Fantastic experience: Great service from Shirley! Personal recommendation regarding a hotel she has stayed at herself, several times and it looked ideal for our requirements. Fantastic experience: Went into TUI Cheshire Oaks to try and get some questions sorted for our upcoming holiday, Shirley helped us, she helped sort out flights, transfers, queries about the airport and sorted excursions. Shirley couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgeable, got all of it sorted and reassured us. Now just to enjoy the wait till the holiday and have the best time knowing the finer things have been sorted by Shirley!!! If I could do more than 5 stars for Shirley I would!! Fantastic experience: Lauren was absolutely fantastic at the Cheshire oaks store. Really thorough with our holiday search to new york and had her own personal recommendations too which was handy. We added on the go city pass which seemed like a no brainer for a first time visitor like myself, meaning the majority of ojr attractions are prepaid for and on a useful app. Lauren spoke to the third party to double check hotel availbility for the dates we wanted. Good for piece of mind to book as a holiday package and in person too. Thanks

Negative experience: Contacted TUI on 5th May at approximately 16:45 pm and got transferred to this store. The call handler was very unprofessional and childish in her approach particularly her manner in which she spoke and her rude undertone - she took my flight preference and details, searched for flights, then reengaged by asking “how is it I can help you with this, sorry?” This was without telling me the price of the flight. When I then reiterated my enquiry, she was condescending and expressed no empathy. Totally a disrepute to the brand and different behaviour from all TUI agents I’ve spoken to in the past week.

Negative experience: Booked a holiday to mexico cancun in March 2024 great holiday but on the plane the tv didn't work on a 10 hour flight tui said they would refund me 30.00 but never did got to the hotel and they put us in the wrong room we complained to the hotel and they moved us next day again tui hasn't done anything about this staff is friendly overall holiday was great just few things it's near end of July now and all tui says you will get a refund all been processed not the best service tbh just be carefull when booking with tui as anything goes wrong u won't get a refund

Fantastic experience: We thoroughly enjoyed our in store experience whilst enquiring about various places that we could visit within our budget. The advisor who took care of us was Gill and I must say she is fantastic at her job. She listened and tailored our needs to find us some outstanding deals and some locations we didn't think would be within budget. If you need a face to face person to assure you and to understand your needs then I highly recommend visiting the store and taking a seat with Gill.

Fantastic experience: This could be a long one ! We were due to go to Crete early October for a family holiday to celebrate a joint 60th & 30th birthday for me and my son. We booked back in Aug 22 but unfortunately my mother in law became very unwell and we made the decision to cancel. I spent a full day on the phone speaking to TUI and my insurance but to no avail. Incredibly frustrating experience that is still hard to think about even now. Very stressful and upsetting. I don't know why but I remembered the TUI store at Cheshire Oaks Ellesmere Port and as a last resort gave them a ring. They were amazing. They told me they could help straight away. I wasn't 100% convinced but I went into the store the next day and they helped me ammend my booking for all 5 of us (pushing it back a year). After a few days the ammendment costs were credited to my holiday account to my relief and everything was sorted. Maybe when people book a holiday the first place is online and you sometimes don't think about going to book in store, but I certainly will in future. I can't thank them enough, especially Tom who made the ammendments and chased up the reimbursement of the cancellation costs. Thanks you all so much x

We found her most helpful,she has a great knowledge and had the patience we needed to make the right decision. The last time we were there 5 / 6 years ago we had a few issues and was met by a lovely lady Shirley Aleward who sorted everything for us. Imagine our surprise and luck that the person who met us was Shirley again. Shirley is amazing extremely professional , polite, listened and made us feel so valued. Thank you Shirley. He sorted out it all out with the help of Jess and Shirley at your store even with the big move. The only complaint I have is with Head Office as they took 15 days to communicate back to Mike at Cheshire Oakes with a simple email. Once again thankyou. He helped me with a booking amendment and showed huge empathy (in relation to the reason), sorted it with no hassle and kept me updated (rang back when he said he would etc). Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of booking over the phone with Lisa, from start to finish her knowledge was second to none. We booked Tunisia in the end and can’t wait to get away with TUI. We also looked at the trips she gave us and are just deciding which ones to book. I never book with TUI I am a jet2 customer but feel I was wowed into booking this trip as Lisa took the time and effort with us. I have to say she is a credit to TUI and we even downloaded the APP which I found amazing with the countdown and weather updates brilliant unique experience thank you TUI

