Negative experience: Driver cut me up on the motorway to the point where someone nearly hit the back of my waggon and instead of apologising he swore at me with a customer in the car, so unprofessional. Would NOT recommend

Positive experience: As we continue our car park journey, we come to a location I consider... adequate. While certainly not the idea place to park a car if you just want to enjoy a view, I counteract that statement by saying that there're pretty much no views to enjoy on Carter Street. However, it serves its purpose as a place where you can actually keep your car safe, so it gets a decent rating for me.

Negative experience: Shocking service booked a taxi took 30 mins and then they cancelled on me saying I didn’t turn up when they didn’t show to the pick up now they have taken my money won’t be using again

Negative experience: Booked a taxi from penny appeal , whilst coming out driver drove off . Called company to inform was told another 30 mins for taxi but also still charged as paid by card Since I can’t reply to your message , how do I see the driver away and go past us if I’m not waiting there for the taxi . I’m stood there with my daughter and also another member of the public who saw it, u did offer to send me another taxi however was told I had to join the back of queue and it was a 30 min wait. Operator informed me I would be refunded but still showing as a job complete on my account. Don’t tell me your going to refund me if your not . Never had a issue with using your company infact the driver who I had earlier fir a journey was amazing and can’t praise enough

We had a smooth journey from Wakefield to Normanton and he even helped me with my shopping, which to me, was going above and beyond what I expect from a taxi driver. Please let him know

Negative experience: Bad review due to pay rises going up on a night when I got told it’s £10 thru day and the putting the prices up at night disgusting it’s hard to get home

Negative experience: Ordered on the app should get an emailed receipt but the email just says error rung office very unprofessional unhelpful lady advised they dont do receipts and couldn't explain the email - do not use for any work trips if you need a VAT receipt as you will not get one!

Fantastic experience: Picked up by Khan driver 209. On time, car was clean and presentable. Probably the nicest taxi driver I've ever had. Really chatty all the way to my destination. Nothing worse than a driver just sat in silence for 25 minutes. Would totally recommend and the app is great too.

Negative experience: Absolute disgusting service. My daughter ordered a taxi last Saturday night and because the driver couldn’t find her pick up point ( which was a normal residential address) he swore at her and was extremely intimidating. She then refused to get in the taxi as she didn’t feel safe and used another company. She was still charged for the taxi and we rang to get a refund but have just been fobbed off. We as a family used to use this company all the time but recently we have all had issues with rude, ignorant drivers.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting I book a taxi for 8:30am ask for a card reader to pay for they said all booked in for u I get a phone call at 8:35am saying they no card reader so not only was taxi late they decided to let me know last minute about card reader I had no cash me no time to stop at the bank as my daughter has a school trip and because taxi was 15 minutes late this would make her miss her school trip what I paid for phone up the taxi explaing yes I was a bit annoyed as this has not happened just one time it's happening alot and not with just this taxi company so looks like you won't be getting any payment from me as he put the phone down on me what is the point booking taxes if they can't even come on time getting worse than busses.

Negative experience: Used them for years on a weekly basis but let us down badly tonight when didn't turn up for a pre booked journey from wakefield to home and my wife was unable to walk easily or stand for a long time. When I asked where car was told that car wouldn't be coming for at least 30 minutes. Phoned outwood cars who arrived in 4 minutes . Won't be using wakefield and Abbey again. Waiting to see if I get a refund from wakefield cars.

Fantastic experience: Stepped up when our usual taxi provider had left us in the lurch. Bit of miscommunication initially but in the end excellent service provided and helped us get home.

Negative experience: Garbage service. ‘It’ll be half an hour to 45 mins mate’ Waited 45 mins. Nobody turned up. No missed calls. Called to chase up, ‘He’s been and gone and is now in Dewsbury and will be an hour’ Liars. This was at 1 in the morning. Do not use. EDIT: In response to your reply, I used it via phone on 23/03/24 at 12.28am. I also chased you up via phonecalls after this. Please don’t further lie and say I didn’t use you. Cheers

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE! I Pre-booked and paid for a taxi at 8am to take my daughter to Wakefield train station at 5pm! The taxi firm had 9 hours to ensure a driver was there in time…instead they turned up 35 minutes late and she missed her train! When I rang to complain I was given the excuse that there was no cars in the area….even with a taxi being booked and paid for 9 hours in advance! After trying to lodge a formal complaint with the management…I was told that I was making up lies!! This is a shoddy business that is clearly being run by clowns…DON’T USE THEM!

Been ringing my phone all day but it's not been picked up. The cab is currently sat at Westgate again the cab rank. Any chance you can contact the driver please?

Negative experience: Booked a wheelchair taxi for 10.30am, it didn’t arrive so rang to be told the driver was running late. 40 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived, rang again to be told the driver would ring us, still hasn’t rung. My elderly, disabled mother was sat waiting in a wheelchair which never arrived. Not even the courtesy of a call. Rubbish, wouldn’t even rate one star

Negative experience: Used this company for years and have always been brilliant, but the last service made me change my mind and il never use them again! Ordered a taxi to take my kids to school like i do every morning, using their new app, the taxi never showed up but they took money out of my account and when i asked about it they said its tough and they had no recollection of any booking when i had my bank statement and emails saying booking confirmed, they stole off me and didnt care in the slightest! DO NOT TRUST THEM

Negative experience: Booked 3 weeks in advance for a New Year's Eve pick up from Leeds back to Wakefield. Called them when not showing on their way on the app at pick up time. Said 15 mins. Checked on app after 30 mins and said ride cancelled. Then did not answer calls. Pathetic service. Not worth the 1 star. Also to add on the drop off earlier in the evening the price had increased by 10 pounds from what they had quoted even though we had rung earlier in the week to query the quoted price as it was New Years Eve.

