With welcome desks in every arrivals terminal within the airport you can travel with peace of mind that you will have a place to visit to get advice and guidance on whatever questions you may have, or purchase tickets for all your travel needs.

Online, you can find a range of tours, attractions and experiences in and around London to pack your stay with memories. Or, at the Hotel's local to Heathrow Airport, pop in to our Gift Shops and find a little piece of London to take home with you.

Fantastic experience: I arrived at Heathrow after 20 hours travel to find my coach to Wales was cancelled. So jet lagged I didn't notice We Know London clerk sold me a train ticket to Newport Essex instead of Wales!! They were so kind and fast at giving me a refund after I posted them the unuseable ticket. Really grateful as the ticket was expensive. Thanks.

Negative experience: Absolute scam, steer clear of these rogues. You can find much cheaper options at the airport or with Uber that are far more reliable, cheaper, and ethical. We booked a private car from Heathrow as they are the Radissons preferred partner, turned up at the airport after travelling 30 hours from Melbourne and it wasn't there nor booked. We then waited at their desk for an hour to then travel 5 minutes. You have been warned, don't get scammed like we did as they have no customer service and won't refund.

Negative experience: I prebooked a service to get to a hotel 10 minutes away from the airport. After 45 minutes of saying the driver was 10 minutes away they finally got another driver. Their driver was hopeless. Their systems are hopeless and their maps are rubbish

Fantastic experience: We recently flew from the US to Heathrow. Upon arrival we asked a help desk if there was anyone who could drive us around London. Fantastic experience: We have returned from our UK and European vacation. I wanted to write a quick note about the great service we received from your company when we arrived in London on 31 July. Our driver, Bill, was punctual, friendly and professional. He navigated the busy traffic from Heathrow to Central London with ease, allowing our tired minds and bodies to rest from an overnight flight. Fantastic experience: I bought return tickets on the Heathrow Express and thought I had lost them after our journey into Paddington. I contacted the Company and Kristina looked into my problem and was at the point of processing a refund for the return trip when I found the tickets. Negative experience: Do not use this shop at all. I bought a coach ticket with return with them and the driver told me it was not valid when i was returning to the airport and made me get down from the bus. I had to buy a new ticket in the following bus and almost lost my flight . Avoid at all cost. It's better to. Get some cash from the atm if your card is not Supported. Do not use this shop. Fantastic experience: Used WeKnow for transfers to and from Heathrow T3/Marriot Windsor. Service was outstanding. Drivers both times were very friendly and professional and the vehicles were spotless. Booked for shared transfers but both times was just us as a couple. Won't hesitate to use them again. As an additional comment - the service for future bookings has also been outstanding - Milena deserves more than 5 stars if that was an option!

Negative experience: Better to avoid. These guys are just a middleman earning a commission. If you need a taxi - go straight to the taxi line or order an Uber yourself. They waisted 30 minutes of my time to get me an Uber and I almost missed my connection at London City Airport. I don’t feel like they were fully transparent and honest with me.

Fantastic experience: Used the shared shuttle taxi from Delta Marriott to Terminal 5, driver was punctual went over and above even waiting for people who were late! On arrival at Terminal 5 on our return, we found the desk easily and the driver was with us within 15 minutes in a very comfortable car. He took charge of the luggage and delivered us back to our car at the hotel, loading our luggage for us. He was extremely polite, friendly and courteous. Wouldn’t hesitate in using the service again and highly recommend.

Negative experience: Evil employees, incompetents and liars - avoid at all costs. Main entrance from Heathrow Terminal 3 building to the Central Bus Station is closed due to flooding. These guys station their booth next to it, and when I ask about how to go to the station they say they can sell the ticket for the same price and without queues, and then tell me how to get there. Pressed for time, I do buy it and start rushing to later realize they booked it for a different destination than I requested and they charged an additional 5£ for "booking fees" for their services. Eventually, I paid 34£ in total for nothing, since I was late to where I needed to go and had to buy the ticket again.

Negative experience: Don't use their train or underground ticket service unless you are desperate. If you have a debit card then you can use the ticket machines which are there near to this dealer. Unfortunately I had only cash on me. They charged me additional amounts like booking fee and cash handling fee without informing me about it on the first place. Unless you ask for the receipt you won't get one from my own experience. I paid 19.40 pounds for a train ticket which actually cost 15.90 pounds.

