Fantastic experience: Our trip to Bangkok, Hanoi and Angkor Wat was planned and booked by Philip, we had an amazing time, flights, transfers, hotels and trips were all perfect, lovely people and great memories, thank you!

Negative experience: We booked a tour to Asia in 4 different countries last August. They took full payments for the flight and hotels on the same day! I can confidently say I will never book with them again! When we arrived to Singapore we were told the agency haven't paid for the hotel yet so we had to wait a good few hours before we could check in considering we landed at night. We then then went to Bangkok and were told we need to pay extra as we arrived in the morning. The agency told us to pay them cash and we would get refund from them, despite sending the receipt we still haven't had our refund for paying extra money at the hotel. We were told we can both have 30kg luggage each for free however it wasn't made clear that we had to pay for them for all the flights in between!! When rang agency, we were told its written at the bottom of the paper (written in the smallest print) but the agent not once mentioned it. We ended up paying a lot for luggages and hotels on top of what we had already paid!! So ensure to check all these things with them booking it.

Fantastic experience: I'll be honest, when we first booked our trip with Tour Center I thought it was too good to be true for the price, but we're back and we had the best time of our lives! Everything ran smoothly, and yes the flights were a bit long winded (not direct flights) but for the price totally worth it! Special thank you to Jayden who arranged this trip for us, and was incredibly professional, and really wanted to make sure we got to our destination safely and were okay. Thanks again Tour Center! We will be in touch to book another trip with you as soon as we can!

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Since booking a holiday with this company and more specifically a man called Blake, my mother has been harassed about upgrades and then when she finally agreed to hear a deal on the hotel Blake informed her that it was unavailable and so is the one we booked so he booked us into the first thing he found which was awful and nothing like what we originally booked. They are refusing to refund us as my mum agreed to view the upgrade. There was more drama with the flights, but you get the idea. Awful customer service, horrendous treatment. Still waiting for a reply to what they’re going to do about it.

Negative experience: I'd bought my partner a holiday for his birthday for just under £1000 from tourcenter. Sadly my partner died in an accident before we could go. I phoned them up and explained what had happened and had given them more than 3 months notice, they said I could only have less than a third of the £1000 They had no empathy on the phone and whilst I was crying on the phone finished the conversation with "Have a nice day". If you book with them, I hope nothing terrible happens as I wouldn't expect much back if it does.

Negative experience: We had one of the worst experiences dealing with tourcenter. Every time we call to discuss something they are always busy. We where given option of 2 instalment payment. We made the first and then they sent email saying there will be a penalty of more than £100 as we chose the 2 instalment option. After arguing for a week they waived the fee. Finally we booked the package and flew from here to Rome. We booked an accommodation there through tourcenter. Upon arrival they said we have to wait 3 hours to check in. We patiently waited and after 3 hours when we asked them they said sorry your room is not available we will move you to a different hotel which was very far from the centre. We ended up booking a property through airbnb and we contacted tourcenter to inform about it. They apologised and advised us to enjoy our time in Rome n Venice and upon return to uk they will sort it out. We had to pay a huge amount of money on taxi and other sorts due to the inconvenience caused. After coming back to uk we contacted them several times and they said they will get back to us regarding it and we have not heard from them yet. They call us only when they have to get money from us. When we call them they are ignorant. Our trip was in March 2018. It’s been 5 months and they have not contacted us although they promised us they will. Our very first day of the trip was absolutely disgusting due to tourcenter not organising or coordinating with the hotel they booked us in. And we are still waiting for the refund. Not going to recommend or use tourcenter again.

Fantastic experience: I originally contacted Tour Center via their enquiry form to ask about an advertised deal on Holiday Pirates. I received a response within an hour from Ian - who was absolutely brilliant and handled every aspect of my booking. My initial enquiry was for 1 person but this ended up being for 20 once I opened it up to friends. Ian's customer service skills were incredible. He was helpful, accommodating, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he skillfully handled my many changes to the booking. I have never dealt with such a fantastic tour agent. There were no hidden fees, he was honest about every aspect of the booking and he really worked hard to ensure he catered for my ever-changing requirements. He really went above and beyond to make sure I got not only an awesome deal, but exceptional customer service at the same time. Thank you Ian!

Fantastic experience: My holiday was a excellent experience. From booking the trip through Joesph at Tour Center who dealt with all our requirements very well. Even changed the hotel for me after l read negative reviews about our original hotel. All correspondence were done within plenty of time for our trip. The free trip we received to the Blue Lagoon was magical and is one of my favourite memories of somewhere really special and one l would return to again. We were lucky to see the Northern Lights for a little while making our trip complete. Reykjavík is a nice small city with unusual shops, quaint buildings and a beautiful cathedral. Plenty to do for a few days and definitely one for your bucket list.

