Fantastic experience: A great welcome from the moment we arrived. Assisted by the lovely Carla. We wanted a short break near the coast and that was all the information we gave plus a budget. She found us exactly what we wanted at a bargain price. Will definitely return and ask for Carla. Such a friendly lady with great sense of humour.

Negative experience: If I could I wouldn't even give it one star. The holiday advisors are rude and are sassy. The vibe of the room they judge you and are disrespectful. You want to feel comfortable and that staff are accomodating when you come into a place like that.You'd rather do everything online then to waste your time coming in.

Fantastic experience: We've enjoyed the support of Lucy this weekend, as we finalised our 2026 'holiday of a lifetime'. It's fair to say that Lucy's friendly, professional and knowledgeable Customer Service made it an easy decision for us to book via TUI in Leicester, even though we're located in the Scottish Highlands. The power of the internet, combined with a TUI Team member who places the Customer first and obviously has a passion for making plans (and dreams) come true.

Negative experience: I would advise anybody to be careful when booking with this shower. My daughter booked a wedding package with them 2 years in advance and literally with days to go they cancelled it. They are over £5k out of pocket YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED TUI have blocked myself and others from posting on their Bristol site, there’s openness for you TUI, why not deal with the problem in an honest and open way

Fantastic experience: Got to give lucy a 5 star review after trying other stores for cheap and cheerful holiday with no luck we went to beaumont leys store and spoke to lucy nothing was to much trouble and felt no pressure. We could ask her anything and lucy gave us advice. We ended up booking 2 weeks cruise to Caribbean in November. Lucy laughed and commented you wanted cheap and cheerful . So happy we got lucy as the no pressure and advice made us relax and book a dream holiday that we wouldn't have done. Lucy is definitely a asset to Tui

Negative experience: Horrible service never booking again, we trust an employee to book for us correctly and failed to do and we were charged £105 at the airport. When I called to ask for a refund due to and employee fault they blamed us and said we should’ve checked before confirming the booking instead of apologising on behalf of Mia

Also just wanted to say not only did we save money by booking on the Saturday instead of Friday but it went up by £180 pp on Sunday! Bargain! Thank you

Fantastic experience: I cannot express the amount of gratitude we owe to this TUI store in Beaumont Leys and also to one special staff member - Lisa. She handled our immense problem with cancellation and the addition of rooms in our hotel. It was an chaotic experience however with Lisa's immense expertise we finally got the outcome we wanted! She spent her whole day dealing with this problem and dealt with it amazingly and we can't wait to go on holiday.

Fantastic experience: I had not booked through a travel agent for over 5 years, but will now be always looking to do so on a more regular basis. The experience, knowledge and service provided by Mia was so much more bespoke than anything online. It allowed for me to really match a holiday to my families needs. The hotel and location were as described and we were not disappointed. I would recommend this travel agent whole heartedly.

She’s first class in recommendations, and is extremely helpful, even to the point where she sorted out our travel insurance and our travel money for our holiday to Mexico. It was a fantastic holiday, made even better when your travel agent is as good as she is. 5 star service with a 5 star smile.

Fantastic experience: We went to TUI Holiday Superstore Leicester a few months ago to query about TUI wedding packages, Carla supported us with our queries and provided us with all the information we needed to go away and be prepared for what we we wanted when returning in November to book our wedding abroad. We arranged an appointment and yesterday we were surprisingly greeted by Carla who was going to be supporting us with booking our wedding which we were very pleased about! Fantastic experience: We went last Saturday afternoon to beaumont leys too look for a cruise to the med ,we were met by a lovely front reception who passed us over too sam she spent over 2 hours going over different cruises nothing was a effort for her explaining everything and as we went too book it we threw a spanner in the works and asked about Far East cruises in a couple of years time she was more than happy too answer our questions and point us in the right direction and in the end we booked the Far East experience next year , Sam was lovely couldn't help anymore than she did