Negative experience: Went to this company at airport to ask about options to get to my hotel. The person working said I have to take uber (it was Christmas, so train options were limited). I said I'd wait as the price was over 70 pounds (74 I think), but she was pushy and said prices would only rise and I need to book right away. I asked if the price would be the same if I booked myself, and she said "yes", so I let her book as I was carrying a lot of things. As soon as I got into the uber, the driver asked me about this service and asked why I didn't book myself. He said the price was 40 pounds, and they charged me an additional 20-something to book for me. I checked myself, and he was right. I contacted We Know London, and they basically said the uber driver was probably wrong/didn't acknowledge the part where I said I checked myself too. Just book yourself/don't go to them if you have a question-you will get ripped off.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service by Awais to cater for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids, covering from Taxi from Heathrow to Liverpool (yes 4 hours away!), getting us the London pass (all the benefits explained very clearly so we don't miss out on things like e.g. no need to line up at sites and the actual cost savings), and lastly for our Airport pick up 2 weeks later from King Cross to Heathrow. All up we spent about GBP 1700 but it would have costed us the same anyway should we gone with our original plan of taking Tube, not to mention the hassle of pushing 8 luggage around London tubes. Fantastic experience: One of the cheapest taxi services we found from the hotel we stayed at near Heathrow, absolutely fabulous service, pick up was on time, really great text message service to let you know your driver is coming so not left wondering if they will turn up. On return, we went to the we know desk, slightly earlier than I'd booked but our driver was with us within 10 mins, insisted he wheel our cases to the car, what a gentleman! Wonderful prompt service at a great price, will most definitely recommend to anyone else needing a taxi around the airport area!

Fantastic experience: I used the Heathrow Express - from London Heathrow to Paddington Station for the first time on September 12. (First time to London as well). All of the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and the train area and the trains were immaculate, safe, well lit and on time. LOVED the experience. Fantastic experience: Just a quick note to recognize your customer service representative Maya on the arrivals level at LHR terminal 2 on Sept 18 6pm I was lining up to buy a SIM card and marveled at her ability to pleasantly and efficiently manage 2 - 3 needy customers simultaneously. Once I got to central London I realised I had left a wallet on Maya’s counter containing credit cards, meds and other personal essentials. One call to you LHR number got me a human who immediately connected me directly to Maya who had my stuff and was waiting for my call! I just passed thru t2 on my return (Sept 20 5pm) - maya was there, greeted me by my first name and produced my wallet. Top marks to a some amazing customer service

Negative experience: Hi I booked uber with you and uber didn't show up and when asked for refund he said to email customer service I been emailing them multiple times and no response I called your desk and same thing told me to email. It very annoying that it's not any phone number to call customer service.

Negative experience: Pre-ordered a 3sim-card with 100GB of data ready for a week in Europe. Paid £35 and collected and had it fitted at Heathrow T5. Worked well for 2 days and then stopped. Complained 10 days ago and still waiting for a response. Looks as though the data plan was never set-up and I just had £20 of credit loaded that cost me £35 and quickly ran out. I've had to buy my own plan and hope for compensation. Poor service - and recommend you check that data plan has been set-up correctly.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COST Scam, bought a simcard with supposedly 100GB of internet on there, was actually a prepaid card with credit equivalent to 400MB, realized it in the middle of London.

Negative experience: Took ages to find the SIM and then it didn't work after they installed it. I had to go to an O2 shop to fix it and get it wirking. It should be called we know how to ripoif tourists as I paid £40 for a £30 Sim card.

Negative experience: Atrocious customer service, don’t bother relying on them for wifi routers and definitely do not pre-book one to pick up at their kiosk if you have to get one from them. Despite pre-booking a router, they told me they ran out of routers in a rude manner and forced me to run all the way to another terminal to get one. The supposed convenience of booking a router in advance is void if you’re being forced to run all the way to another terminal to avoid losing the money you paid in advance.

Fantastic experience: On arriving at Heathrow Coach Station after a long flight, we learnt (eventually) that our National Express coach service to Cambridge had been cancelled. As there was no representative of National Express present our only help came from Luke from We Know London. He went above and beyond to help myself, husband and other stranded passengers to secure seats on next available coach. We were all very grateful for his help, he is certainly an outstanding employee, so glad he was there for us.

Negative experience: A complete Rip Off, I must say and I am surprised why authorities at Heathrow are not taking a notice of it. I paid 169 euros to go to Gatwick Airport as I was trying to catch a connecting flight from Heathrow. They charged me and it turns out to be they booked an Uber X car for the job. The driver got paid 50£ for the journey. Their member escorted me to the Uber car. They are the biggest scammers at Heathrow, they just cashing up for the counter they have outside the terminal, Be aware !!!!

Negative experience: You need to be careful using this service with WeKnow Travel Services. Do not book uber with them because if the driver ends up canceling on you or can't make it they do not have proper arrangements to refund your money. Negative experience: Not very happy with my drive from Heathrow with WeKnow. Price was a bit high, but I wanted to pay for the convenience of a booked cab. My flight arrived early and I was pleased to see that WeKnow had moved the booking forward. However when I arrived the desk tells me that my driver will be about 15 minutes. Its actually closer to an hour before my car arrives. What is the point in booking a slot, paying a premium, all upfront, and asking for flight details if the driver isn’t going to be waiting for me? On the positive side I can’t fault the ride, very smooth and professional.

The staff were polite but failed to disclose that they were changing me a £4 service charge which was not reflected on their receipt. I went back and requested a proper receipt which they kindly provided. Negative experience: Huge UBER sign at London Heathrow airport. In addition taken to this "Uber" location by Wilson James airport transportation (for the handicapped). Asked for an Uber, told price of 26 GBP. Later learned transportation not Uber as requested but WeKnowLondon instead. Negative experience: Terrible service, always late There is no point in booking the car for a specific time or telling them your flight number. They only send the driver when you go to their desk.
