Fantastic experience: Today I had the pleasure of booking a holiday with Chloe after speaking to her at the weekend. Chloe kindly called but I was unable to speak and so we rearranged for later in the day . So we are booked even if it’s another 500 days before we travel. Thanks Chloe for your help and patience.

Fantastic experience: Went to the store yesterday after noticing that i was being asked for an additional payment for included airport transfers even after paying of the full balance. I spoke to Chloe who checked the bookings and found an issue with the payments and bookings part of the transfers. Chloe made sure to honour the original booking and cancelled off the additional payment. I had already called the store and was told by another staff member that I never had the transfer and that I either had to pay the extra or they would remove the transfer which made me consider whether I should trust TUI at all. Fortunately for TUI they have Chloe at the store who completely resolved the issue. Chloe is an asset to your team

Fantastic experience: I called as I have a holiday booked for August and I could see that online luggage allowance has been increased. I spoke to Chloe at the Swindon orbital store and she said she will look into as we booked before the policy was launched. Chloe called back and said they would honour the booking and upgraded the luggage to the new allowance starting from May. Thank you again Chloe for your help amazing customer service today

Fantastic experience: Outstanding! Myself and my husband haven't booked a holiday abroad in 10 years. Now we have children and we didn't want to travel with then too young. So we were excited, and so many people book online now. But I wanted the safety of knowing someone else will check if I've forgotten anything etc. Tahanee was amazing, as soon as we walked in she greeted us. Talked me through every step, whilst also distracting my super excited children. She thought of things like booking seats together, but two both by the window in front of each other, so my boys both have window seats and can talk to each other about what they see and save arguments. We didn't book the day we went in, so she printed us all of the information and trip ideas so I could go over them at home and then we went back in and wanted to change the date, which was no problem, she gave the boys certificates and plane tickets and was just so knowledgeable and helpful that booking a holiday was just pure enjoyment and no stress. It didn't feel like this is a job she does all day every day, it felt like she was just as excited as us for our first holiday abroad with kids. It was so reassuring and I had no idea we could book trips before we go, so we've booked in for three trips to so our week is all planned out.

Fantastic experience: Helena was fantastic, very friendly and helpful and thought of things we didn't. She managed to get us a great price for exactly what we wanted. Couldn't recommend enough, looking forward to our honeymoon in Cyprus.

Fantastic experience: Came into store today and was greeted by Chloe who had a smile on her face and welcomed me to TUI. she answered all the questions I had about currency as I wasn’t sure what to take to Thailand. I was introduced to what is called a multi currency card and I left there with the card that day. She explained everything thoroughly and I felt confident in using my new card. She is a credit to TUI and I hope she’s made aware of this because without her I wouldn’t have felt so confident taking out the card. Thanks again Chloe ◡̈

Fantastic experience: Came into store for some city break inspiration and I was greeted my the smiling Chloe and all I can say is wow! She is an absolute credit to the company, bursting with passion and enthusiasm for her job. I came away with so much knowledge and answers to the questions I had. Can’t wait to come back and secure one of the many holidays she had found me :)

Negative experience: Haven’t seen a holiday rep like Claire before and I can say that I’ve done my fair bit of travel. She was oozing of boredom, very patronising and God Almighty of the look that she gives you when asking her for further information. Due to her attitude, lack of knowledge and interest we have left the branch as honestly, the website would give me more information and is more friendly than your holiday rep. Suggest 1:1 or something else if you want to get holidays booked through your Swindon branch .

Each time we visit she has always given the best advice as to when’s the best time to go to each place. We’ve got 2 kids so are a little more picky with what facilities were after but shes helped with her own recommendations. Great service and she made us a lovely coffee while we were waiting!

Fantastic experience: I went into my local tui in Swindon to book a trip for me and a friend and left within 45 minutes fully booked in and organised. The lady who helped us a young girl named taharnie was a brilliant help! Couldn’t reccomend the experience enough, I find online bits a bit hard to navigate but coming in store was a massive weight lifted! Thank you.

Negative experience: Please please check if you are doing excursions booked via tui in Mexico to confirm all details before you go. we were booked on three, one of which had a 5.30am start and the pick up points were not booked correctly despite staff onsite confirming with us twice face to face and the tui app is uk based and no help really at all this resulted in us not going on the day which was gutting after spending £250. Not happy

Negative experience: My mother went in here today looking to book a singles holiday after a recent divorce. When she asked if they do holidays without high single person supplements, she was told "I'm sorry, we don't deal with singles." before the member staff turned her back.

Positive experience: I didn't go there.

Negative experience: Terrible.. Have always used Thomson Travel, and in the past have always been satisfied with the service, but today, the manageress was NOT there, so dont blame her, came into shop and told t6o busy to see anyone at the moment, waited 10 mins, left to come back later, arrived couple of hours later and got completely ignored by the same person who was NOT dealing with customers, other two others with customers... Thats £2000 that will NOT be going to the Thomson coffers....

Negative experience: I feel compelled to put pen to paper so to speak as I've just left thomson orbital without my dollars that I had ordered on Saturday. As I didn't have any photo I d on me they wouldn't release the money. They had my home phone number ,I was paying on debit card so money would be out straight away. While I understand its company policy ,discretion can be used . I'm clearly not going to pay for someone else's money I knew exactly how much I was picking up. I did call them before to make sure money was in, no mention of me bringing I d. So they do have my home phone number. Thomson you have just lost a valued customer. I've used this company for years and never had a problem until now.

Positive experience: Good people to talk to and we booked another holiday with them. So they must be doing something right.
