Positive experience: We had a 40 minute wait despite having an appointment. However, Ceri came front of house earlier than her shift start time so that we weren’t waiting any longer.

Fantastic experience: Ceri once again was super helpful and very professional. Started her shift early to fit in with us which was much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: KERRY JONES - the best travel agent there is. We booked our honeymoon via Kerry. She has booked our holidays previously so we knew we were safe and in good hands. We did all our communication via several emails, and believe me, there was alot of communication because we kept changing our minds. As always, Kerry worked so hard to get us the right package that’s spans 3 countries and 7 flights. She is excellent at putting you at ease, ensuring nothing at all is too much trouble. We wouldn’t trust anyone else other than Kerry; she is the reason we e continue to return to TUI. Fantastic experience: Just booked another holiday at the new TUI store on festival park. We had a lovely lady named Ceri looking after us, and sorting things for us. She was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and sorted everything for us plus some. Everything went through so smoothly. The new store is great. Very spacious. Always go here to book our holidays. It's so much better going face to face as opposed to booking on line. You always get the same discounts, if not more going in store.

Positive experience: Dom was brilliant, helped us find a holiday for all of us and made sure it had everything we could possibly need. The only negative to the whole experience was Stacey, she was too overbearing, nosey and quite rude and loud if I’m honest. As an ex agent and cabin crew myself, I know that can push customers away. Fantastic experience: Came into store today (Sunday 27th October). Here we met a lovely young gentleman named Toby. We came in store with a particular hotel in mind, this wasn't available. Toby went through a couple of other options with us. Toby showed us the Trendy Lara in Turkey which looks amazing . He then revealed to us that he'd been there himself earlier this year, well that sold it to us. Also Toby is a very polite and knowledgeable young employee of TUI. We will certainly come back and deal with him again.

Negative experience: The only positive from this visit was the pleasant greeting we received. We had gone in with a holiday in mind after spending a few weeks researching it on their website, however the poor sales assistant did her best to tell us why she would hate it and ultimately lost a sale. She was rude, disinterested and not prepared to discuss any alternative solutions. I won’t be returning, I urge others to do the same.

Fantastic experience: Fran handled our holiday and she was truly wonderful. I have a cognitive disability that does effect me while travelling and I have never had such eager accommodation. All of the holiday was brilliantly brought together and it is a big relief to know it is all being handled, not just the hotel and plane, but also my wellbeing accommodations. I honestly couldn't sing her praises higher and she is an asset to the TUI team

Negative experience: Well, I am really disappointed with the current service provided. We have an up and coming cruise and a wedding vows package booked. Since booking the original package it’s changed several times. When questioning this. I’ve been told my original package didn’t exist and it’s not changed. I have been fobbed off numerous times with different stories. I’ve received not from TUI or Marella about the package details and what happens during the ceremony. You can’t speak and ask question directly with the cruise team only through this branch who are told things like the pre bookable rooms are booked when you arrive. Which doesn’t make sense. I’ve had to visit the store multiple time to explain things and I still don’t get answers. It’s taken almost 2 months to get a list of the wedding vows events. My partner and I have been to feel so unspecial when it should be an exciting holiday and event. I go on this trip in 2 weeks and we are not looking forward to it and wish we had booked with someone who knows what is going on. Pretty poor service.

Fantastic experience: Stacey at the Stoke Superstore has shown us nothing but great customer service. The TUI team did everything they could to ensure we had a great holiday in Mexico. Sadly they were let down by poor communication from the hotel but this only reflected badly on the hotel as Stacey's response was swift and very helpful. We have in the past and will not hesitate to book with Stacey and the team in the future; a great TUI Superstore.

She helped us every step of the way even planning a 14 day itinerary for us based on our families wish list to make sure we made the most of the stay. Fantastic experience: Called in today to enquire about a family holiday, we were not sure where exactly we wanted to go after only ever holidaying in the uk, but we were seen by Dom who showed us lots of possibilities and helped us to narrow our search down to just a couple of beautiful complexes in Gran Canaria, Dom went over all the facilities of both the hotels numerous times as my wife could not make her mind up, he was so patient with her (I was ready to walk out after a hour of looking at the same hotels and not being able make her mind up!), no matter how many times my wife changed her mind he carried on as if it was the first time she had asked. Once we had finally made our minds up, Dom went over the flight options and upgrades to which thanks to him we now have a nicer room and even chose our seats on the plane. The process was so easy once it was all explained. I honestly think that without Dom’s help we probably wouldn’t have booked today, but with all his expertise and professionalism we have booked our holiday for next year.
