Fantastic experience: I dealt with the Nathan at the Telford shop. We booked our cruise for next year with him. He was very professional and patient. He talked me through ever step to make sure I understood what we were getting. He helped me look for other cruises to but this one just fitted the time of year we wanted etc. We will definitely be booking our future holidays with the Telford store and hopefully with Nathan again.

Fantastic experience: Telford Mall shop is brilliant. The staff are very polite and courteous. On a recent visit we booked with Nathan who was very knowledgeable and showed us just the holiday we wanted and we booked it there and then. The shop is very clean and bright and the staff are brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Firstly, may I say how clean, well lit and welcoming the Telford Town centre branch of TUI is. My wife and I have had many positive experiences over a number of years booking our holidays with TUI. My wife and I have never been on a cruise before and weren't sure where to start. We were introduced to Keenan who was most helpful, taking us through the whole process of booking a cruise. Keenan explained everything we needed to know in a patient, easy to understand and knowledgeable way. Answering any questions that we had. Thank you, Keenan for your advice and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: This was the second store that I called, i originally tried the TUI store Telford (on the retail park) and was placed on hold for 40 minutes and finally gave up. I then tried this store as a second resort, the phone was answered quickly by Katie, she was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Since i had already chose my hotel the transaction was completed in minutes. I was very impressed with the service, Katie also managed to answer all of my questions about travel time, and room information ect. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: This is why I love Tui !! The staff working at this Tui branch are fantastic.. Very welcoming and helpful as I was working throughout the building. Ceri and all the staff here are Very friendly and did everything they could to facilitate my visit. There was lots of happy customers flowing through the doors asking for many different holiday destinations and it's clear that the staff here are extremely knowledgeable about so many locations world wide. I would recommend Tui to anyone traveling and they have great discounts on extending your holidays for extra days at very little extra cost to many locations.

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to start , we walked in and was welcomed by Nicole and Krissie who instantly made us feel welcome , we asked about looking at wedding packages and Nicole got as excited as we were about it , she has gone above and beyond with the whole booking , we couldn’t decide on venues but she helped us all the way and getting us so many different prices and hotels that were available. We have had such a smooth stress free process of booking our wedding and I truly believe that was down to Nicole. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re planning on booking a holiday or wedding do it in this tui store ! We can’t wait now to get married and have an amazing holiday so again thank you so much Nicole you’ve generally made the start of our wedding plans amazing. Your a credit to TUI team :)

Fantastic experience: We visited TUI in the town centre to get some ideas for our summer holiday. We went in not really sure what we wanted just what we wanted to pay and how far we wanted to travel. Katie was fantastic and such a great help. She managed to help us focus on what we really wanted from our holiday and was able to personally recommend resorts to us which was a fantastic help! You always think you can get a better deal online but Katie managed to find us the best holiday for us at a fantastic price. We will definitely return to book our next holiday! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Nicole was brilliant! Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Although we already thought we knew what holiday we wanted as we’d been before, she listened very carefully and updated us on any changes with helpful suggestions throughout. As a complex multigenerational family booking (3 adults and 2 children with ages 5-68) we presented a few challenges both at the booking stage and with our holiday requirements. Nicole made some great suggestions and was super patient as our fidgety younger member became bored with the booking process while other members requested last minute tweaks. Nicole took it all in her stride, smiled throughout and was really chatty and engaging, making us all feel relaxed and less guilty at the chaos we knew we were causing, and ensuring all our detailed requirements were met including the last minute changes. Also a special mention of the amazing Ceri who greeted us when we arrived, ensured we were comfortable and chatted while supervising our last minute holiday amendments. I highly recommend TUI Telford Town Centre with its lovely friendly team and especially Nicole and Ceri.

Fantastic experience: This evening myself and my partner dropped into the TUI Telford centre store to look through some of the brochures as we wanted to plan and book our honeymoon for next year. Nicole was very friendly and welcoming, she invited us to sit down and go over some options as we had a vague idea of what we wanted, but had no idea where to start. The whole experience was lovely! Nicole was incredibly sweet and friendly with us both, we probably talked for much longer than we were supposed to, but she didn’t even try to rush us when the store was closing (though I was very aware she probably needed to go home). All of the staff in the store were chatty, the manager joined in our conversations and the whole pressure of trying to book a holiday, and the usual stress, completely disappeared. We fell in love with an offer Nicole found and I have no doubt I would not have found it if I had booked online instead. Nicole went through all the tiny details with us, making sure the whole plan was perfect and we left feeling very excited about the holiday we now had booked! We were assured that if we had any questions, to go back in and they’ll help us out, Nicole offered to do some paperwork bits as well, which also took some pressure off. Honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the three women in there this evening (sorry I can’t remember all your names), I’ve never had more fun planning a holiday before. Kinda wish I could go back in just to chat to them! Thank you so much, we’re ever so grateful!
