Fantastic experience: Pre-booked a journey from Llanfair train station to a local gallery, and the return journey, for a business meeting in April 2025. Initial booking via email with Katie was straightforward and very helpful. While the potential unreliability of a cab pre-booked several weeks before the pickup date cab can be a stress, on arrival into the station the taxi was waiting for me exactly as ordered. Helen was an excellent driver, for both trips, striking the perfect balance between being friendly and chatty yet not overly intrusive as I finished preparation for the meeting en route. The return trip was just as good, arriving to the minute as expected and with a confirmation text message sent in advance. The taxi itself was clearly marked with the company name, and was clean and pleasant inside, and card payment via a handheld device was quick and efficient with a full receipt given. I would highly recommend Ceir PG Cars and I will definitely use them again if I’m in the area.

Positive experience: Might be a good company but the female driver that was in Llangefni at approx 14.00 today needs to learn the highway code asap. Pulled out of a give way right in front of me. Give way means that. Give way to the person already on the road!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: We traveled to Anglesey to walk the coastal path. This involved a detailed drop off and pick up schedule to be booked ahead as well as having the flexibility to adjust it. Ceir PG and Katie were great to work with and all went well. Highly recommend

Negative experience: My husband booked a taxi for his mum who had mobility issues for an emergency dentist appointment, he specifically asked for a car as his mum can not get into high vehicles, I overheard the operator say OK not a problem. This Sunday morning a mini buss taxi arrives which my mother in law cannot get into. The taxi driver was not given the information about us needing a car. To that operator, thanks to not passing on the necessary information my mother in law now has another sleepless night of pain and us trying to get hold of a dentist on a Sunday.

The drivers were very efficient, coming a bit early going there (ideal), and texting pictures of where they were parked on the way back... Texting us, and phoning to make sure we could find him... Fantastic experience: Last night me and my partner delivered a car to the middle of no where and we needed a taxi, the taxi service found us with eaze and waited whilst we finished sorting out the rest of the business. Fantastic experience: Waited 45 minutes for my bus to arrive even though he had other jobs to do. It was raining soo heavily and he waited and took me home. So thankful. My driver was Emrys.

Negative experience: We ordered a taxi at 1630, but were told they would only be able to pick us up at 1830, and would let us know if anything prevented them from doing so. However, after waiting until 1900 we called again, to be told not only no one was coming, but that we weren't even on their books. Absolutely unacceptable service, we have been thoroughly let down, and left in a desperate situation as a result of PG Cars' negligence. An awful start to a much-anticipated holiday.

Negative experience: On Friday afternoon I was told I could have a car for an early morning pick-up at Manchester airport on Tuesday but to ring first thing on Monday to arrange details. When I rang first thing on Monday I was told there was no car. Not very helpful.

Negative experience: Great if you dont want a cab! Tried calling landline and mobile on three seperate occasions, no answer. Have flagged drivers and they say dont bother landline, use mobile, but no repsonse, crapola.

Negative experience: Forget trying to get hold of these in a morning, especially on a Sunday. Rang all alternative numbers with no answer from any of them despite having had one of their cars pass me a few minutes before I phoned.

Negative experience: Ask for early morning car no chance
