Fantastic experience: My trip to Africa was a success and not stressful because of the wonderful experience and very nice treatment I received from the ANNA, a staff of Dream Holiday. Apart from respect, she did the checking in and followed up to make sure I didn’t have problems at the Airport to and from Africa. I will use the company again and introduce many new people to them as I have been doing since I bought my ticket. Thank you once again ANNA, GOD bless you and your team.

Negative experience: I booked return flights to India and paid £2250 for three tickets on 18/10/24. Sophie confirmed that she will book seats for all of us. On the day of travel she informed me that Qatar Airways is not allowing seats for my child so she will get bassinet only. I reminded Sophie that she promised that she will get it sorted. We faced a lot of challenge during our Journey. I had to leave a lot of luggage at home. I spoke to a guy named Prakash on 23/12/24. He apologised for inconvenience and assured me that they have spoken to Qatar Airways and there will be no issues on my return flight from Delhi to London. He said we will be getting three seats together. Later on I asked for cost breakdown but it was never provided to me. They made excuses of Christmas holidays and new year. My return flight from Delhi was on 7/1/25. When I asked Sophie to check-in a day before journey she informed me that my connecting flight from Doha has a long layover. She gave me options of Gulf air. I paid for a premium airline and they were providing me a not so good airline. I agreed as I had to come back and start my job. I agreed for flight which was scheduled on the 9/1/25. From 6/1/25 to 8/1/25 was a nightmare as Sophie and her colleagues made false and empty promises but did not book my ticket. They again changed their tactics and offered me direct flights to London on 9/2/25. Again after chasing whole day on 8/1/25 finally they told me late at night that my ticket has been booked. They were inconsiderate of the fact that I am travelling with a child. My ordeal did not end there. Next day we went to the airport but I had doubts about the ticket. Agency has a history of clients who have been in similar situations. To my shock I was told by Air India staff at Delhi airport that my agent has done fraudulent booking. They told me agency cancelled my booking after providing me the ticket. They also told me that dream holidays have provided my wrong date of birth and email address. I had to go back home. I then booked the tickets on my own and came back to London. I felt cheated and duped. I lost many days of pay because you did not provide me the ticket I paid for. Their actions have caused me immense mental and emotional trauma. I had to undergo so much of stress because of their incompetent and dishonest practice. Fraud company which is cheating and duping people. They move to new set of people and cheat them. Now they are not responding to people who introduced us to them. They do not provide invoice and do most communication on WhatsApp. I have learnt the lesson of my life. BEWARE!

Negative experience: I booked my flights in August 2024 for travel in December with British Airways. However, they failed to provide my ticket on time. After numerous calls, they finally issued my ticket just one day before my flight, but instead of British Airways, they booked me on Air India. When I originally booked my flight, I was promised an allowance of two bags, but Dream Holidays only provided me with one bag on a different airline. When I questioned them about this discrepancy, they argued with me and even threatened to cancel my booking. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Negative experience: This is a big fraud company, please stay away from this don't buy any tickets. They issue tickets using fradulant payments. My holidays during Christmas 2024 were ruined we are family of five. I had to come back from airport because of their fraud tickets which airline didnt accept at the checkin counter. My advise to all is please stay away from this fraud compay.

Negative experience: Is one of the worst agencies I have come across. My parents trusted them to meet their needs in booking their holiday however this company caused my parents immense amount of distress instead. Two days before their booked flight, the agency called my parents to inform them that their flight has changed and they will need to fly out the day before due to their flight being over booked. This caused distribution to my parents work as they needed to take emergency unpaid leave. One of the advisors MARIA advised us that they would arrange for the transport to the airport as we could not take them to the airport due to being at work. Despite advising us that they will pay for the taxi fare, we are still waiting to receive this 4 months on. We have tried calling them on numerous occasions to address this but they keep disconnecting our calls. DO NOT GIVE THIS RUBBISH AGRNCY THE SATISFACTION TO SCAM YOU LIKE THEY SCMED US.

Negative experience: It has been a truly difficult experience with Dream Holidays Ltd. The team have failed to communicate effectively with us to ensure the confirmation of transport and flights. It has been very disappointing to be misled with information about transport. We were promised that the transport would be paid for and included in the package we paid for. However, the team have failed to provide this service, which has meant we are still awaiting to be compensated for the transport which we've had to pay for ourselves. We would not recommend this service to anyone as it is exhausting and very disappointing to be treated by a travel agent in this way. You would not want to put yourself through this added stress!

