Negative experience: My own experience has been shocking. Sold a multi flight ticket from Newcastle to Vancouver, knowing 1.5 hours was not enough time in between flights to make a connection, stranding my friend in Seattle. Since, they have refused to take responsibility and are blaming BA, who in turn, are blaming this location of Hays Travel. Today, when they confirmed the return flights were now cancelled, no help at all in helping find a solution to their error. Washed their hands of the situation. Absolutely disgusted.

Negative experience: THINKING OF CRUISING Sail straight past this place as they haven't got a clue about cruising and if anything goes wrong,they back pedal and blame someone else. Seriously, if you want to go cruising, go direct to the Cruise Line or go through a Cruise Broker. We now use a dedicated Cruise Broker. You will save hundreds of pounds and get either free or discounted drinks packages. 3 CRUISES WE HAVE HAD WITH HAYS AND HAD A PROBLEM WITH EVERY ONE OF THEM