Negative experience: I made a holiday enquiry about a month/6 weeks ago regarding a package to Disneyland Paris. On my form I stated that I only wished to be contacted by e-mail, yet I have been the receipent of two phone calls a day, multiple voicemails and a string of texts and e-mails. I have emailed to say I’m no longer interested in the package, yet I am still contacted. I have the number blocked yet somehow I still manage to receive voicemails. I have asked repeatedly for my contact details to be removed from their system yet it has not. Please do not use this company, it clearly does not consider a customer’s wishes nor pleas not to be contacted.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to go away for a holiday, but didn't have a destination in mind. All I knew was that I needed some Sun, Beach , lovely food , along with an interesting culture to experience. Spoke to Terry with my requirements ,who offered many places and deals but non of them were suitable. He was very patient and helpful in assisting me to find a holiday, we eventually found the PERFECT getaway I was looking for and ended up with Sri Lanka. I received excellent customer services from the start to finish, making sure I was happy with everything. Terry ensured I travelled in comfort and at ease with good flights and stayed in 4*/5* hotels and also had activities planned throughout my time in Sri Lanka. He was very through in making sure a driver was booked with an air conditioned vehicle for my entire trip and that they spoke fluent English. My driver Niroshan throughout the trip ensured I got to experience the Sri Lanka culture to the fullest , from going to temples, street festivals , cinnamon factories , moonstone factory, Safari trips and authentic Sri Lankan restaurants the list is endless. I would definitely book my next holiday with Tour Centre again as everyone i spoke to was helpful and always happy to answer all my queries. Keep up the good work !!!! :)

Positive experience: Just came back from a trip booked by tourcenter... Italy is amazing. The only thing I would suggest as a first time package trip booker - is check where they book your hotels and airports. To keep costs down it seems that hotels are at least 20-30 minutes out from points of interest and airports even further - of course you are not told of this. The hotels themsleves are hit and miss... I had three rubbish hotels and one good one. Finally steer clear of the breakfast upgrades not worth it. Won't be booking through them again... But thanks for the Italian taster.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They have provided us with incorrect dates and are now constantly adding charges to our booking for mistakes made by themselves. Even after speaking to their supervisor its looking impossible to get this sorted out. But of course they've taken our money now.

Negative experience: The agent dealing with our booking quit his job half way through the process; leaving us at a lurch!!.. no body even contacted us to tell us what happened, while it left us panicking whether we lost £1500 of our money to the agent; as there were no response to any of my Emails!! ...it's not yet sorted... Staff are not at work till 12 etc... NEVER book your tickets through Tour Centre'..

Fantastic experience: First time booking with Tour Center UK. Briliant service from max jones (A.K.A Salman Rashid) from start to end. He has been very patient with me as I am a very fussy person but he has took his time and tried his hardest to get us the best deal. There was no pressure to book anything with tour Center, but their prices and service spoke for itself. Plenty of hotel options given and booked 2 tours also. I cannot yet comment on the quality of the holiday but if things run as smoothly as the booking process then I will be very happy!! Would definitely book again!

Negative experience: Don't book. Ruined my daughter's 8th birthday trip to Disneyland. They ask for you to leave a review before you've even paid for it! They must know they're awful after that!

Fantastic experience: I purchased a Wowcher that belonged to this merchant. I had a problem as the wrong went through and I ended up with half the time I wanted for my trip. I called Tourcentre to find out about the location, I talked to Eric, who asked a couple of questions and helped me. He offered the same deal that my original plan was, used my Wowcher and added the extra day and I got the same value. He was a great upseller, we ended up purchasing breakfast and park tickets on a great price :) he was extremely patien concerning I was quite frustrated first, it became a great experience. Everything went smoothly. We are going in September so I cannot review the holiday yet, but the bookkng service was excellent. Thank you :)

Positive experience: DON’T DO IT. Three months ago I wrote the review below, because I thought I was getting a good service. However, when it came down to it nothing could be further from the truth, i was tricked into agreeing a ridiculous flight as it was coming back very late at night so I knew check out would be a problem. I was promised and assured that I would get late check out by Brian otherwise would never have take that deal. When my husband and I arrived in Venice the reception had no idea what we were on about when we told them about pre requested late check out. It took us ages to get Brian on the phone who persuaded us to pay the fee and we would be reimbursed, to date there has been no reimbursement. I have made countless attempts to get my money back but no joy. PLEASE BEWARE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT, I feel like I was conned out of my money. I received great customer service from Brian, throughout the process, which almost didn't happen but he ensured that I was getting what I wanted and took the time to listen to me. Thanks Brian

