a bit skeptical about using the service to start with, and worried about potential scams. But my application progressed smoothly and I received my card on time, (a little earlier than the 6 weeks I opted for actually!). Various team members are on hand via different apps to help answer queries, and they are quite quick at getting back to questions. The entire process can be carried out online/via apps, and the team provide help and guidance as and when you need them. Hashim oversaw my application from start to finish and was excellent at responding to my queries in a clear manner, being very patient and reassuring providing the information I needed. He has a very can-do attitude and ensured my card arrived at the specific address I needed. I'm grateful the service exists and I would definitely use them again.

However my case worker Hashim Awan assured me and eased my horrendous anxiety through the online process. He answered all my questions respectfully and kept me updated every step of the way. Negative experience: Very frustrated to see the service for FRC. They do not provide hard copy and e copy is pretty useless and not acceptable anywhere. Keep on answering same thing for different questions!

Positive experience: Online Application process was quick and easy with 24/7 support being brilliant. Workers where friendly and helpfull only improvment would be to use a more common app such as WhatsApp for the application process, having to download another app may be an issue for the elderly or those who don't have storage to spare Another thing was that my fingerprints form did arrive a little later than it should have.

Positive experience: Much preferred doing the application online than going in person! To improve, I would suggest you email or text message customers when you need their urgent response to complete their application as a lot of us aren’t familiar with telegram and don’t always get the chance to check the app for messages and this could cause a delay in receiving the card. Other than that everything was straight forward and simple.

Fantastic experience: Although it is costly compare to Pakistan but it was extremely convenient to work with dedicated person who did everything on my behalf and I only shared the information directly to the person who worked with me. Negative experience: I have paid them 150£ for passport. My application rejected by DGI&P. At the end person from this unofficial services for NADRA told me to go to embassy. I asked them to provide my online account details but they didn’t. And then embassy charged me another 40£ . Don’t apply for passport through them. Wastage of time and money.

You also applied for the Nadra Card at the Pak Visa Centre and it was done without any issue. On the other hand, the fingerprints that you submitted for the passport application did not match the ones in the Passport Office database. In such a case, the applicant has to appear physically at the embassy along with the fee utilization certificate. Such decisions are made by the Passport Head office and we cannot change this requirement. Kindly contact us directly if there is any other query. Positive experience: Excellent and absolutely fabulous service. I would have given 5 star if it was not that expensive, and believe me it's very expensive. I chose the urgent 1 week service and cost me approx 200 pounds which is a bit steep. Otherwise service was excellent.
