Fantastic experience: I have booked with TUI for the last couple of years and every holiday has been a success. I have two holidays a year. All staff are friendly and helpful to sort a holiday for myself, especially Kaylie who I have dealt with the last couple of times. Hears to more happy holidays.

Fantastic experience: We booked our honeymoon last Saturday in TUI Serpentine Green and we dealt with Ellie. I just wanted to say she was amazing. She said she was in training. She handled all our enquiries with friendliness and professionalism. She spent about 2 hours with us and we did not feel rushed once. We narrowed our choices down to 2 holidays and she spent ages comparing the 2, and then made sure she gave us prices that matched the in store price to the online price. She has a lovely customer service attitude and we would not hesitate to come and see her again to book a holiday. She is a credit to your store!

Fantastic experience: All the staff are lovely and friendly from the moment you walk in. What a great team! We had Sarah look after us and she went above and beyond in booking our group holiday for next year! With 11 people to accommodate, there were many details to consider, but Sarah made the process seamless and stress-free. Her expertise and dedication delivered an amazing deal. Fantastic experience: Just pop in today to see what was available for June and get some ideas. I was given an appointment for 15 mins later. I must say the lady Kaylie who served was absolutely brilliant. She asked loads questions and took her time and the appointment wasn’t rushed. after looking at quite a few options and one not actually available she found the perfect holiday for me of which I’m really looking forward to. Booked an appointment and spoke to Fiona who was very knowledgeable about the resort and gave great insight into the two hotels we were looking at. Fantastic experience: Went in to book a holiday to Mexico, Kaylie was amazing at explaining all our options and going out of her way to find us the best deal. She explained all of the little things most wouldn’t think of when it came to our booking, and also showing us the experiences and excursions from the hotel. We arrived late in the evening with no appointment and Kaylie still went above and beyond to get us the holiday we wanted. 5 star service.

Fantastic experience: I went into the store today on a whim to look at holidays to Florida. We sat with Rebecca, the Florida expert, who was not only professional, lovely and friendly but she also guided us through the options for Florida from the onsite Disney resorts to the benefits of staying on International Drive. She certainly is an expert as she recommended restaurants and other local places of interest. We did book the holiday in the end and that was down to Rebecca and her clear passion for Florida! I would most certainly come back to the store to book a holiday, after the outstanding service we received in store today.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank the team at TUI’s Serpentine Green Peterborough store enough for their amazing help recently. Our holiday to Lapland was cancelled due to no snow, and we were absolutely gutted. However, as soon as we went into the store, they turned what could have been a really stressful situation into something so much easier to handle. The team were so kind and understanding, really taking the time to listen to what we wanted, with a special mention to Sarah who guided us through the whole process. They worked hard to reschedule our trip and made sure everything was sorted quickly and smoothly. They were patient with all our questions, kept us updated the whole way through, and even made sure my little boys were entertained and comfortable while we sorted everything out. They were so accommodating, which made the experience much less stressful for us as parents! Not only did they help rebook our Lapland trip, but they also advised us on a new destination for 2025 that ticks all the boxes for our family. We left feeling so reassured and excited about what’s to come. A massive thank you to the Serpentine Green Peterborough TUI team for going above and beyond. Your customer service was absolutely brilliant, and we’re so grateful for all your help!

Fantastic experience: Popped into the store to book a holiday at the weekend. All of the staff were amazing and so helpful. Had no idea where I wanted to go, but they found the perfect holiday at the right price - they even sorted my travel insurance and car parking for me! Fantastic experience: My husband and I went into the store last weekend. We were seen by a lady called Kaylie. We were interested in booking a cruise as we have never been on one before. Kaylie went through everything with us and was very thorough. Another colleague joined to assist with our questions and with the booking. We were very impressed and satisfied with the service.

