Negative experience: The worst Company ever. From covid our flight was cancelled . We sent 100 emails about refunds and bevar come back . They took our money and probably 10000 people in the same situation (at list minimum 1500 per each) how rich they became and after just disappeared…. Pretending to complete all forms and never come back ….. why legally nobody answers for their actions? It’s unbelievable where world is going to….

Negative experience: I booked a hotel in Portugal for 7 nights via Alpha Rooms and paid in full. When I arrived I was told by the hotel that my reservation had been cancelled. I made over 20 calls to their helpline but, despite promises to rectify their error, nothing was done during my stay. I had to pay the hotel in full to be able to stay. I have now paid twice for my stay and Alpha Rooms is unresponsive to both calls and emails. Since my return I have found action groups on Facebook of over three thousand people owed money by Alpha Rooms. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH ALPHAROOMS. On arriving at the hotel i was told that ALPHAROOMS had cancelled my room albeit i had paid them and no notification from them advising me of this. After about 3 hours of telephone calls to ALPHAROOMS and still no positive response i was left with no other alternative but to pay the hotel direct for a room. Therefore i had now paid twice . The hotel did eventually give me a refund a few days later once ALPHAROOMS had paid them. To date no apology or compensation from ALPHAROOMS. WARNING, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Negative experience: DO NOT USE. Cancelled hotel in Spain I booked 9 months earlier, 3 days before arrival, for no apparent reason. Didn't tell me, found out at hotel. Hour on the phone. No explanation. Best they could do is refund me. Over a week later, still no refund... Used numerous times before, never again, I expect them to go bust any minute.
Negative experience: Do not book your holiday through this company, on arrival at my hotel last week with friends we were informed that alpharooms had not paid our money to the hotel and we would have to make another payment to the hotel to secure our stay. A member of my holiday party called alpharooms rooms who promised to send payment through but a week later we are still waiting for them to deliver on this. After speaking to the hotel manager we were informed that there were over 20 rooms with outstanding payments from this company and the hotel has now stopped dealing with them. Absolutely disgusted with alpharooms and will never book with this company again!
Negative experience: Do not book through Alpharooms. We booked in January 2021 for a holiday in September 2021 and paid for the holiday in full. When we arrived at our resort the hotel informed us that the booking was cancelled and if we wanted to stay, we would need to pay out of our own pocket. I called alpharooms who said someone would call me back in 30 mins. Foolishly I believed them, waited but to no avail, when I tried to call them their call centre was then closed! After spending nearly 4 hours on the phone to them I am still no further forward and having to pay each day for the hotel. The call centre is based in India and all they do is fob you off and send you round in circles with lies and broken promises whilst telling you how they are ‘Very sorry for that’ If you want a decent holiday, not stuck thousands of miles away from home with no accommodation, then don’t use Alpharooms.
Negative experience: Worst customer service I have ever come across. They are quick to get in touch when they are taking your money, however when it comes to refunding the money you can chase them for months ( I have been doing so for a year and 3 months), wait on calls for hours, get promised things they will do and how they will deal with your request and then never do anything. I will never book with them again and I suggest you don't either if you value your time, money and energy. Alpha Rooms (UK branch, not call centre in India as they are useless and according to them powerless because no managers or supervisors can ever be reached) I really suggest you get in touch and sort out the this problem quickly or I will very happily be leaving reviews for you everywhere I can
Negative experience: NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CARD DETAILS. Even though they advertise free cancellation they will take full payment when you cancel inside the allotted time. They will steell your money. When you have paid and the hotel is cancelled they offer a voucher or refund but if you choose the refund they want you to wait for one year after the booking has passed. Please do NOT BOOK WITH ALPHAROOMS You will be ripped off.
Negative experience: Booked seven nights through alpharooms at Alpha Apartments, arrived at 03:00 to find the apartments cordoned off with builders barriers. Helpline not open until 09:00 so managed to find another room and had to pay £150. After two hours on the phone to the emergency team (most of the time on hold) they hung up on us after saying it’s not their problem, we have to find alternative accommodation and pay for it. They will refund the money In two days time. How can an established company leave people abroad with no accommodation , the place was a building site, worst thing is that the hotel is still advertised as available. So it cost us £150 For last night and an extra five hundred pounds on top of what we have already paid. Huge stress and zero customer service or care. They have hundreds of hotels in the area why not transfer us to one of those. Don’t ever book with these people, we’re going all the way with this complaint and will be getting as much publicity as possible. Shocking and sad, never use Alpha rooms .
Negative experience: I really don’t want to sound like a Karen but I think a lot of these highly rated reviews are fake - avoid this company at all costs! Still waiting for a refund from June 2020 and I’m not the only one, thousands of people are also waiting. Negative experience: We booked s holiday to Greece in January 2020, for April 2020. This was cancelled by the hotel because if COVID and Alpha rooms subsequently cancelled our booking. I asked for my money back and they said a voucher is available for a year and if i don't used it, I'll get my money back. It was a year in April 2021 and they haven't refunded us. Negative experience: If I coud give a MINUS rating I would. Spent several hours trying to contact CS and a number of calls before my holiday trying to ammend my booking. (airline changed because of covid) Paid EXTRA even though itwas for less nights and when we arrived at the hotel we were told NO reservation. ALPHAROOMS had not paid the hotel. LUCKY enough The Columbus put us up and told us to contact ALPHAROOMS the following morning. More calls 3.5 hrs later and a waste of our first morning we finally got sorted. Negative experience: 1 star is 1 too many. We had agreed a refund of our deposit due to Covid, this is still yet to be seen. I keep receiving emails, sometimes 5-6 a day, asking for the balance, despite we agreed that the booking was cancelled. If you call, nobody answers, I can only assume the company has gone bust, or are just ignoring people. I would advise not dealing with them as it will not end well.
Negative experience: I’ve been trying to get my refund back for my oct 2020 holiday and every time I ring up they say , it’s coming very soon , you’ll have by June , email again, the last time was redo your form for a refund and you should have it within 4 to 7 days , it’s now July 2021 and I’ve still had no refund . Negative experience: Made booking on 3.5.21 because the website said free cancellations until 2 weeks before departure date of 15.08.21 I have called 2 times to cancel (22.05.2021 and 29.05.2021) and have been promised both times that I would get a confirmation email regarding the cancellation within 48 hours. Did not happen either time so had to cancel my card to avoid them taking any further money. Rejected the offer of a credit note and said I was happy to wait for a refund but this still hasn't happened so I will be calling a third time tomorrow.
Negative experience: Iv now been on hold for over an hour speaking to 5 different advisors. Non of the advisors I have spoken to barely speak english and due to the language barriers I have been passed around. I only want to add two extra nights to my booking which I cant do online and I have sent an email a few weeks ago but no reply. Negative experience: Terrible don't use booked March 2020 obviously got cancelled due to covid. They would not refund only gave a credit note but stated if not used by April we can transfer it into a cash refund. Applied on 4th of May still no refund. It is supposed to be 1 year by default until you can ask for your money, but they extended this period until the end of next year. They invoke the CURRENT SITUATION to keep your money. AVOID!!! Negative experience: This company should be avoided at all costs. I booked a hotel which was cancelled due to COVID, but unlike all the other companies I dealt with, Alpharooms stated they will refund in 12 months after holiday date, which is totally unacceptable. They ignore emails & written correspondence, you can only get through to their Indian call centre who are incredibly unhelpful and not understanding. I am owed a substantial amount of money by this company and would rather pay extra than use this band of swindlers. This company should not be allowed to trade.

