Fantastic experience: Had a great experience in TUI Elgin branch booking a holiday to Mexico Riviera Maya with Callum & Dianne. Excellent customer service, Callum was very genuine and upfront with pricing and gave us a fantastic discount better than booking on line. Would definitely be booking again in store. Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday to Tenerife for me and my son we normally go to the same place. But the travel agent who was dealing with the holiday recommended a place to stay and it worked out cheeper for me to go there and was a far better experience on my holiday so thank you Chloe for all your help will defo come back for future holidays with you

The girls in the shop are so friendly and the manager even responded to a message over the weekend about how to go about changing our seats for the the flight home because we literally had no clue how to do it while already abroad! Very helpful!

Negative experience: I just left from this agency and I’m disgusted! Ask for their exchange rate from pound to euro and they refuse to tell me unless I tell them what rate I got from other places!! Can you believe that ? Stay away from this scammers trying to pocket as much they can from you! A rate should be the same to everyone right?!

Positive experience: Flight was OK. Stewards nice. But we had over a 5hr delay on return. Applied for a claim. 2 of us should have received £500 each. We got £350 between 2 of us. You only have so long to claim. What are you suppose to do to complain. Used to like TUI. Will not be using them again. Not only have their staff left but now customers dont like them

Negative experience: They were really helpful here and extremely patient....... until covid hit. Spent over £9k on a luxury holiday and it took over 4 months to get a refund after they cancelled it. The worst part was that no one communicated anything, started to think that the money was lost. Then one day the refund unexpectedly "landed", a relief but my god stressful. Jet2 are still refunding customers within 28 days so unfortunately for Tui I can't book with them again. The chances are the pandemic will take a few years to go away so there's a fair chance that future holidays will get cancelled again. A real shame as the Tui Sensatori range is quite luxurious, but I can't bear extremely poor customer service once you've spent your money.

Negative experience: Booked a holiday a couple of months ago I was miss advised by Lorraine on the terms and conditions so I phoned to speak to sandra the manager I calmly explained everything and she jamp down my throat her attitude was disgusting all I wanted was a explanation. Never booking threw tui again.

Negative experience: I went this store and i wait more than one hour after that the lady who calls vitoria refused to attend me just because i asked about if i can make a complaint about the time i wait there and no one tell me nothing

Fantastic experience: My wife and I popped in to the Elgin branch for a wee look, we got a fantastic response and came away with a smashing holiday in Mallorca fantastic prices. We shall definitely be back.

Negative experience: Booked a holiday with my mates to Magaluf, stated clearly that we were looking for a cheap holiday from Aberdeen and we managed to sort that out. Then a week or so before the final payment had to be made we were told that we now had to fly from Edinburgh. The only option they gave was to cancel the holiday and didn't give any compensation for us now having to pay for travel and accommodation in Edinburgh since our flight is now at 5 in the morning. Awful service and won't be travelling with them again.

Positive experience: patience of Saints in there was in getting my daughters photo taken for her passport and they were very good with her.

Negative experience: Booking the holiday is fine and staff are very polite but the time taking to wait is terrible. Because of the wait I told my partner not to book a second holiday with them but was too late. So, trying to pay off deposit and holiday is a nightmare, queued today for 15 minutes only to walk out and not be acknowledged through the whole visit. This waiting time is normal, in the past seven days with four visits time taken in the shop is now at one hour! Need more staff urgently! Wont be buying my currency or any extras from them because the wait is far too long.
