Fantastic experience: Our umrah trip with Bluestone was excellent! Although it was a budget category we were most impressed with Br Rubel and his teamd in both Makkah and Madinah. Mawlana Badrul in Makkah assigned to us Md Imran for the guided umrah. Everything went smoothly considering it was an extremely busy Thursday evening. In Madinah too Babu was always there to assist us. Our driver Mohd Iqbal ensured that our ziarat in Madinah went smoothly. As a bonus he took us to a dates farm where we were able to purchase fresh dates! I would definitely recommend Bluestone especially if it's your first umrah.

Fantastic experience: I came to perform umrah with my son, who is 17 years old. This is his first umrah trip, and I wanted him to have the best experience in sha Allah. Bluestone Travel Ltd was recommended to me by my brother and alhamdulillah, this has been an amazing experience for both myself and my son. The umrah guide was holding my sons hand throughout the course, and it was a peaceful experience. Apart from umrah, we had guided tours to places of significance in Islam. Barrister Rizwan Hussain was our tour guide, a very knowledgeable man indeed. His calm and precise briefing allowed us to journey in time of our Prophet (PBUH), alhamdulillah. Overall, we were well looked after, and anyone who is after a spiritual as well as an educational experience, I would highly recommend Bluestone and their team.

Fantastic experience: As-salaamualaikum. Alhamdulillah, I recently completed my Umrah with Bluestone Group, and it was an amazing experience. The organisers were very supportive, and Brother Rizwan, our group speaker, was exceptionally knowledgeable in the Seerah of the Prophet ﷺ, bringing each site to life with his explanations. The hotels, team, and overall arrangements were excellent. My only suggestion for improvement would be the scheduling — many activities were long and back-to-back, leaving little rest time after Fajr or between prayers. For instance, days often began around 7:30 am and ended near Maghrib, making meals and rest quite late. A slightly lighter or more balanced timetable, allowing time to rest or perform activities earlier in the day, would make the experience even better. Despite this, the journey was spiritually uplifting, and I highly recommend Bluestone for Umrah.

Positive experience: The guide was very knowledgeable and shared lots of useful information. They took great care of everyone, ensuring we were fed, had rest breaks, and were very patient with the elderly. They also accommodated both English and Bangla speakers and even arranged the hotel so our group could stay together in one room, which was very thoughtful. The schedule was a bit tight at times, so a little more rest time would be nice. I’d also suggest for umrah package everyone reading up beforehand to better connect with the seminars. Overall, enjoyable experience Alhamdulillah.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah this is our second time travelling with Bluestone Travels to perform Umrah. This is also the first time that we have had brother Rizwan Hussain accompanying us as our Umrah Guide. We felt the delivery of every guided tour and seminar was comprehensive and we left learning new something new every time. This allowed us as parents to converse with our children and reflect on what our thoughts were on the topics. The explanations were seamlessly translated between Bangla and English to accommodate everyone in the group and this inclusivity aspect would be beneficial for those wanting to travel with parents and children for example. We were informed of a full travel itinerary prior to our departure, and we were able to discuss accommodation with the team based on our budgets and needs (recommend you do this if you have accessibility needs). The guided tours around the Hajj sites for example have allowed us to visualise and encourage us to think about how we will take the next big step towards Hajj itself In Sha Allah. We really appreciated the educational aspect of our trip this time. Alongside this, the 3D Immersive experiences at Hira Cultural District and the trip to Jabal e Malaikha (Mountain of the Angels) were fun for all of us and memorable. Special thanks to Mr Rubel, his wife for the complimentary lunch, Mr Rizwan Hussain, Mowlana Burhan and the Bluestone team for organising and delivering this memorable experience in the holy lands. Negative experience: Thy are worse Agents unorganised they are just after bookings thern most of time they don't even care ,they leave you alone most of time they dissappear from your site .in the Airport they are no were to be seen they check in before everyone .they don't help you with the seats or in check in, They tell you we will be in the same hotel then they book them selves a better hotel and just don't care the condition of the hotel they offer you, as we paid more for what we were given .The hotel was not value for money that i paid.They just give you there programs and you follow them that's it,I don't think they are honest with there clients .I had very unpleasant trip to be honest hope they change how they deal with clients honest is a better policy

Fantastic experience: A very educational, enlightening, and memorable experience with Bluestone. First Umrah so was a bit nervous when it came to performing the rites and etiquettes of Umrah but brother Rizwan put all our minds at rest explaining each step slowly, articulatey and multilingualy which helped my mum. A guide with an in depth knowledge of the islamic history and teachings helps put everything in context and will make your Umrah more fullfilling. A few tedious logistical issue which were beyond their control at times but to be expected when you have a group this big arriving at different times and all on different packages. On the whole I highly recommend anyone who wants to have a more fullfilling and satisfying Umrah, especially the youths or anyone travelling for the first time.

