Negative experience: I was unaware what a “skip-lag” ticket was and mistakenly purchased one. Sam was my initial representative and he was nice enough but when I got to the airport the problems began. I ended up having to check my bag (my carry on) and was informed that it would continue on and be at another airport. I called PCM travels to inquire and the rep was so so rude. He told me it was my problem and he could cancel or find me another flight. After I decided to risk it and try to get my bag back later, I found that he had moved me to a flight the following day- we had not spoken about this, so out of spite. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will never ever ever use this company and will tell everyone that will listen what a scam this is.

Negative experience: Found out to be INDIAN SCAM CALL CENTER THEY TOOK ALL MY DETSILS EVEN THE CARD PAYMENT DETAILS BUT LUCKILY THE BANK PAYMENT PROCESSOR BLOCKED AND SENT ME WARNING MESSAGE. I FOUND OUT WHEN THEIR CALLS WERE GETTING DISCONNECTED AND IT WAS A CALL CENTER BASED IN INDIA. I MYSELF AM AN INDIAN BUT WOULD NOT LIKE SCAMSTERS LIKE THIS CHEATING PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY. THEY KEPT CALLING ME ABOUT 7 TIMES TO TAKE OUT THE PAYMENT FROM MY CARD ... BEWARE

Negative experience: ABSOLUTE SCAM : CONFIRMED !!!!!! This company is used as a payment front by The travelmakers.co.uk , different sites . They will book Dummy tickets with proper Booking reference no. They will never give you a receipt . Send you a fake booking Email. Booking reference will show on Airline website and few days before flight date it will automatically cancel as it is dummy booking . The agents all by name of Austin , Jeff etc are fake . They are all sitting in a scam call centre . Do not even speak to these guys .

Negative experience: Bought ticket from them, and next day the airline canceled ticket. Took PCM two weeks to try to fix their error but had to buy ticket directly from airline since trip was in the next few days. They charge me for something they could not fulfill. Total scam. Negative experience: This company is a fraud, I booked with them in August 2024 didn’t get my tickets till 7 am the next day my flight left at 8 am. Called them several times and emailed them the day before and no one was able to help me. I called my bank to stop the transaction my bank allowed it. Was out 2k.

Negative experience: If you have ended up here because of wowcher good luck trying to get yourselves out of a overpriced holiday. Wowcher promotes one product and price and PCM based in London offer something new charging over the top rates. I bought a 4 star all inclusive package only to be sold a 3 star standard double room in a different country! Lesson learnt like anything if it’s too good to be true, well it simply is!

Negative experience: They hacked into SW and had all the flight info on the ticket I bought. Told me if I didn't pay an additional $200 my ticket would be a Standby Ticket, because the moment I bought the ticket the price went up. Then they kept saying "we will cancel ticket & refund". Indian scammers. Received an email with their terms and listed the $200 as fees and taxes.

Negative experience: I canceled the flight and I was told the fee they charged was non refundable. Of course had they told me upfront that that was the case, of course I would have not booked the flight with them, but they didn’t tell me upfront. Total scam. Now I have to pay the sum of $178.93, which I put on my credit card.

Negative experience: Scam company. Used robo dialer to get me to press a button talk to them the claim they didn't that I signed up on a website. They wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor. I've had multiple numbers blocked trying to get ahold of some one in charge. I was cussed out by more than one agent. This company is not legit. Don't fall for it. All of these 5 star reviews are fake. There is no Zachory or Perry or any of these repeated names helping anyone. When you call these numbers it's just a call center they answer the phone "reservations" and you'd never know what company it was if you don't ask. They also have alot of other networked numbers that you get connected with.

Negative experience: It's horrible how deceitful and lying they are, they sell me a ticket for 295 and they call me after 29 minutes that it's no longer available, that I could have bought it the next day for 600 but that I could have if I paid 1200, thieves, what they are, they don't play with people that way and that you couldn't cancel because you lose all the money and it's their fault, you have to be immoral, the man who helped me, Enrique Gonzalez, with a lot of attitude as if your money wasn't worth it, disrespectful, lack of respect, don't lie to people

Negative experience: Call centre scammers pcm travel aka the tripmakers aka travelmakers they all use the same office in Hemel Hampstead like many others that have been scammed by them you can book with them and they call you later to say the flight has gone and then want to charge you more money . at first everything looked good I received my e tickets from them and the airline but when I went to the airport I could not fly as they had not paid the airline .I Had to rebook for the next day to fly it cost me a lot more money than the original ticket price I sent 3 emails and had no reply when I got back I called them many times 3 times they said the accounts department would ring me back but they never did when I asked why they didn't pay for my flight and that I wanted a refund they just hung up on me . Please if you value a 100% guarantee you will fly don't use any of these company's after more than 3 weeks of just beeing ignored by them I was lucky Id paid with a credit card and got my money back without the banks help I'm sure I would never have see my money again

Negative experience: Do not use this travel agent....I travel to Europe every uear with my wife and was unhappy with the past company,so i thought I'd try tgis company....it started out very smooth...HOWEVER when the representative booked the flight,he didnt ask for the names as they appear on our passports....i gave them our name without the middle names....i called back to correct the issue and they charged me an extra $400 for simply adding our middle names....i was furious when KANE asked me for payment....i was forced to pay for the change....after,I called United and i could made the change without NO CHARGE....THEY RIPPED ME OFF OVER$1200....I should have called United derectly....they are THIEVES!!

Fantastic experience: I made the foolish mistake of incorrectly writing the name on a ticket and had to get that replaced. I originally contacted Expedia, and they made it extremally difficult to get help, and ultimately told me to contact WestJet. I did have to pay a fee to get it fixed, and the wait time was a bit stressful, so while the overall experience was probably deserved 2 stars, the lovely lady Debra helped me a lot. She is the one I am dedicating the 5 stars to, not WestJet or Expedia. She helped me fix the problem, followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything was on track, and was empathetic to the situation I was in. It is nice to know that someone cares enough to put in the effort to help, this was an individual effort though. She was the only individual who helped me in hours of calls, messages, and emails. Please be more like Debra.
