She helped us find the best package to suit our needs as a group of 6. She had good knowledge and explained all of our options, before calculating the price differences to make it easier for us to choose. We're so excited!

Fantastic experience: Amazing in store service from the gorgeous Chelsey. Although we had to sit for over an eye filtering through flights to accommodate my young family it was not too much of an ask. Using her own knowledge of locations and recommendations from other customers we found the perfect holiday ! I would definitely recommend going into store rather than the sometimes confusing website / app .

Fantastic experience: I live in Cannock, Staffordshire. But I choose to book my holidays through this store the staff are so helpful, nothing is to much trouble for them. I have in fact booked two holidays with them this year to Mexico and Tunisia. They have been so helpful sorting out taxis and queires regarding PCR tests. Thank you

Positive experience: WHEN TO TUI COVENTRY VIST CENTRAL SIX YESTERDAY EVENING TOO BOOK HOLIDAY 01/08/24 ROUND APPROX 18.45 PM. STAFF VERY HELPFULL FULLY SUPPORTIVE TO ME AND OTHER HALF. RUBGY THE STAFF AGENT WAS ABLE TO SPEND TIME WITH US ALSO GOING TO IN GREAT DETAILS WITH ME AND MY OTHER HALF. THE AGENT WAS ABLE TO GET STUFF DONE. OVER HALL SERVICE AMAZING WHILE IN THE STORE BUT THEN A SMALL PROBLEM CAME ALONG AND TUI NOT BEING ABLE TO TAKE MONEY AFTER 8PM AT NIGHT CAUSING ME AND MY OTHER TO BE KIND OF UPSET BECASUE THEY COULDNT TAKEN CASH. ONLY ACCEPT CARD AFTER 8PM IN RESPECT OF EXCHANGE CENTRE BEING CLOSED. FURTHER MORE AT NO POINT WAS WE TOLD ABOUT 8PM FOR CASH ONLY AT THE POINT 8 PM CAME. WE HAD TO GO BACK IN TODAY 02/08/2024 THIS MORNING AROUND 10 AM CAUSING ME TO TAKEN HALF OF DAY WORK DUE TO ISSUES OUTSTANDING. FURTHERMORE LIKE TO SAY THE AGENT TODAY CALLED LAREN C REALLY GOOD VERY SUPPPORTIVE OVER ALL AMAZING GREAT VERY KEERN TO GO OUT HER WAY TO SUPPORT ME AND MY OTHER HALF. IN MY VIEW SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME SHE ALSO REDO THE INSURANCE. VERY HAPPPY WITH THE SUPPPORT. UP ON LEAVING THE TUI STORE I SPOKEN TO AGENT ON LEAVING SHE HAD NO NAME BADGE ON I EXPLAIN LAST NIGHT AND EXPLAINED ABOUT NO SIGNS OR KEY INFORMATION THE COMPANY IN MY VIEW WOULDNT. I FOUND HER IN MY VIEW VERY UNHELPFULL AND NOT REALLY BOTHERED ABOUT IT. ITS THEREFORE WHY I AM GOING THE RATING OF 4 OUT OF 5. I DO FEEL TUI SHOULD BE CLEARLY ON KEY INFORMATION ON THE ABOVE.
