When our favourite hotel was not available on the Tui website for March Lisa was able to recommend an alternative, she was so enthusiastic and was sure that we would love it that we booked it. Lisa knows we like going to the Riosol in October, when the hotel became available on the website she rang us to tell us & we booked it there & then. We are so pleased, fantastic service. Lisa is a credit to the company.

Fantastic experience: We booked our holiday on a cold evening in January with Kasia it’s the third holiday we have booked with her totally by chance and every experience was enjoyable.She was very thorough, pleasant and helpful every stage throughout the process and we would recommend her to our family and friends. With so many bookings and research done online it’s important to remember that Tui staff like Kasia do a great job and make the holiday booking a special occasion.

Fantastic experience: We attended the Broughton store for the first time on a very Snowy Sunday morning. We were given a very warm welcome from Lucie who then showed us a.seat and discussed our requirements. She was very professional and knowledgeable and went into depth on what we needed for talking our grand children and parents to Lapland for a once in a lifetime opportunity. Fantastic experience: Recently went in to the store with a long list of questions that I couldn’t find the answers to on line. Lisa was able to answer every question I had and ease all my worries. Fantastic experience: Can't remember the last time I went into an actual travel agency, but after finding a tui holiday online, I was having difficulties with the payment process due to using two gift cards. Called Tui and they advised going into their local branch. The store itself is immaculate, we were greeted at the front desk by a lovely lady, who then passed us over to Olivia, and what a great help she was, nothing was too much trouble and she found the holiday we had already chosen online, and sorted everything out for us. Thanks again for a 5* service!

Fantastic experience: Booked my holiday with Lisa, she was amazing in helping myself and my partner book a holiday along with my brother and his partner, we had a budget and Lisa was able to get our holiday booked under the budget we had. We were not sure where to go, Lisa gave us options on what locations would be best for what we wanted and then helped us find an amazing hotel in the location we wanted. Can’t thank Lisa enough for this, will definitely be coming back to book my next holiday

Negative experience: Really bad customer service from a man who obviously didn't want to be working on a Sunday (I think his name was Jordan?). Went to book a holiday to Khao Lak but were immediately put off by his unapproachable demeanor and dismissive attitude. We booked the holiday the same day with Travelbag who had better flight options, luxury beachfront accommodation and much, much friendlier staff!

Fantastic experience: Called in today to book a cruise. We spent a lovely and fun couple of hours with Lisa. She is one of the cruise experts at the store and her cruise knowledge is fantastic. She has the patients of a Saint. We explored a few different cruise companies and finally settled on the one which she recommend and fitted our needs. It was a complex booking as it was for 6 of us using different airports with a few extra add on's to the booking. I would highly recommend Lisa especially if your looking to book a cruise.

Thanks to Jordan in the Broughton branch we are now gonna take our kids to an amazing destination that we never thought possible. One of our little girls have a gluten allergy and he saw how nervous we was with taking them to another country and not only did he reassure us but after we left he had gone and read the reviews on this hotel and rang us up to say that the hotel takes this allergy very seriously which really put our mind at rest. Fantastic experience: Visited the Broughton Park branch of TUI today because we wanted to amend our booking. As we had booked it online we were unable to make changes at home and were uncertain with the best way to go about it. When we walked in we were greeted by Jordan who made us feel at ease immediately. He dealt with all our amendments swiftly even though we had booked online.