Negative experience: When entering the store the lady at the back of the store politely said 1 minute I’m on the phone I will be straight to you… She finished the call pushed her chair to the travel money lady chatted for 3 minutes then went back to her desk typing on her keyboard and helping herself to sweets from her bag Still we sat waiting in walks a lady who goes to the back of the store the same lady says are you ok I will be with you in a minute !! Into the shop walk in a couple who stand waiting.. the TUI lady proceeded to ignore us chat to the lady at the back of the store then walked straight pasted us to the other couple !! This is now 25 minutes I asked the TUI lady excuse me we have been here 25 minutes after your just one minute she proceeded to look down at us and say yes how can I help we would like to book a holiday she asked do we have an appointment to which I replied no and she says well we can’t see you today just like that.. I apologised for being an inconvenience and stated nowhere does it say holidays by appointments only !!! Avoid this place as all they are specialist’s in is RUDENESS

Negative experience: We booked a flight with Tui Airways to return home from Mallorca- the flight itself was fine but it was delayed and, as a result, we incurred a small additional travel cost. On return, I emailed Tui and asked that they agreed- so far, so good! Their email said they would send another communication with a link to provide payment details to receive the refund but, 10 days later, nothing had arrived. I have now engaged with Tui three times on webchat (it appears impossible to move beyond their automated service on the phone) and each time I'm told the matter has been escalated and that someone will be in touch within 7 days. Each time, this has not happened. I have now had enough of chasing so have decided to leave a review instead- the amount of money involved is trivial but the service is appalling and the responses plainly dishonest when clearly no follow up activity is taking place - I will certainly be avoiding using them again.

This young man was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Negative experience: Not impressed that the opening times updated a week ago are incorrect. The store allegedly closes at 6:30 every night. Why not state that then. Wasted journey

Negative experience: Called in last night at 17.45, lady said I'll be with you in a minute, after 10 minutes she came over and said can I help you and we said I'd like to book a holiday. She replied with a sarcastic smile I'm sorry we're closing and I haven't got time. Why didn't she say to start ? Unhelpful person and not what I normally expect from TUI !

Negative experience: Poor poor service . Four staff sitting at desk couldn't see me due to breaks and need to make an appointment. How do they make money !! No customers in store .

Fantastic experience: Just booked my first holiday in 5 years. Went in with very specific requirements thinking I would not get them but Kirsty managed to find 3 different places that ticked all the boxes. I would highly recommend going to see them if you are looking for a holiday but not sure what you want. Prices were very reasonable as well. They do all the hard work for you so there is no stress of trying match up flights, destinations and car parks.

Fantastic experience: We went in and spoke with Sarah with a honeymoon destination in mind. Sarah was very honest with what to expect at the destination regarding weather and what we may face. With this is mind and us then being unsure she had the knowledge to suggest alternative destinations which we looked at and made the decision to change the destination which we was both happier with.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Tui in Serpentine Green at INCREDIBLE!!! We've booked our family holiday's via this branch for a good few years now and never been disappointed. The service in store is great, they listen to our holiday 'wish list' and have found us some absolute gems! The best holiday we've ever experienced was through Tui this May and I would go back in a heartbeat. Negative experience: What is the point in having a telephone number in store when you don’t answer the phone. Kept it ringing for 4 minutes

Negative experience: Had to return 4 times to try and get a money curency card. After ordering on line when I tried to collect at lunch time was told they cant access safe. Told to come back later. As was on way to work this was not possible. Terrible customer service to not be able to meet your needs if you cant get what you want on a lunch break.

Negative experience: Haven't even booked yet but 3 separate staff members have said they would either email or call and haven't like they don't want my business.

Negative experience: Don’t stock any travel money, was told I needed to order which I did, still not arrived 1 week later. Why offer currency exchange when you don’t even keep common currencies in stock. Save yourself the bother and order from post office, no hassle and next day delivery.

Fantastic experience: They were brilliant I was served by Nicola and she was very efficient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and dealt with my query and rebooking well. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable if she said she would ring she did and advised me with tips and information . Will certainly visit again as like face to face service.

Negative experience: Poor quality of service. I understand the COVID-19 situation have hit all business hard, but when you are a leader in your sector in a particular country people are expecting an efficient service from your side. When booking our holiday in store they told us if you cancel you will lose your £300 deposit. Fear enough you have warned us. Now after us trying to contact them for 2 months, (because their emails are not working, contact numbers are not working. You wait 30 minutes, they answer after that hang up the phone. ) we managed to do it and they are explaining me that they will now charge us £300 + the cancelation fee for the airline. How the hell you didn't mention this on the time of the purchase? Another false marketing? They are looking for ways to get money due to not operating now. Highly disappointed and expecting their answer.