Negative experience: They are terrible if u want a taxi do not go hear they charged me 10 to go home 5 to wait for someone who was lttraly a second after me then made me py extra cause I forgot my phone they where horrible to me on the phone and very rude and said to me "I could have put it in my pocket and got more money from it your lucky I dropped it off" he took the longer roots and lied to me when I said no u need to go this way he said "we taxis are not allowed that way" it is horrendous there customer service I will not be using them again

Positive experience: I am giving it three stars as usually they are amazing at picking up on time or even early as well as taking the most direct route to whichever destination I needed. Yet with the past few bookings I've had I have had to wait nearly an hour for one which then resulted in me cancelling and walking home for an hour in the cold and the other when I needed to be punctual for work I never got matched with a car and had to cancel. I've never had problems with this service before. It was just disappointing to be let down by an otherwise stellar service.

Negative experience: Duno where to start. Never experienced such a rude driver in all my life. Chose this company based on all good reviews. Have to say the lady I spoke to when booking was super friendly and helpful. The remaining experience was a nightmare.. Too long a story but in short (ish) minibus for 8 of us from one address in durkar to Leeds booked. On the actual day, driver rang me, he couldn't find my address, OK can be a bit awkward if u don't know area. I found him, one street away. When we got to our location.. He wanted all money, for return also upfront. He had suggested at this time we owed more than I was quoted. Erm?? On return, he was there waiting for us.. Fab news! When I told him I had requested one drop off in lupset on way home he said I hadn't requested it and it would cost even more! I said I had requested it.. He said he would have to call the office and find out. He did and luckily they had my initial booking recorded!with proof of initial quote and me asking if a teenager could be dropped off in lupset on way home! The response from the request was yes, absolutely no problem at all. No apology from driver, he just winged that the people in the office don't understand the full cost of fuel with these runs! Sorry but he needs to sort this with them.. Not me.... Ooooh and he did actually get the full amount he requested in the end, though I didn't realise this at the time as my friends gave him it when money was handed over... So he got a tip in my eyes!!!! He was in general rather grumpy from the get go!! A memorable experience for sure!!!

My son needed a taxi home tonight from his friends and you got him home safely allowing him to pay when he got home where he could run in for the money, when 2 other taxi companies he had tried refused him for not having the cash up front. Positive experience: Waiting on the taxi wasn't too bad but wasn't happy with the way he was driving at times on the way home from hospital, was in the middle of the road half the time n failed to take notice of other vehicles around him. Got home safely which was the main thing.

Fantastic experience: Booked a taxi for 5 people to Leeds & Bradford Airport return 2 weeks before our holiday. The driver, Naz of taxi 13 arrived promptly & the journey went smoothly. Gave flight details so could collect us for our return home. A simple text to Naz to let him know when we were at the pick up point & he arrived within minutes. Excellent service from start to finish, thank you! Would definitely recommend & use again especially for an airport run.

Fantastic experience: I have used this service twice, pre-booking via the website and paying in advance by card both times. The first time was great - the driver arrived early and called me to check the location. It was a pleasure. The second time no car arrived at my location at the selected time. I called but still no car. In the end, I had to rely on a lift from a friend to catch my train. While this second experience was very disappointing after my first experience, and the initial email response to my request for a refund was not great, Laura in their office was excellent. She figured out what had happened and is arranging for a refund of my card payment. Three stars for the mixed pick-up experiences, but five stars for Laura.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a regular booking for the last 5 week using a wheelchair accessible vehicle. I highly recommend this company. I have had the pleasure of been driven by the boss whose customer service is outstanding; nothing is too much trouble. He has been fabulous in assisting my mum who is now wheelchair bound and she now looks forward to her journey and I can rest easy knowing she is safely clamped in. He always arrives promptly and the car is spotlessly clean. Honestly if I could rate this more than 5 stars I would.

Driver (Amir) was on time going, car was spotlessly clean and he was very friendly although not in your face friendly. Same driver picked us up on return journey again on time with spotlessly clean car. I would certainly use and recommend this taxi firm.

Negative experience: Ther person answering the phone was so rude. Requested an airport run gave him all the details, said my flight number for a return was not coming on his system. I told him that was my number, booked it said he was going to send me a text with a link to pay before my journey. Then called me 5 mins later saying my flight number was wrong when it wasn’t said that apparently the number said I was flying on the 10th. I was very polite then he started being rude saying I’ll talk to my senior manager and get back to you never got back to me but hung up on me and that’s when I decided to cancel the booking and go elsewhere that treats customers with some respect

Negative experience: Used many times, however all the times I'm charged differently prices for same drive route? Also driver stops at beginning of the street and expect from u to walk to the taxi instead of collecting exactly from booking address