Negative experience: I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and unreliable Travel Holidays Ltd. is. My family’s experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of their services. My elderly grandmother, sister, and her 2-year-old daughter (who is seriously ill and requires urgent medical treatment in the UK) were scheduled to travel from Amritsar to Birmingham on the 25th of January 2025. As a precaution, I requested to check them in as early as the 23rd of January and was told to send copies of their passports, which I promptly did. From that point onward, their lack of professionalism became glaringly apparent. I repeatedly chased them on the 24th and 25th to confirm if the check-in process had been completed. They consistently ignored my calls and WhatsApp messages, leaving me in the dark. Then, to my utter shock, I received a call at 5:20 pm on the 25th informing me that the airline had “suspended” their tickets, and they would no longer be able to fly that day. This news was devastating, as my family was stranded with no explanation or resolution in sight. Since then, I have been desperately chasing Travel Holidays Ltd. to resolve the issue and arrange for an alternative flight. They have been completely unresponsive—ignoring my calls, failing to reply to messages, and giving me the runaround when I do manage to reach someone. Each time I speak to a different person, I am told they will get back to me within 20 minutes, but the promised call never comes. This ordeal has caused immense emotional and physical stress for my sister and our family. Despite explaining the urgency of the situation due to my niece’s serious medical condition, the company continues to display a shocking level of indifference and incompetence. Travel Holidays Ltd. has proven to be untrustworthy, unreliable, and utterly unprofessional. Their complete disregard for the well-being of their customers is appalling. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs. They have caused irreparable harm to my family, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Rating: 0/5 – Absolutely unacceptable.

Negative experience: Absolutely poor service. My parents used them to book tickets to Bangladesh. The flight was for a Saturday but they called 3 days before the flight to inform them it has been changed to Friday. They gave no explanation to why it was changed. It was a huge inconvenience because we arranged transport for Saturday. We requested some sort of compensation so they offered to book a taxi. The company they booked called us and requested us to pay cash because the travel agent never pays them for the work they do. We later called the travel agent and they said they will pay £100 and for us to make our own travel arrangement. It has been 3 months now and we have not received a penny for them. We teied contacting them but they do not answer.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful travel agency, they were doing everything within their preference and did not take my opinions in to account. They had last second changed my flight a day earlier completely disrupting my work making me cancel my work and losing out on money. They had then provided a taxi who tried to scam me as he had taken money from them and then tried to take money from us. They had therefore promised to pay me £100 as I had to sort out a taxi for myself which till today from November they have not yet been able to do. I will be 100% be taking them to the ombudsman as they had completely caused an inconvenience to my trip. Furthermore when taking payment they would provide a different account number to pay to each time as well as causing inconvenience to my bank as they were flagged by banks to not pay them therefore they tried telling me to get my relatives to pay for me. Unbelievably horrible experience.

The only problem is once the ticket is booked, it takes long to receive it. I hope the system is change to receive the ticket as soon as payis made. But never had problems with them.

Negative experience: My recent trip to Pakistan on 10th October was very disappointing. My sister and our 7 year old child also had a bad trip. 'Raj' was the man who was helping us. We paid a lot of money but my sister was put on a different flight going to a different country, and there were many hours of waiting in the airport - almost 6.5 hours in Pakistan, 9 in Sri Lanka and 5 hours in Abu Dhabi! When I called British Airways they didn't have information about my sister, so something went wrong with the booking process. It was a very stressful experience and my 7 year old daughter had to sleep in the Airport and no food or hotel were provided. It was 'standby' even though we had paid for a return ticket.

Negative experience: Title: Unbelievably Incompetent – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give this travel agency zero stars, I would. My recent experience with Dreams Holiday Ltd has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others about their appalling service. I booked a family trip to India through this agency, paying extra for two checked bags per passenger. This was clearly stated on our tickets. However, upon arrival at Birmingham Airport, we were shocked to be informed by the Air India check-in staff that only one checked bag per person was registered in their system. Despite having documentation that confirmed two bags per person, this blatant error by the agency threw our entire travel plans into chaos. Picture this: we're at the airport with an elderly mother-in-law in a wheelchair and a 2-year-old child, left stranded and helpless while scrambling to resolve an issue that wasn’t even our fault. The stress and panic were indescribable. To make matters worse, repeated calls to Dreams Holiday Ltd went unanswered. After several desperate attempts, I was finally told via WhatsApp that the office was closed, and they couldn’t assist us. How can a travel agency be completely unavailable on the day of departure? Their “solution”? I was forced to pay out of pocket for the additional baggage fees, with the hollow promise of compensation in the form of a voucher. A voucher? Why would I ever want to use this agency again after such an appalling experience? I was left financially strained and emotionally exhausted from the entire ordeal. My elderly mother-in-law and young child were especially distressed, and our trip began on a terrible note, thanks to this agency’s utter incompetence. I immediately lodged a complaint, sending an email on Tuesday, 17th December at 08:25 am. Despite my prompt action, I received no response. I even sent a first-class signed-for letter, which was delivered at 13:57 on Friday, 20th December 2024, and yet, to this day, I have received no reply. Their complete disregard for their customers is astonishing. I’ve been chasing a refund for the additional baggage costs, but instead, the agency has been dragging its feet and offering nothing but a pathetic voucher. They seem more interested in keeping my money than addressing their mistake. The lack of accountability and customer service is beyond belief. If you're considering booking with Dreams Holiday Ltd, I strongly advise you to reconsider. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and their customer service is non-existent. This was the worst travel experience I have ever had, and I am now taking the matter further with regulatory authorities. Avoid this travel agency at all costs – they will only bring you stress, financial loss, and utter frustration.

