Fantastic experience: Called into the Tui Metro Centre branch for my travel money and advised of the benefits of a travel money card. They’re safer than carrying cash, offer a better exchange rate and use just like you would a debit card! Thanks again Lesley for the great advice and service!

Fantastic experience: We called after returning from a great holiday in ischia with TUI wanting to rebook. Scarlet looked after us and made sure we got everything sorted, she even put in a request for the same room we’d had before, booked our preferred seats on the plane and offered us some fantastic tours while we are there. We had looked online and we’d been given a discount code, scarlet applied this too which great. We will call back in for our euros as she explained if you book with TUI you get a special rate for the exchange. All the staff are friendly and going in to the branch always feels more special and a great way to start the countdown… cheers to the whole team!

Fantastic experience: I have just booked a holiday with Kelly Hall. She was incredibly kind and helpful. She went above and beyond in making sure we chose the perfect holiday that suited us. Kelly informed us in detail about all the trips we could do and also recommended some different places we could visit whilst we were there. She also advised us the currency of the country we were visiting as we had never been there before. Overall, i would highly recommend booking your holiday with Kelly as she definitely made the booking process a lot easier with less stress.

Fantastic experience: We have just booked an all inclusive holiday to Mexico with Elisha in your NEWCASTLE store. She was absolutely brilliant. Very patient with us as we didn't have a clue about the do's and don'ts in Mexico. She explained everything and there was another advisor that suggested a trips we might like as she had been to Mexico herself. We completed our booking and booked a trip that we are looking forward to. I would suggest this store to anyone who is not too sure about booking on line . All good and we are excited for our trip in October

Negative experience: Excellent, friendly service today. What a difference year makes.... My post above from last year. We visited the same branch yesterday and the experience was awful. Really got the impression she couldn't be bothered, she never smiled once, her tone was harsh and even unpleasant at times. Wish we hadn't booked there now. Couldn't wait to get out of the place. Previous manager is a big miss in that branch, atmosphere has completely changed.

As we entered the store we were welcomed by Pauline, this lady was fantastic, very friendly, and knowledgeable about the holidays we wanted to book. Again Pauline was friendly throughout out visit and booking process, Pauline is a credit to the store.

Fantastic experience: just wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with TUI and specifically praise Jacqueline from the Newcastle branch. It was my wife's birthday, and in the spirit of adventure, I decided to book a surprise trip. We initially tried to book with Jet2, but they didn’t honor the online price since we were so close to departure, so I turned to TUI. I was thrilled to find a later flight for the same day! However, after booking, I realized I had mistakenly scheduled the flight for the wrong day and panicked. I called their web call center, but somehow got connected to Jacqueline. She was absolutely amazing! Instead of simply directing me to the contact center, she took the time to understand my situation and went above and beyond to help. When I mentioned it was my wife's birthday, she immediately worked on correcting my mistake and changed the flight to the right day. Her level of dedication and customer service truly impressed me. It’s refreshing to see such commitment to customer satisfaction, especially when you hear so many horror stories about other airlines. Fantastic experience: I had a recent experience whereby I sadly had to postpone my holiday due to a family member who passed away. The process seemed complicated to sort when I called Tui online and would need to pay a cancellation fee on top. I was eventually passed on to a wonderful lady called Jacklyn in the Newcastle Tui branch and she was wonderful from the word go. She explained that we could go through the exemption process and helped me through it by re-booking our holiday for us. She was always on hand to help and called me back with updates. In a very stressful time this lady was an absolute legend, professional, personable and caring. Wish I could book every holiday through her! Great service!

Fantastic experience: Just came back from a fabulous week stay at 5* "Steigenburger Alcazar" Sharm-el-sheikh. We had problems trying to book online with payment,so i called "Kelly"at Newcastle store she was Great made the while booking experience easy also advised us The hotel was amazing as she also stayed there.
