From the very beginning, it was clear that they genuinely care about creating the right experience—not just something based on budget or generic packages. Amy and Kay in particular, was absolutely fantastic. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made it all feel effortless. What really stood out was her attention to detail and how they treated my trip like it was their own. Nothing felt rushed or cookie-cutter; everything was tailored to what I wanted, and Kay offered her personal experiences, I would never have thought of myself. You can tell she loves what she does—and it shows in the results. If you're like us and just would like to go somewhere and do not where, they are the people.This agency truly delivers five-star service.

Negative experience: Experience started well when I arrived with my dogs and was made to feel welcome. Was sat with Adriana who was rude and condescending. She seems to be of the belief that people don’t book cruises in isolation and then the flights and mini breaks afterwards. This was proved incorrect by her own colleague and then again by Hayes travel, who offered much better customer service. Also, we looked on the Royal Caribbean Facebook pages to find that lots of people book their cruises first then flights and hotel wraparound’s afterwards . So not only was her advice inaccurate it was also delivered in a very rude and condescending way. Management really need to get a hold of her attitude and behaviour.

Fantastic experience: We booked a bespoke holiday through Sam and she came up with a fabulous holiday for us at a competitive price. Not only that we were delayed in Dubai on the way back and Sam without hesitation sorted out accommodation for us and put our minds at ease. Sam is a credit to your company and will be back to sort our next holiday with you.

Fantastic experience: I have used Kyle at HD Travel to book little trips for me before, but I got in contact to arrange a special trip to the Maldives next year (something to look forward to post covid and celebrate a special birthday) and he has been amazing! He talked me through insurances, flight times, dates, offers available and sent me images and details of the hotel to review before we confirmed. Nothing was too much trouble. Positive experience: Straight in and straight out, good service

Negative experience: Had to cancel our holiday due to Covid-19, but now they are ignoring every attempt we make to contact them about claiming on our insurance, this means we are at a higher risk of not getting any money back at all. This was a VERY expensive holiday. It is absolutely disgraceful!
