Fantastic experience: Ursula. N is one of the best travel agents at the Tui Sutton branch. My Mum and I spent 3 hours in there and Ursula was so professional. She helped us weigh up the options, was patient when we weren't sure and she was so polite. The three hours was well spent because we booked an all inclusive to Jamaica and a city trip to Dublin. My only regret, I think Ursula missed her lunch break. Sorry. But thank you Ursula for being so gracious.

Fantastic experience: My partner and i left it very late to organise a holiday leaving in around a month with lots of destinations to consider for winter sun. Amy was amazingly patient as we navigated the world during an appointment and continued to find options and solutions. The rest of the incredibly friendly team there were also offering advice and support. Felt great to confirm our Thailand multi-centre this morning with Amy and cant recommend this store and team highly enough! Oliva booked the first holiday she went through all in detail, which made us feel so comfy and happy with everything. Changes happened due to issues with VIsa. It was a nightmare for me. Fantastic experience: I haven't been on holiday for about 20 years so before booking our first family holiday I wanted to ensure that I had all the information etc plus I also wanted recommendations/suggestions that matched what I wanted from the holiday. I also have 2 sen children so wanted to make sure the holiday package was suitable for everyone in our family. I called the store and from the get go Amy was extremely helpful. She answered any questions I had gave me as much info as she could and once I had discussed what I wanted she got back to me within a hour with 3 suggestions (one of which I had seen online and was at the top of my list). She made what i felt was a very important decision so much more easier. I also went into the store the next day, unfortunately Amy wasn't in but I was greeted by a lovely woman who helped me with everything I needed. So thanks to Amy and the other staff members my children and I are finally going on holiday ✈️

Negative experience: The people that work here should be assumed. Gave my 70 year old uncle the wrong information, which caused him to be unable to go on his holiday. They are now refusing to take responsibility. We will be taking further action. Beware of booking through this travel agent and triple check any information or advice they give you. Stick to booking online, and not with TUI.

Negative experience: Door states 9am opening time! Arrived at 9am time, doors locked and staff inside. No one bothered to even acknowledge my presence outside the door and it was raining. Returned at least 3 times, last time at 9:15! Gave up and went home, searches on line the holiday I was planning with Tui and fount it with another company £300 cheaper! The waiting in the rains was worth it and I will never book a holiday with in future

Fantastic experience: We had booked a Tui flight online but were unable to upload our passport details. After numerous attempts and phone calls we were advised to locate a Tui shop and seek help there. Thus, our visit to Sutton. Unfortunately, the issues could not be resolved and we will have to deal with it at the airport. However, we cannot fault the help provided by Mindy, who went out of her way to try and sort it out with impeccable patience and courtesy. We decided that we will make any future bookings by visiting Sutton Tui and benefit from their knowledge and advice. One other thing – on phoning the assistance help number Erica was equally helpful and reassuring.

Fantastic experience: Would recommend this branch to anyone, we went in today and was helped by Amy to book a group holiday for 2025 for 23 people, which isn’t easy. Amy was so lovely and really patient/helpful, she answered all our questions and managed to find a hotel that met all of our requirements and had something for everyone, which isn’t easy as we are a picky group!

Looked very bored. Other colleagues were more willing to help asking us open questions etc when asked. No booking made.

Negative experience: Once they get your money they then change your plane to a 3rd party despite booking 8 months in advance and specifically saying you don’t want a 3rd party flight. Who the hell is Ascend airways ?? Oh and don’t expect any calls back Ellie and Nicky makes promises to return a call and a week later still waiting

We were served by one of the managers, Amy, who was outstanding. She listened attentively to our requirements and was very knowledgeable about the different options we could have. She took the time to discuss the different flight times and length of holiday so we got exactly want we wanted with no compromises. I will certainly be returning for future bookings - absolutely brilliant customer service!

To be honest we didn’t really know exactly what we wanted but Ursula found a holiday that was just right with only scant information from us (all inclusive, apartment/suite and that we had seen one hotel that was set in a mountain). Ursula was so patient and has such a great sense of humour. Honestly made us feel like we were the only customers seeking a holiday, nothing was too much trouble. I generally book online but if I choose to book with again, very likely, I will head straight back to Ursula!!

We saw Sophie and she definitely became the reason for the amazing experience we had by being patient, understanding us and our needs and making all efforts to tick all boxes for us while finding and suggesting us the best package. I recently popped into the sutton store to sort out a holiday for a family member, then I started talking about organising my own holiday for next year. Nick listened and enquired about what we like to do on holiday, and suggested a few countries we hadn't thought of, recommend hotels, sorted out some relevant brochures and gave us plenty of useful information. When we finally make up our mind we will definitely be going back to book .

Negative experience: This store opening hours differ than what's advertised on line. The door says closed Sundays but online says open but closed Saturdays. My daughter arrived on a Sunday but it was closed. 2nd attempt on a Thursday got to the door at 1:30pm pushed it open but was locked. People inside so the travel agent sales woman came to door and said we are closed for lunch for an hour. My daughter explained she just wanted to collect some monies from the Bureau counter but was told that was closed whilst for lunch. As she was on her own they could of let her in. So now that's twice she has rushed to the store and got rejected. Anyway she went away to a couple of shops came back after half an hour the notice on door says back at 3pm. So now the break has extended to 1 and a half hour. Towards 2:45 the two sales reps strolled along back from lunch not hurrying themselves. Lucky they get a long lunch break some companies only allow half hour. By now more customers are waiting outside to go in. Gets to 3:05 pm door still not opened. Eventually the sales rep reopened the door and everyone was let in. No apology to say thank you for waiting. Cannot fault about the helpfulness once you get seen its just the opening and closing hours are a problem especially as it's the only travel store around. Have never known a travel store to close in the middle of the day. Obviously no lunch cover so both go at the same time and close up. What's the point of coming back at 3pm when you close at 5:30pm ? By the time you see everyone waiting be time to shut. HR needs to sort this store out.