Negative experience: Scam company, literally lost thousands. Never use them, turned up to the airport to be told the booking reference is for someone else, fake boarding passes. They then claim BA cancelled the flight overnight which is a lie!

Negative experience: Listen guys, save your money and save your time. I was trying to book a holiday with my family this December. Contacted them in September to book, they gave us an attractive schedule with good prices. We gave a deposit in September when confirming. Since then, there’s been constant back and forth to get our tickets, they keep delaying and giving excuses and weren’t providing booking references. It’s currently under 2 weeks since we were meant to fly out and they messaged saying they can’t get us anything and have refunded the deposit. The prices of those flights are now double what they were and there’s nothing we can really do about it. I also know of two others who were looking to travel this month with these guys and are experiencing the same thing. IF you decide to go with them, please try to push to get your booking references and everything sorted within the first few days. If they don’t provide this then please take this as a warning, get your deposit back and look elsewhere.

Negative experience: Honestly, v poor service. I sent them money to book a ticket from Pakistan to London. They got money n gave the date n time of flight n they said you’ll get confirmation on exact the same date on which I was supposed to travel. Right three days before travel, all of the landlines n phones were turned off and even no WhatsApp, no calls. I was so worried about either I need to book ticket again or they will get back to me with confirmation of ticket. Exactly on the date n time of departure,I was at the airport n constantly ringing them for ticket and they are behaving like I was asking them a free ticket. Once they said they will confirm ticket right before two hours of my departure n then i started waiting for their call back. Within those two hours one of their staff rang me n said the airline didn’t give you a seat n returned back money n now you can book your ticket with any other company n i was at the airport at that time. In short they are wasting your time n give you panic attacks by turning off their all phones after taking money n you can’t do anything either you can’t decide you gonna go or your ticket isn’t confirmed yet. V poor service. My family faced a lot of problems after consulting this company . I won’t recommend anyone to go with them.

Negative experience: NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Absolutely horrendous experience with Dream Holidays Ltd this past week. My in-laws booked their flights to India with Vistara via these guys in May, and were due to fly out on Thursday 31st October. To our astonishment, my father in law took a call from them the day before, on Wednesday 30th October saying that the Vistara flight had been cancelled as they were merging with Air India, and that they would have to change their flights, which now resulted in an 8 hour layover in Bengaluru ahead of their connecting flight to Ahmedabad. Baring in mind, my father in law is a heart patient with many illnesses, it was beyond comprehension that this company waited till the last minute to inform us of such changes. With great difficulty, too, we managed to get them to agree to paying for 2 additional luggages for both the departing and returning journey which they informed us would total £140 when we arrived at Heathrow airport. They also promised leg room seats which the Air India desk had no acknowledgement or notes to suggest this had been asked for… essentially we were fed false promises on false promises. However, that was only the start of the lies. Upon arrival at Heathrow Terminal 2, the desk explained that: 1. The cost is £154 per additional suitcase per journey. Meaning in total, the cost would be £616 rather than the £140 they paid into our account. 2. The manager at the Air India desk then, much to our horror, explained that Vistara was running perfectly normally from Terminal 3 which proved to be correct [see attached image]. So not only were we lied to, but the mental health impact on my in-laws was enormous, both impacted through the stress caused by ‘Dream’ holidays. There will be ramifications for this, and we will be expecting to be compensated for this awful experience, filled with nothing but lies and poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the service I received from dream holidays. Raj the operator was very helpful through out the process. Package holiday he found was very competitive and he booked all the transfers and seats etc. What was nice and reassuring was that Raj texted to to ask if my flight to the hotel was ok and whether there were any issues with transfers. There were no issues at all. Inam very appreciative of everything Raj did for me as an elderly single passenger. I will definitely book again with dream holidays and would whole heartedly recommend them to everyone.

The agent text and email me throughout the entire time a bought the ticket from them. The correspondence was excellent,world class. Even when I arrived back in the UK I received a message from them asking me if I landed safely and if everything was OK. They also send me reminders about my ✈️ flight. Negative experience: What an absolute waste of space. Last minute bookings requires you to talk to their office, which I did, spoke to one of their team, built up our holiday, was given a price that I paid. A phone call from their resevation team 45 minutes later, I was told this would be to be given reservation details only to be told that I needed to pay an extra 25% of the original holiday cost to get into a downgraded hotel. Cancelled the holiday only to be told it would be 7 working days before the money will be back into my account. Well there goes this years holiday, fuming is not the word for it.
