Negative experience: No star for them ,I wish to close their shop if I could ,unprofessional,untrained people ,when you go first time they will till you that they can bring stars from the sky for you ,once they take money from you finish at all even they won’t know you anymore ,if you ask for money back they Say we already gave you service ,means 5 minutes u sit with them this is their service ,they do fraud scam with every one ,I already complaint against them ,I suggest every one be careful from these cheater people avoid their service and try to till others family friends member as well ,

Negative experience: Very friendly at first. But once your flight gets cancelled and you ask for the refund, the whole paradigm shifts. They avoid phone calls even during working hours, gets annoyed if you visit and barely gives you any update. They are extremely unprofessional unless its beneficial for them. I felt biases and being treated differently unless you are from their country. Poor security, unprofessional and uncomfortable communication. Avoid them if you can.

Negative experience: I would never ever use this travel agency ever again! They are bunch of unprofessional, unresponsive , misleaders . All is matter to them is just your money. I paid £1100 for two tickets but was cancelled due to this epidemic so i was told i was only entitled to partial refunds of 190 pounds by Sanam travel. However i spoke to emirates airline manger and i was told i may have been misled by the travel agency. I spoke to Sanam travel manger and he said he would provided me with a confirmation from the third party that would show exact amount of refund for each passenger but they failed to provide it for an obvious reason. Is this the way how people make Halal money? I STRONGLY ADVICE YOU TO OPEN YOUR EYES AND GO TO TRUSTWORTHY AGANCY BEFORE YOU PUT THE MONEY YOU HAVE WORKED HARD FOR , DOWN A DRAIN.

I request for him to carry out the search for the quotation that I requested, but I was told he is too busy to ring me back. I said to him, that is so rude and yet no appology said to me. I certainly don't recommend the agency to my friends or the family member.I was intimidated at the time and don't appreciate this kind of service. No star supposed to be given!
