Fantastic experience: Sandeep Lade is the best travel agent I have ever used. He always seems to find the perfect packed holidays at a reasonable price. Alongside this the hotels have been of a high standard too. I have been to singapore, Malaysia, middle east and many more and not had a single issue with any of these trips. Sandeep will be available all the time, he is very friendly, professional and organised. I could not recommend him any more.

Negative experience: i rang home and away holidays to book my umrah package igive the dates i want to travel their agent forcing me to travel on their date and the airlines he was only telling me to travel on saudi airlines but they had other airlines he could have look but refuse to look but i got the same airlines and my date and book it myself and much cheaper when i told him forget your dates look for my dates he put the phone down on me wouldn’t recommend home and away holidays anymore

Fantastic experience: I wanted to do a multi stop honeymoon and spoke with many companies before I was recommended to this company by a friend who had booked his honeymoon through them a few years prior. After weeks of going back and forth trying to get the perfect flights times and accommodation I finally booked my 4 country multi stop (Maldives, Malaysia, Bali & Singapore) honeymoon with Sundip. He was really helpful and patient, putting my mind to ease with his expertise and brilliant knowledge of multiple locations making it easier to make my final decision. Fantastic experience: Rated 5 out of 5 stars We have always booked with home and… We have always booked with home and away since 20 years, the staff are always very very helpful we have also been dealing with Faisal who is wonderful and very understanding always given us full choice and options. We have booked flights to Saudi Arabia and plenty of bookings to Karachi, we’ve never faced any problems. Always found the best prices snd deals . Anybody looking for tickets or holidays , just don’t waste your time to look any anywhere else. You will get the best deal where ever you are travelling .

Negative experience: I bought 2 tickets for India (returning from Srilanka)from this place and checked online for curiosity about prices on Emirates, I realised that I lost £180 by believing this place.I understand that someone need to earn something for his work but not £180 for 5 minutes job, believing this place I lost this much means they do really job without hearts. Please Try other places without losing money by going this place. *** Today is 29/03/2024, Below I add to my original review a response to the reply given by Home and away; it is; **** When I was booking my tickets I asked operator to search tickets depart/return to London or Birmingham because it’s only one hour (nearly) difference from Leicester (to Gatwick and to Birmingham from Leicester). But I mentioned if there’s no difference prefer to have Birmingham because I save one hour journey . But he told me the prices are same for both. Then I accepted this ticket.Now you say that the ticket is higher because return to Birmingham……Why I don’t keep ~£180 by just sitting one hour more in the bus? . Nobody gives me that much of money for one hour. There are enough bus services from Gatwick airport to Leicester, So why I shouldn’t I spend another hour and save ~£180 ?. ……The other point is that I’m going to India from London Stansted airport(See the ticket issued)…..if I can go from Leicester to Essex (London Stansted airport) to go to India why I can’t return to Gatwick which is more closer to Leicester ?) It’s no nice to tryingjustify dishonest sale after receiving a bad review . Better to treat people with heart

Although you are now checking for a return flight to London Gatwick , your original return leg of your journey is for Birmingham. Fantastic experience: Umrah Package 2024 I was shopping around for an Umrah Package. Some family friends recommended Home and Away Holidays. Specifically brother Adil Sayed. Adil was very helpful in tailoring an Umrah Package for my family. Brother Adil helped with everything and everything was delivered as promised. He is so polite and extremely professional and listens to all your needs and then like a jigsaw puzzle, he puts all the pieces to together. Well done. Negative experience: My parents who are elderly and disabled booked their tickets from here. Very bad place, poor service, definitely would not recommend anyone their, they do not listen to you at all and the staff was very rude and aggressive, my parents was told originally when booked the TICKET TO PAKISTAN PAID AN EXPENSIVE AMOUNT NoT CHEAP, I WAS TOLD they GOT A CHEAP TICKET when I went their to change the date. WHEN IT WAS Expensive. Then being told about different various excuses when originally bought the ticket was not told, so was lied to. changing 1st time was free and now told £350 per ticket. Due to issues my parents are in Pakistan due to health we need to extend ticket. SCAMMING COMPANY feel like my elderly parents were robbed. Definitely unacceptable behaviour from staff.

Occasionally having to wait for a while...... but once one of the agents is available, the service is second to none. We have dealt with a number of individuals who are all friendly and professional. Rihan is our person of choice, very helpful and always gives of his best. Very professional and efficient with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Last week, booked a flight with Rihan. After paying online for the flight, realised that an IT glitch had caused a double payment from my bank account. I contacted Rihan and he dealt with the issue very efficiently with follow on emails and phone calls. Thank You, Rihan!

Negative experience: I don’t like home and away When terminal change they don’t inform me When I reach airport then I know I reached early airport otherwise I miss my plane so I don’t like rubbish.
Positive experience: The sales representative Saad was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient and was a credit to the company. Communication by him was excellent. Price wise they were competitive with local street agents. The website could do with a revamp but its strength is that it gives you prices for different date combinations, very few do. They need to bring back a card payment system to as this hinders sales especially if you want to book over the phone. Its the only reason i didnt give it 5*. Hopefully the hartington road branch will open again at some point as its a long drive going over to melton road

Fantastic experience: We have just booked an Umrah package with them and all I can say in fantastic service, straight 10/10. Every call I made to them was answered swiftly (and I called a lot), the specialist agent Mr Jamadar was extremely helpful in explaining the quotes and sent a follow up email summarising every conversation we had. I have used them for many years for exactly this reason. Just to add, I previously booked Umrah back 2020 which didn't go ahead due to the pandemic. Whilst other people were struggling to communicate with there travel agents I didn't have much of an issue at all, I got a full refund without any drama (though it took a few weeks but not the agents fault, more the hotels not refunding to them). Negative experience: DO NOT TRUST DO NOT trust this company We have booked holidays with them and when things are ok they are ok but the moment there is a problem you get no answers We had to cancel our trip due to covid and was told there could not be a refund but we could have 12 months in which to rebook another date This is not an option as Covid is still Rife and the risk of not booking and taking flight within 12 months meaning we would not go anywhere and loose our money I have Phoned and Emailed Home and away advising my displeasure but noone of any seniority called back DO NOT USE unless you have more money than sense

Fantastic experience: We spent a week at Midships in Dartmouth, it was a gorgeous property, a 3 bedroom lovely Victorian property, everything you need for an easy Holiday Home. We loved the decor and pictures. Very cosy and comfortable, we would absolutely recommend staying.
