Negative experience: تجربه‌ افتضاحی با این دفتر هواپیمایی داشتیم. پرواز ما لغو شد که خودش به اندازه کافی ناراحت‌کننده بود. وقتی تماس گرفتیم که بدونیم کی وجه مون عودت داده میشه، خانم اصلانی با کمال بی‌ادبی گفتند: «نمی‌دونیم» و تلفن رو روی من قطع کردند. این رفتار برای یه شرکتی که باید به مسافران و مشتری هاش کمک کنه، واقعا غیرقابل قبوله. دیگه هیچوقت به این آژانس مراجعه نخواهم کرد و اکیداً به دیگران توصیه می‌کنم که از این دفتر هواپیمایی دوری کنن. قطعا عقلانی هست که با شرکتی کار کنیم که به مشتریاهاش احترام میگذاره. اگر مدیر محترم اونجا کامنت ها رو میخونه، خدمت شما اطلاع میدم که این رفتار بی ادبانه پرسنل شما رو حتما در تهران پیگیری خواهم کرد Absolutely terrible experience with this travel agency. Our flight was canceled, which was already frustrating, but their customer service made it even worse. When I called to ask about the refund, they were unbelievably rude. The person on the phone actually said, “We don’t know,” and then hung up on me! No help, no explanation, and no accountability. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a company that’s supposed to assist travelers. I will never book with them again and strongly advise others to avoid this agency at all costs. Save yourself the stress and find a company that actually values its customers!

Fantastic experience: At the airport Qatar airline changed my flight time from Doha back to London on short notice without informing me. At the airport I was told my flight had already left. I called Eligasht from the airport and they managed to get me another flight as it was the airline's fault. Outstanding customer service! I recommend this travel agency to everyone

Negative experience: This travel agent should be avoided at all. I went there there to buy an airline ticket and witnessed a member of staff eating while serving a customer. The place was exteremly dirty and it looked like as if it has NOT been cleaned for a very long time. The staff member was so unwelcoming and using his mobile phone whilst we were talking!!! I therefore decided to purchase my ticket elsewhere as I did NOT see this people capable of helping in case of emergency or any other issues with my ticket later on . I do not think this people have any clues as to what they are doing, and their payment system if a big FAT jokes... I hope this poor experience helps people to give their hard earned cash to well deserved travel agent. AVOID IT AND YOU WOULD BE HAPPY
