Negative experience: Trying to get help regarding a booking I have almost impossible.

Fantastic experience: Used Scotland Cruise Centre to book Cruise for 2026. Dealt with naomi she was so friendly and professional made the whole process so easy. She gave us all our options before we booked to ensure we got the right cabin for our family. Would highly recommend them to family and friends

Fantastic experience: Our regular cruise travel consultant Alana, once again was able to pull together all our South America/ Antarctica cruise and travel requirements in a very helpful , professional and and personal way. We returned to her 10 days later with an enquiry regarding a possible ‘5 night add on’ which we had noticed on a rival cruise agency. She quickly took our additional request on board and successfully managed to put in place to our satisfaction. Excellent customer service as always. Cant fault this company. Special thank you Alana

She really helped me to book all the things I wanted for my mums future cruise, she was very patient and at all times friendly, yet professional. Negative experience: Its the first and last time I use this company, just back from the worst cruise I've ever been on, on the NCL breakaway, the hotel was horrible, only 1 bag checked in, taxi took us to wrong hotel, engine failure on the cruise ship, bad service, etc. And believe it or not the manager doesn't even know cruise ships don't dock in Rome, I don't know how many times I explained it to her that they dock an hour away in civitavecchia, that should tell you something about the service! Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Never again!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing holiday in Canada and Alaska. Can't fault this company, they were amazing. Part of our trip was cancelled (Rocky Mountaineer), through no fault of theirs. They arranged an extra night in a hotel and also an extra flight. When we arrived home they quickly refunded us for part of our trip. Fantastic customer service .

Fantastic experience: Although having cruised 25+ times, this was the first using Scotlands Cruise Centre and I would definitely use it in future. My call was answered quickly and efficiently by Michelle, who was able to give me all the information required for my initial enquiry. I was very impressed with her follow up email which covered more detail than expected and therefore enabled me to make the booking sooner than expected.

Fantastic experience: You know how you have quite a list of requirements when you want to book a Fly/Cruise and you hope they can all be met by the cruise consultant. After Rosie arranged everything for me, I had the very happy feeling that everything had gone really well, all requirements met or exceeded and her knowledge and guidance on various points had contributed greatly to a very successful outcome. Negative experience: Booked cruise holiday in Jan 21, went Dec 2021. Lies , lies and more lies told by agents. Currently under investigation. Save your time the stress and heartache and book your holiday's with a reputable company Hayes travel. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Over a £1000.00 owed to me by this company and MSC. Be very careful they tell you one thing then do something else. I'm still traumatised and angry. My faith has been lost in booking holidays abroad.

Negative experience: On booking with this company was quoted £1400 more than if I booked myself. When I asked why it was so expensive was told it was the flights. I gave flight times and numbers and they came back to me with the exact price I had found £1400 cheeped ?? My cruise was a Caribbean with one night in Miami before and two nights after. But on my arrival I was told the hotel in Miami had not been paid. I had taken out a credit card especially for my holiday and now had to pay my hotel again. This left me short on holiday funds and also could not spend as I had to make sure I had funds to pay hotel on return in the event this happening again. My cruise was spent mostly in my cabin with no funds to for excursions. The reply from the cruise center when I contacted them was “yes this some times happens”. Myself and partner are both support workers so not great wages and worked 75 hour weeks for what was supposed to be a holiday of a lifetime. But became a stressful nightmare. Only to be made worse with Moya’s ( customer service manager) flippant reply. Thomas p.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I have just returned from an 18 day holiday to Singapore. Cruise to Kuala Lumpur and Thailand. A week in Bali then 2 nights in Dubai all organised by the cruise centre. Excellently done. Paperwork brilliant. All transfers worked perfectly with great drivers. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thanks to Danni and Angela. Great job. Can't wait to book the next one.
