Fantastic experience: Me and my partner had an appointment with Nic today to book our summer holiday, it was very easy to make an appointment and when we got there Nic was very welcoming. We had an idea of were we wanted to go, and we had seen a hotel that we had fallen in love with, nic looked at our preferred destination, gave us some really good advice, worked her magic and got us a fantastic deal! We have booked what feels like the perfect holiday and we are so excited! Nic even got us a great deal on a day trip! Booking our holiday was so easy and completely stress free, Nic made us feel very at ease and confident in her experience and knowledge. Fantastic experience: We'd almost given up on trying to book a holiday online, too much choice, didn't know what we were looking for. so we decided to go into the branch and sit down with someone and try and do it that way Kiran (hope that's spelled right) was extremely helpful and she sat down with us for 2 hours and patiently went through all our options, and once we had picked somewhere, she even managed to get us some much better flights, to make it easier for us to travel with our 5 year old. will be booking all our future holidays this way from now on and would recommend anyone else to do the same. you get the same deals as online (if not better) and it doesn't cost you anything for the appointment, no brainer

Fantastic experience: Nicola-Ann helped us book an all inclusive holiday to Tenerife we wasn’t sure where to go as didn’t want to be in the lively area, she advised and we picked a Rui hotel as we have been there before . The Trafford centre staff were great I was offered a coffee and was served very fast. I will definitely come back into store as the service was great.

Fantastic experience: I had a fab experience with the lovely Nicola Ann in this shop in the trafford centre. So I came in with my husband and kids not knowing where we wanted to go as we haven't been on a family holiday together, I am very anxious about going anywhere as I have not done much travelling, but rest assure Nicola Ann made me feel so at ease, she is so knowledgeable about everything, even down to the best sun screen for kids, she gave me lots of suggestions on hotels ect and anything I didn't like she was able to offer me an alternative, the customer service was excellent, she went above and beyond for me and my family and I felt so much more comfortable knowing I am in the hands of this lady booking for me & my family holiday. Listened to what we were trying to 'sight see' regarding our mini city breaks to put us in the ideal location. Negative experience: Tui Trafford Centre very poor customer services I called up and was on hold for over 45 minutes and then had the phone put down on me and then called back again and couldn’t get through for over an hour. Terrible customer service terrible staff so rude.

Negative experience: Wish i never booked with the Trafford centre tui in the first place nothing but issues and stress from the beginning and then refusing my refund because “ I was helping one of the advisors on the day of you cancelling the trips” so couldn’t process my refund because they were to busy so I've lost my money now very unfair and unprofessional!

Negative experience: Wrongly advised on booking a holiday once booked realised only hotel no flights when asked numerous times to make into a package holiday got passed from pillow to post don’t see how hard it is to change into package holiday now wanting over £700 more than package holiday spent hours on phone to different people telling them we don’t want to cancel just amend joke as we’re already paying £6350 now total package going to be over £7k joke off a company don’t see how hard it is to just add. Flights !!!!!

We booked a holiday with Nicola who found us a dream family holiday, very knowledgeable and helped us decide the best place and price. Fantastic experience: I m leaving this review for Lewis and Suzanne what a great pair they have been. Lewis after the problems we had with the holiday he was brilliant in sorting out I.e changing our hotel due to construction work going on at our previous hotel and managing to sort this out for a group of 16 people. Suzanne for a massive help and the time to help us contact the hotel to request that our large group can be in the same building.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to leave a review to say how amazing Lewis was with us when we visited this branch. Even though we had booked online, Lewis could not have been more helpful. TUI had changed our flight carrier for our holiday we had booked on the website, the new carrier wanted more than double what we had paid for our pre-booked seats and the reviews for the new airline were very poor. We were offered free cancellation. Lewis, after finding out I had anxieties with talking on the telephone offered to call up and get the holiday cancelled for us. He did this and made sure they processed the refund while he was on the telephone with them on my behalf continually checking that the refunds had been processed on his computer before ending the call with them. He then booked us a new holiday all within 30 minutes. Even offered us drinks when we first arrived. The queuing system they have was great too. Took our mobile number, we went off shopping and then we got a text and a call when it was our turn to return to the store I highly recommend this branch especially Lewis! Thank you Lewis

Fantastic experience: Recently booked a holiday through Michelle in the Trafford centre store. She listened to our requirements and budget and found us our perfect holiday including sunrises over the sea from our balcony. Perfect destination for our anniversary. Fantastic experience: Always good service at Tui in the Traffird Centre, we've used them a few times now. Millie was very helpful and another member of staff commented on our chosen destination which was good. I'd suggest doing your iwn research before booking but if you need advice they are always happy to help.

Negative experience: Called in Tui Trafford centre 18/9/23 to discuss/book a holiday to Italy. There was no one waiting to see anyone and two staff were available in the shop but I was told it would be 74 minutes to wait? I wasn’t prepared to wait for over an hour to just discuss a holiday when the shop was clearly not busy. As a regular customer of Tui I was not impressed.

Fantastic experience: Natalie spent 2 hours with me and my children helping us find a last minute (first time single parent holiday abroad) with 2 teenagers and a 10 year old with ADHD and Autism. She was so patient and considerate and was wonderful with my 10 year old.