Fantastic experience: My Fiancé and I came to TUI to organise our honeymoon. I generally favour TUI and have always received excellent service, but the service we received on this occasion exceeded our already high opinion of them! We were helped through the process very nicely to book our dream honeymoon - we dealt with Lauren and Shirley, who were absolutely brilliant. They were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable and ensured that we have everything we want! Can’t speak highly enough! And would recommend to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service been in store a few times numerous emails and phone calls about booking a wedding nothing was too much to ask, initially spoke to Helen before we spoke with Hollie. Hollie was very knowledgeable and had been to the area we where looking to book also pointing us towards the managers who had been to the hotel we had booked. If you are looking to book a holiday wedding etc ask for hollie or Helen when you book.

Fantastic experience: Customer experience brilliant, staff very welcoming, helpful and very knowledgable about our long haul destination, resort and hotels. So much better to discuss a holiday with humans than booking online. We will definitely be using the Cheshire Oaks TUI store in the near future to book another holiday. Negative experience: If I could give this superstore minus 10, then I would. Six staff at the front desk, zero help. I had to ask for a brochure/advice on a holiday to Italy....one out of six staff responded...no, don't be silly, scan a QR code or go online. I left the shop in disgust. In my opinion, there is no point in the superstore, or the staff. Message to the team at the Coliseum shopping park, can we please have a shop that is actually useful?

We were welcomed by a Lovely lady on reception who took our enquiry and was very helpful. She was so friendly and patient with all the queries I bombarded her with. When I next book through this store, I’ll definitely ask for Lauren. Negative experience: 1 star is being nice!! Me and my friend booked a holiday joined together but for personal reasons I won’t be able to attend they told me that if I want to cancel it would be £125 on top of my deposit that I already payed for I was fine with paying that as long as it was cancelled. they DID NOT cancel it so my friend rang up and tried calling in for me as she’s lead passenger they told her they won’t be able to cancel it unless I ring up and even if I want the holiday cancelled I have to pay an extra £25 /£50 on top of the £200 I just payed even tho they told us different I rang up and I waited about 15minutes for somebody to answer the phone and when they finally picked up they were so rude on the phone and told me that I can’t cancel myself or the holiday and that only the lead passenger can do it even though they told my friend I had to do it I got the phone put down on me while still trying to talk to the woman on the phone I am not happy with this! They make up their own rules along the way. They are very rude and no where near belonging in the customer service industry. I will be taking this further to HQ very disgusted by the way me and my friend have been treated we have been polite and patient with TUI but this has really taken it far we will not ever be joining up with TUI for our next holiday again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service with friendly staff. We have booked lots of family holidays through this store. Not only is booking a holiday in this store a great experience but we always buy our currency from a lovely lady called Kelly.

Fantastic experience: We visited Tui Cheshire Oaks to book a Christmas sunshine escape. The team welcomed us warmly when we entered the store. We were assisted by Chloe, she was helpful, informative and friendly. We decided on Maspalomas Gran Canaria, after Chloe's recommendation of the area, which suited our 12 year old daughter with local activities - aquapark only 7 minutes away and fun fair practically opposite the apartment and ourselves with beach, restaurants and heated pool. Booking was made quickly and efficiently , we also purchased currency whilst we were there. I'm so glad we chose to go into store, rather than booking online as it takes away the stress and hassle of doing it yourselves and also the advice from Chloe made for the perfect winter sunshine break. Thanks Chloe and team, we will be back to book our next holiday with you!

Fantastic experience: Just booked my second holiday to America. Both times with Lisa and Becky they were great got me the best deals they were welcoming pleasant and made my experience both times easy and straight forward. After this holiday i will certainly be back again to see these two. 5*
