Hays Travel Perth

Fantastic experience: I've just spoken to a lovely lady called Laura, in Perth branch. She is such a happy delightful person to talk too. She is prompt and an asset to your company. I hope this is passed onto her, and my many thanks for all her help

Negative experience: Misled with currency deals. I specifically asked if the Hays card carried a lower rate than cash and was told no. It does. I was also charged £3.95 without it being explained as an extra charge. This was to guarantee the buy back of cash euros at the rate they were sold. I got 50 euros in cash - there was no need for this. It was refunded after I called and then went back in but there wasn't even a hint of an apology. Definitely would not use again for currency. Stick to Markies!!