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HERE IS WHY We saw an offer on Wowcher for a trip to Amsterdam. From the start we should have seen the warning signs - We wanted to fly out and return London Southend as advertised, but "Russel" wanted us to travel from and o London Standsted!. This incurred a premium, which, despite disagreeing with, we agreed to a compromise (We had already paid Wowcher, so felt we had little choice). By way of an apology, and while pressing us to give them 5* rating on Trust Pilot and Feefo before "Russell" advised that they would arrange an upgrade to our hotel room for the inconvenience caused. Moving forward, we tried to confirm our Flight details and were advised by Easyjet that due to the way the booking was made by Tour Centre we were unable to confirm the seats for two members of our party. Thankfully, we spoke with Easyjet who sorted out when we arrived at the Airport today. Arriving at the Hotel, surprise surprise, No upgrade. I spoke to the Hotel and they advised they would need confirmation from the tour operator - Turns out Tour Center have a partner booking company!!!!! I called "Russel" and was after a 20 minute call, told I had to pay it, send a copy of the receipt (which we again reluctantly did)., and he "might" get the funds reimbursed after this 'Partner" company had been consulted. We did this within 30 minutes and within 2 hours had the reply back - Flatly refusing any responsibility. THAT'S WHY I WON'T RECOMMEND

Negative experience: They probably just as good as anyone else does until you have no problems. Our pre paid transfer did not shown up on the airport, so we had to get a private hire. We couldn't get any proof from both sides if they will do pick up us on the way back. So private hire again. Asking for refund, actually just as much we had to spend not the whole ammount we were pre pay but after a month still nothing happened. Veronica always promise a call back or email, but it is not happening of course. Not to mention the conditions of one of the hotel they booked. Never Again!

Fantastic experience: We have booked our tickets to SriLanka through Tourcentre and our call was handled by Jaden. Our overall experience of tour centre is 5 star. Jaden is one of the best team member Tour centre has. He is very calm and helpful on every aspect of the journey booking. After the booking even we received email from him asking whether we received all the documents etc. I hardly see that good customer service. Keep it up.

Negative experience: I reviewed this company jabbing just booked what was supposed to be a bargin break. How wrong I was. The price was increased by £160 for a change of hotel and any excursion that cost me double what I could have booked for myself. The excursion ticket had a link to print tickets that didn't work and despite 2 emails I've had no reply so will no doubthave to pay again. In addition transfers and baggage not included in price so another £130 out of pocket. Would not recommend this firm.

I must admit i was a bit nervous at the start because i had never used this company before when booking any of my holidays, but i am so glad i did! Everything we prebooked through you was perfect, every transfer was never late and always on time, every excursion was incredible we were able to see the northern lights, blue lagoon and some whales. We really enjoyed this trip so much. You had even booked such a great room for us with the most amazing view of the snowy mountains. We had no problems with our hotel and they even had all the information of what times we were being collected from our hotel for all the different excursions and transfers. You really made this trip so easy for us, no matter what the question was i asked you you was always able to help (even when i called you in Iceland). You gave us all the correct information we needed and contacted us when the time was best for us. Nothing was ever too much for you, and your responses via email were always so fast. We can not thank you enough for everything!!!! We honestly had the best trip with no worries. TourCenter are so lucky to have you, me and Reece are so grateful for all your help. Negative experience: The worst company ever for buying a holiday with. I was lied to on Numerous occasions. I bought a holiday to Iceland, I had booked the hotel and flights but not the excursions as I was planning to book them with another company. I was told by my sales advisor if I booked the excursion with tour center he would do the excursions for the same price and it would include transfers from the hotel. I then noticed on my email the excursions were not from the hotel but instead from the bus station I called two days before I had to depart to sort this out, I wanted to speak to a manager but had to wait almost 5 hours because the managers were in a meeting. My sales advisor ERIC told me the hotel included free access use of the spa facilities in the hotel however I had to pay for any treatments which I agreed with. I even called on a separate occasion before I departed to confirm this. Upon arrival at the hotel I went to use the spa but was denied as the receptionist told me this was not included. I then had to call ERIC from my holiday and again wanted to speak to a manger but was told they was in a meeting and I had to wait. I confronted ERIC that he had told me it was free access ERIC lied and said he did not say this. I told a supvisor I wanted some money back and what I was to do now. The supervisor told me just forget about the spa and when I’m back from my holiday to send a complaint. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. when they wanted my money they were constantly calling me in relation to diffferent deals but once I had paid they did not care.

Fantastic experience: I booked a short break in Iceland through Tour Center, and was assisted by a very helpful Tour Consultant, Rodney Evans. He answered all the questions I asked, sought the best prices for me, and allowed me time to consider my decisions before confirming my booking.