The main purpose of this trip was to reconnect with our imaan, make positive changes and as it was my children's first time, to allow them to understand and fall in love with their deen and our beloved Prophet SAW. Fantastic experience: Umrah 1st - 12th of August. Bluestone travels were very accommodating. We experienced some difficulties with the airline when getting to our destination, however, bluestone helped us throughout our journey and supported us. We received step by step guidance on how to complete our umrah from the tour guides in both Bengali and English. This was helpful as the children were also able to understand clearly as well. The tour guides had a lot of experience and knowledge and answered any questions we had to the best of their abilities. Additionally, transportation was arranged such that the trip went smoothly. Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah we had a great trip. We were looked after and taken to our hotel. Overall it was a great experience and they made us feel assured at all times. You may have seen someone mention about not being able to take zam zam water back home. I can assure that the travel group leader made it clear that we may/may not be able to take the water. In the past Saudi Airlines have allowed it on occasion. Unfortunately on our occasion we were not able to, but were made clear of this possibility due to constant policy changes. Buy at own risk, but its probably best not to in my opinion Jazakallah to BlueStone Travel for your kind service towards my family and I.

This was our first experience in Ramadan and they made it most definitely a memorable one. The staff have been very supportive and helpful. My 9 year son was amazed with the care he got from the staff and the way the staff made effort to go through the history of different parts of Makkah and Madina with him in a way he found easy to understand. Had an amazing experience, the team is very helpful and supportive throughout every stage of the journey. They delivered exactly what they promised, from 5* hotels to full transport and Ziyaarah. Two experience guides provide the best service and look after us. Most importantly, the company director himself was in the tour and he made sure everything’s went very smoothly. So glad we chose Bluestone Travel Ltd for our Umrah experience and would not hesitate to book them again for Hajj or other Tour.

Negative experience: DO NOT ever trust this company!!! My parents went with them and had such an awful experience. It’s unbelievable that a company that is taking people for Umrah and Hajj could cheat and lie to people in the House or Allah. Astagfirullah. They claimed that the prices went up when they were over there and so they need more money despite everything being finalised whilst in the UK and before they travelled. My dad had no choice but spend a further £800 over there. It hurt me a great deal to see my parents being cheated, rudely spoken to and I never want this to happen to someone else. My mum required a wheelchair and they were very rude about offering one. It was given reluctantly despite them saying they will accommodate her needs. Overall, it’s a VERY VERY poor service and they take advantage of the Bengali elderly community who won’t do their own research, who have trusted them based on what they see on TV, their customers will not look up the hotels they’re offering because they placed their trust in these people. It’s a such a shame that with such an Islamic and important service you will choose to cheat, lie and be rude to your travellers. Ultimately the compensation will come from Allah SWT one day and Bluestone will answer for their treatment. But please please DO NOT trust this company. Find better ATOL protected and ministry recognised services and raise awareness so no more elderly Bengali people are cheated.

Positive experience: My first experience with them was real good and smooth. But recently I did not find them helpful, they were reluctant to offer me the refund I was asking them for several times, and still now we don't have anything from them.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful service and would never recommend to anyone. Only interested in squeezing money out of us. The hotels they booked that were supposedly "4*" were so small with rubbish customer service.

Negative experience: Be careful of the video reviews they use. They take footage before the end of the trip in order to get good feedback so as to hide the bad parts of the trip, which only come out towards the end. For example, taking us to a five star hotel, taking feedback, then proceeding to take us to an insect and rat infested hotel with dirty rooms near the end of the trip. Lovely stuff

Fantastic experience: Had a great Umrah experience with Bluestone Travels. Stayed in an economy hotel during my visit. It was a great experience for the price.

Negative experience: Rubbish! please avoid this bluestone travel agent for your hajj or umrah. They will lie and cheat they will scam you of your money. they are not reliable they tell you one thing and do another. Negative experience: Dear brothers sisters plz avoid as they give misinformation they lie and then they don't answer calls they tell you visa is here when it's not then they have the aduasity to tell disabled people who cannot get to them!! to collect their paperwork !! when they were told it will be sent out to them. once again at different dates so plz if you live by them and are willing to take risks then go ahead but if you live far theses guys have no respect for you!! No personal service as their excuse is then the number of people going on same trip is too much and that's the delay

Fantastic experience: We went to umrah in December 2016 with my family which was a group of 9 passengers this included two elderly and two under 3s travellers. We were provided with 5* service including hotel and transportation. I will recommend Bluestone to umrah travellers.
