Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend booking with Atlas Travel! From start to finish , the service was truly exceptional. The travel agents , Abdul Rashid and Salim - were incredibly patient, responsive , and attentive to every detail. They made sure all aspects of the trip were perfectly arranged and even managed to plan everything within my budget. Hotel club Almoggar was super amazing and clean . From food to catering entertainment and staff was brilliant ! Highly recommend !

Fantastic experience: From start to finish, Atlas Travels and Tariq in particular were absolutely brilliant. I gave them my dates and the hotels I wanted to stay in and left it to them. Tariq booked the flights according to my dates came back with multiple options for the hotels. Once decided, he proceeded to book the hotel that we had chosen. The in depth knowledge and care was astounding. No question was deemed insignificant. My holiday was absolutely 5 star and that started with booking through Atlas Travels. Fantastic experience: I was really keen to go to Rixos Sungate in Antalya. When I reached out to Atlas, Mohammed Issa and his team were able to beat all other competitors with the price and were able to tailor the holiday to my requirements ensuring the flights were at a good and convenient time for me and my family. Negative experience: Truly awful service. I've called 6 times with promise of a call back to finalise a deal yet nothing but empty words. Save yourself the hassle go with a proper company who actually understand what service means. The delay has cost me as the deal isn't available anymore. They talk the big one but couldn't arrange anything but HOT AIR.

Negative experience: نصابين محترفين، صراحة نصيحه من عندي ما طيحو بالفخ، ذهبت عمقرهم واخد مني ذالك يوم كامل لم اتمكن من اقتناء العرض بسبب مشاكل في الدفع لكن وعدوني بهدية رحلة وجولة باليخت في دبي، في الأخير تبين انه كله كذب على كذب، حاولت مرارا وتكرارا التواصل معهم لكن لم يحاولو حتى الإجابة، خلاصة كل هذا هو ان من وعد وعدا ولم يفي به كيف له ان يكون صادقا ؟ والله انهم بس سعالقة نصابين .

Negative experience: Save yourself and avoid this company Worse company to deal with, they won't save you nothing . I could've done a better job by booking myself. Dont bank transfer your money over , communication is awful they don't care about their customers your just another number Hiba is the person I dealt with couldn't be bothered responding to the email I sent

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs! I don’t use travel agents for this reason. They ruined my birthday. Gave me wrong information for passport. Wasted so much money and not even issued a refund. I lost over 3k in total for my 30th birthday. Highly avoid. This money making scam!

Fantastic experience: Best Travel Agents Ever - 5 I have booked several holidays using Atlas travles including my honeymoon. They are super professional and do all the hard work. They know great hotels and can check different dates and flights quickly. Also if you have any hotel suggestions or have seen a flight at a certain price they will always have a look and even get you something better. A massive shout out to Rameez. He has booked my last three holidays and the whole process was always smooth. Any questions or amendments I had, he dealt with straight away and always gets me a solid price and recommends amazing hotels. Also a thank you to Ayub. Negative experience: I booked my honeymoon with Atlas Travels in August 2022, and due to a change of flights, I had to cancel a nights stay at one of the hotels, meaning a refund was due. This was all before I flew out in October 2022. To this day (Jan 2023), I am still yet to receive my refund having called and emailed countless times and been promised that my refund would be in my account in the ‘next few days.’ Absolutely appalling customer service, and I will be making a formal complaint, if anyone replies to me to tell me where to direct it!

Been using them for around ten years now, all the agents are so attentive from phone calls beforehand to checking we have all documents and the thing that does it for me is I always get a message to see we have landed and checked in ok at the destination. Phone is always answered within a couple of rings and Always a Person, none of these answer machines. Negative experience: Terrible service! I spent nearly two hours at the agency trying to book 2 different holidays for me and my family. I already had quotes from Halalbookings and found flights, so I wanted to see if they could beat the price I had already gotten. After spending hours with who I believe is the owner, we were told that he would come back to us with quotes the next morning. The next morning (at around 1pm) he rang me and had only given us a quote for ONE of the two holidays. Not only this, the hotel price was way more expensive than what I had received from Halalbookings. So when I asked about the quote for our second holiday he told me he will get back to me later that day. He then took the details for that trip AGAIN, despite me having gone through it with him for two hours the day before. I waited that whole day and didn’t hear from him. So I messaged him at 7:30pm and he replied saying something like “I’m at home and will text you tomorrow”. So I decided that I would just save myself the time and hassle and book both holidays through Halalbookings. At least with them you can earn points. If you tell a customer that you will call them the next day with quotes, you should have quotes for BOTH holidays. Not only this, if you then tell me that you’ll contact me later that day, you should’ve messaged me with the quote. Instead he messaged only after I had messaged him! And even then he didn’t have a quote for me! I will not be using them again.

Negative experience: Bunch of liars! Booked a holiday to Dubai through them and fully regret it! When booking the hotel located in Dubai Marina, we told them we wanted Marina view and were willing to pay extra if needs be. The travel agent (Ayoub) was like to us the room we booked has the Marina View and you will get that so I took his word for it. We got to the hotel and they had given us a city view, we asked why this was the case as the travel agent said he booked Marina view and this was also written on the confirmation letter he gave us. We contacted Atlas travel whilst there and they were like they will try sort it, we also asked the hotel to give us a proper explanation and they said Atlas had booked the city room and "REQUESTED" the hotel to offer us a Marina view if it was available. I mean I don't get the reason behind trying to ruin someones holiday when we were willing to play extra for the Marina view in the first place?! The hotel was kind enough to offer Marina view for last 2 days of our holiday but never booking through these guys again. If you do end up booking with them, make sure you are getting what you asked for and not being scammed for a cheaper quality holiday than what you paid for.

Positive experience: Atlas Travel are really good when it comes to finding you the a great package deals, they have always beaten other travels agents. I cannot judge the on their sales service but once you have a problem with your travel or any issues BEWARE they will rob you. My wife fell really ill and got admitted in to hospital, it was so bad that her life was at risk. this was 2 months before our travel date I called Atlas to advise them and cancel this, they told me to claim through my travel insurance which I did and had no Issue with (Lloyds Travel insurance 5*). they refunded most of my money just by filling out one form and kept me up to date with payments etc. Atlas travel did say they will look into refunding but never got back to me a month before travels they said they can give back a little amount, I didn't mind and advised them I got 75% back so a little is better than nothing. I later got told I couldn't get anything back a week before my travel date because the hotel in Dubai and the airline are not giving anything back. what else could I do, I decided to leave the matter. on the week of the travel I got an email from Emirate asking me to check in to my flight and then an email form hotel welcoming me. I decided to email both and advise them of the situation. Both companies replied back we do a full refund once payment is received which is usually a month before arrival, as long as they are notified before payment comes through. I even got the date of payment for my travel which was almost 5 weeks after I told Atlas Travel. Plus it was not the full payment as they put me down as a 'No Show'. I did speak to Atlas who said they couldn't cancel it because they would've been charge to cancel, what a lie! All in all they are wolves in sheep's clothing. After the money and no concern for their customers. I may or may not return but make sure I have Travel insurance before hand. Do find out cancelation policy before booking.

Fantastic experience: By far the best and only agency I will ever go to for my future holiday bookings, I have booked with them numerous times and they never let me down and get the best package for the money I pay, they certainly do look after their clients (especially Ayoub). If there were any more stars to give I’d give them more!
