Fantastic experience: I visited the store a couple of weeks ago to book a last minute holiday in the sun with my husband and 8 week old baby. Katie was fantastic at helping us search for lots of options for a holiday and get something booked. Taking an 8 week old baby away with special formula I had lots of questions! Katie was excellent at sorting out medical baggage, finding out about pushchairs and emailing the hotel about a cot and my gluten intolerance. I would 100% recommend booking a holiday with TUI Lincoln! I also spoke to other staff in the store (as my 8 week old baby was rather noisy!!!) and every member of staff was very helpful, chatty and welcoming. Thank you

Fantastic experience: We were recently informed that there would be renovation works carried out on our hotel at the time of our holiday so we had the option to rebook at a later date or keep to the original dates, we chose to rebook. We visited the store and was greeted warmly and friendly by Katie and once we explain the situation was very keen to assist. in resolving the situation. during this visit Katie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and would highly recommend using both TUI Lincoln and Katie to book any future holidays

Made sure we looked at every possible holiday that would have suited me Made me feel super comfortable and was really helpful and answered any questions We didn't book in the end (my boyfriend didn't want to commit) and Andrew and his colleagues (who's name I forget) were still so nice about it Thank you so much Andrew! Fantastic experience: I always use this branch to book my holidays. This year I went in with my Mother in Law, all we knew is we wanted an all inclusive holiday that was family friendly but not solely focussed or overrun with kids, wanted good variety of food, short flight but still hot! We had a slightly 'awkward' set up with 4 adults, two babies and needing 3 rooms. Holly was friendly, trustworthy and inviting from the moment we sat down. She listened and remembered our requirements. She had some issues due to us needing 3 rooms, one of which had 1 adult which hotels do not seem to like. The hotel really did meet all of our requirements and Holly went above and beyond to make this work, she used back office systems, she called retail support and she had colleagues come along to try and help! She did not give up and she found a way to make it work and thanks to her we are going on a holiday in April which meets all of our parties requirements! This is an excellent example of why I would always go in branch, Holly took the stress of booking a holiday away. If I had tried to do this online I do not believe I would have found something that met all of our requirements, I would have more than likely spent several evenings trying to find something and settling for something that met 80% of what we wanted. I would have also had trouble booking which would have led me to give up on a holiday all together! Instead because I used TUI and had Hollys assistance, we had our most ideal holiday booked in under 2 hours. Thank you Holly for being fabulous.

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely experience at TUI in Lincoln on 13/01/2024, we had an appointment booked for 4:30 PM, but they accommodated me and my friends at 4:00 PM. We were all first introduced to Megan, who helped us pinpoint where we wanted to go abroad based on our requirements and needs. Then we were passed onto Andrew who helped us finish the booking process to Gran Canaria. Both members of the TUI team were easy to talk to, friendly, and just down to earth which helped us have a good laugh too! They certainly went above and beyond expectations, I would treat this review as a reminder to book in-store rather than online. Thank you both, I hope to see you again soon! :)

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with Holly. Wasn't 100% sure I was booking anything when I went in but I booked a holiday for May and I'm so pleased I did! No one was available when I went in to the shop but both Holly and the gentleman working (sorry I didn't catch your name!) both apologised and asked me to take a seat. It was barely any time before Holly welcomed me and sat down with me. She really listened to what we needed and asked all the right questions to find the right holiday for us. She clearly has excellent insight and experience in finding just what you need! Holly made sure we looked at different options, at different price points and different dates/airports/timings etc. I hadn't booked annual leave at work but Holly made me aware of the 24 hour cancellation/amendment rule, so I could book then go home and check the annual leave calendar. Luckily, the dates were free so didn't need to take advantage of the 25 hour rule. I would not hesitate to recommend TUI Lincoln to anyone, and to Holly especially. I received the highest level of customer service and we cannot wait to go on our holiday!
