Fantastic experience: Last min panic getting flight for the next day after complications with original flight and not wanting to go back to the same company, so i phoned The Travel House and spoke with Steve Rogers. He was kind, patient, personable and gave me all the options available and even informed me about other online options not actually being available, which i checked, and he was right. He met all my needs and more and i booked the flight he recommended, without a 50 min transfer in Heathrow (these online deals are sometimes just not possible). I can't recommend him and the company enough. Thanks!

Negative experience: ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE Avoid! 0 stars is not good enough for them! Paid on line for a fake price of tickets. Instead of receiving tickets,I received confirmation of payment,but no tickets. They messed me up for 24hrs,MAKING ME THINK THAT I have booked tickets,only to be called &told after a day ,that I'll get a full refund as there are no tickets!!! Waiting for my full refund now,But- Thus,preventing me to buy other tickets as the money are held up by them&need the,now buying more expensive tickets because of the delay.Very stressful time only because of them. And to mention,that before I paid on line for tickets,received a call from a man called Russel from this agency,trying to force me to buy £400more expensive tickets! Avoid at all costs!!! Fantastic experience: Honestly so impressed by the service so far- ticket price and route was better than any but on top of that we had issues with our card with booking so we reached out on their much publicized contact details and they answered and helped immediately. We received our tickets within the hour. Best customer service received by a third party flight provider by gat- I see they won awards in 2024! Negative experience: The Travel House false advertises their airplane tickets with carry on suitcase/additional cabin baggage included. Immediately after I booked the ticket one of their representatives called me to inform me that additional cabin baggage is not included, only a handbag. They asked for 190 GBP more to add a carry on baggage. Scammers!

Our representative informed you about this and explained that the flight only includes a cabin baggage allowance. Referring back to the snapshot you shared, it clearly states that you are entitled to carry one cabin baggage (carry-on baggage) on board, while there is no checked-in baggage allowance included in your booking. The ticket type—Economy Light—comes with one cabin baggage but does not include checked-in baggage for both outbound and return flights. For your understanding, here’s a quick clarification of baggage policies: (- ): This is the baggage carried on board by the passenger. Typically, the allowance ranges between 7–8 kg, depending on the airline, and is included with all ticket types, including Economy Light. - : This baggage is stored in the aircraft's cargo compartment after check-in. Negative experience: Criminal organisation. Dealing with the sale of tickets for flights we were unable to take. Resistance to all help, false information sent to the airline. Have gathered companies house information, legislation, solicitor contributions and will be escalating. Over £1200 currently held to ransom. Do Not use. Also they ask for a review and to name them as soon as you book which of course is before all the problems begin. This is dodgy also. Regarding the reply. Liars. You suggested we were a no show and only the airline can help. But because you lied on the payment information stating cash rather than card and omitted the fee we paid we couldn't claim through them. Also, as a travel agent the law states you MUST inform customers of any visa issues prior to payment. This information only appears AFTER purchasing. We are following a legal process through a solicitor currently to hold you accountable. I have your full information from Companies House, the full UK legislation governing travel agent operators along with all the evidence from our communication, the airline operators at Heathrow and our payment information. As a company with over 940 thousand pounds of floating shareholder capital is is abhorrent that you operate in such a way as to sell tickets at short notice that require extended visa application processes and then deny responsibility. Please await further communication before trying to cover yourselves on this public forum. We are not the only customers to have received this service from you as informed by the Untied Airlines staff - many Travel House customers have lost money due to your illegal practices. Good day.
**** Regarding the payment process, we would like to clarify that there is no option for a travel agent to settle payment directly with the airline in cash. You made the payment to us using your card, and we subsequently settled the payment to the airline's consolidator via bank transfer. The consolidator then settled the payment with the airline through the BSP (Billing Settlement Plan). These are the only methods used to process payments with airlines. For all online purchases—whether for airline tickets, clothing, furniture, or food—Terms & Conditions (T&C) are an essential part of the transaction. These T&C are provided on our website, and while they can be lengthy, we strongly encourage reading them carefully before completing any purchase. Per our website's T&C, the following advisory was already communicated in your booking confirmation: **:** *"Passport, visa, and/or health requirements can change, and you must check with the relevant authorities (embassy, consulate, etc.) well in advance of your travel. It is solely your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and visa (if required). Please note that visas may also be required for transit points in your journey. Since visa processing can take time, we recommend applying for your visa well in advance to avoid any inconvenience.* *Please verify the documents needed for your destination(s). Unfortunately, as a travel agent, we are unable to process refunds on non-refundable tickets unless directed by the airline. Negative experience: Advertise fake cheap flights via search engines like momondo etc - then when taken to booking page ask for your personal information > once they have that decline the flight > get a phone call from a call centre based overseas saying sorry that flight is not real would you like this other flight at 30% more. Multiple calls. Same flights hours later still up on comparism sites - SCAM. Avoid this company like the plague - everything that is wrong with booking flights.

Negative experience: I called up on the evening of November 21st when I was looking to book my flight. I had encountered an issue when attempting payment as it was declined. I then tried to book the same flight using an alternative card but at the payment page it kept just displaying BOOKING DECLINED in capitals and no further possibility to enter the new card details. I tried to complete the payment several times but the same thing kept occurring and when looking at the main search page prices had since gone up but on the payment page I had managed to maintain the same price. After speaking to a representative over the phone they told me the flight must have sold out at that price despite the fact that I was telling them it was still appearing for me and they informed to just book another. I booked a slightly later return flight which I did not want to do as the earlier one worked out better for my journey. Immediately upon booking this the earlier one enabled me to proceed with payment so I called back to explain once again and was just told there was nothing they could do. So I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and misinformation plus there was no assistance other than being told to just book the different flight and a more expensive one even though the lower prices were still appearing for me. The later return flight will impact my travel journey home dramatically so I am therefore very dissatisfied with the service as I reached out for support and assistance prior to booking.

Negative experience: The worst customer service ever seen in this business. It may look a bit cheaper in flight searches but it would cost you more when it comes to any issue, such as flight delay, cancellation, or any unforeseen issue caused by the airline, you would not have any support. I had two experiences and these guys let me down. They do not care, diverted me to have direct contact with the airline whereas airline customer service does not deal with agency-sold tickets! disgusted
