Negative experience: We have travelled with cruise kings twice but this time we were so disappointed with the services we got. First we got in Orlando to be picked up by the shuttle transfer and dropped at the wrong address thank God the drivers were so amazing. Secondly we were put in another in after our cruise only to be put in different hotels which stressed us so much, the Avanti conference hotel the floor was so dirty and we made to wait from 11 to 4 pm and the hotel was not the best one . Next time give us a choice of the hotels. This is last time we are going to use Cruise Kings On a positive note am so impressed on the prompt response we have received from cruise kings review assessment team especially Moira who managed to resolve the issue promptly and move our friends back to the same hotel. Thanks you have managed to make atleast the last few days enjoyable. Thank you

Negative experience: I contacted cruise king since last week,for a change of my cruise in January due to some health issues!!! It's such a disgrace all together!!! Booking was NICE and SMOOTH,but once you got a situation is like throwing a rock in the desert... I had already 2 agents (George,Sophie) who emailed me,however after replying NO ANSWER whatsoever!!! Fantastic experience: Used CruiseKings for the first time today. Having sent an enquiry to them the previous evening I took an early Bank Holiday call from Naomi Walker. I wanted to add additional locations to the holiday after the cruise ended which meant checking hotel prices and adding/amending flights/airports. Naomi was knowledgable, speedy and professional, so much so the booking was completed within 45 mins. What struck me most was it didnt feel rushed. Naomi was only interested in doing the best for us and making sure we were entirely satisifed e.g. we looked at the location of each available cabin on 4 different decks before we picked the cabin we wanted. We changed the airline as the flights were better timed and better suited our location. Naomi definately put the customer before anything else. Would I recommend CruiseKings - yes. Would I use them again - for sure.

Fantastic experience: We have booked two cruises using Sam from Cruise Kings, the level of service has been beyond exceptional and once we provided details of where we wanted to go we were given options and he streamlined it from there. If thinking of a cruise we would have no hesitation in recommending Cruise Kings and Sam in particular, we have never met personally but his service feels like he wants to create the best holiday for each situation. We cruised Alaska and he put a fantastic pre cruise itinerary together for us to make an already fantastic holiday and absolutely brilliant one.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from an Australian stay/cruise trip. From start to finish the staff couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. ... This became apparent due to adverse weather preventing our ship to dock on our return journey thus making us miss our return flight home. It is at this point the team stepped up to get us home the next day. We felt very stranded on the other side of the world but Cruise Kings staff went above and beyond to get our flights organised and get us home. We would 100% recommend them for your next cruise. Then researched and was pleasantly surprised it's a real company, fully registered with ATOL and ABTA. I wanted to add on to the holiday quoted and Jo was amazing, she found me everything I wanted at a price I'm happy with. Dream holiday booked. Negative experience: Booked fly cruise here Caribbean 1yr ago hotels where not good felt cruise was not tailored to our needs at all no follow up after holiday either Norwegian Breakaway was awful we seen waiters being given money to get into busy restaurants areas tailored mostly catered for Americans and we where confined to cabin for 3days due to outbreak of diahorrea sickness ship was not clean run down tired in areas entertainment awful customer services nightmare never again

Fantastic experience: A big shout out to Nicola Boyd of Cruisekings. I contacted the company about a Las Vegas / Los Angeles and Princess cruise after an add on Facebook appealed to me. Nicola got in touch via the email and then phone giving me plenty of options for the trip.Communication and speed of replies was professional at all times. Negative experience: I have to say I am facing a problem to get in touch with this company by phone either email. I booked a cruise in November 2023, paid deposit and I need to make amendment in my booking and nobody answers to me. Yes, my booking exists with P&O Cruises but CruiseKings customer services has auto answer. I am very disappointing that placed booking with this company. The best booking would be directly with P&O Cruises

Negative experience: Called and spoke to an agent who was helpful and took details of my requirements and told me she would send options but I have had nothing arrive since I called two weeks ago. I followed up with an email via the website, again no response in over a week. Not overly impressed.

Negative experience: Just noticed your comment Steph Mundy disappointed doesn’t come close, when you completely stop communicating, there was no discussions, you continually said you were in communication, but you never communicated at all, you never played back the record of the booking because it proved that you never booked the offer with celebrity, left us paying for extra services. Never, I repeat never book with this company over the phone as they will deny everything leaving you completely high and dry costing you hundreds in what we thought you had booked appalling attitude Never book with this company, appalling service, simply not worth the hassle, avoid !! To explain further, call backs scheduled never to be called back, emails unanswered, weeks waiting on confirmation, with assurances there is nothing to worry about, all you get is payment receipt with the wrong date, to go into full dispute over what they have wrongly booked, simply appalling. Book with a reputable cruise company, that actually does what they say they will do. Update 01/06/22, you would think it would be resolved within a week, two weeks three weeks ? Promises of playback with Proof of the phone recordings ? No nothing, even from the customer service manager Sinead Johnstone who replied here, she has ignored emails and disappeared, amazing heh after saying I’d have the recordings , so how seriously do they want your business when they make a mistake, when you have a written quote and the next day they allegedly, increase the price by £400 per person (£900) if you include a hotel that is now not part of the booking and while it’s still on offer and on sale with Celebrity, you draw your own conclusions to this company, try looking or leaving reviews on Facebook , see how transparent this company is AVOID terrible, !!

He even send links for the visas that are required and explained everything. He was very quick with his responses and answered all the questions we had. Negative experience: Started off really well and were super helpful. Then I did the booking at a cost of nearly £4,000 and service went down hill once paid for… we are due to travel in just three days time and I have spent the last week trying to get any kind of response about an amendment that’s needed. I’ve been told today that even though they didn’t action the amendment a week ago when they were supposed to I now need to pay more money for them to correct their error??? Not impressed. I had to send 3 emails to even get this response. Can’t currently recommend.

Fantastic experience: First time using cruise king, and was a great experience, kerri gave me qoute 2 weeks previously, and i asked if she could save it for me, which she did, kerri then phoned me on the day i requested, 15 mins later my cruise was all booked. 2 days later got all the booking information from P&O.