Negative experience: I booked a holiday with this company in Dubai in late December, marked as "free cancellation". I cancelled when Covid made the trip impossible but instead of giving me a refund they are only offering a voucher credit. They refused point blank and only refunded me after I reported them to the ASA and sued them. I'd encourage anyone being fobbed off by them to do the same. They are not being truthful in their offering - AVOID.
Negative experience: **DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY** I cancelled hotel 6 months prior to travel (well within their 85 days ahead of travel = loss of £20 deposit). They have refused to acknolwedge cancellation and continued to take £700 in interim payments. THANKFULLY I TOOK SCREENSHOTS of the cancellation requests I made as evidence. 4 months later My Credit card company have now successfully charged back the full amount. Alpha Rooms even tried to dispute the charge back, but my credit card company said they had no grounds to. Through-out the entire period I ahev received no correspondance from Alpha Rooms as to why they would not process my cancellation.
Negative experience: I will never use again and I urge you not too either. Not only was my destination hotel closed and they failed to tell me. It took six weeks and multiple attempt to contact before they would even respond. Thay are denying a refund and will only offer a voucher despite the refund proimise. The voucher is no use to me. Aer Lingus confirmed to me they refunded Alpharooms back in July 2020 plus 10% extra for my flights. The hotel was never booked so Alpha rooms was never out of pocket here but they're still refusing to give me a cash refund. They offered a credit note by way of email but never actually sent one. They said they'd give me a cash refund March 2021 and have now said i'll need to wait until May 2021. It's all lies & delaying tactics. Very disappointed with their heartless, unprofessional customer services.. Update it’s now 16th June 2021 and still no refund from this company.

I booked a hotel through Alpha Rooms, they called me 3 days before I left to make sure I was still taking my trip, which I thought was very good. However, once we arrived at the hotel in 40 degree whether and travelling for 7 hours the hotel was closed! The hotel said we could stay in another hotel which looked absolutely disgusting, we ended up booking another hotel on the spot for double the money because we were so exhausted! Negative experience: Very very disappointed with the service I have experienced. Having engaged with Alpharooms on a regular basis since early June regarding a refund, I have yet to get any confirmation of same. This is despite assurances I have received from Ryanair that they have refunded Alpharooms for my cancelled flights. This recent development is very serious and one I can't allow to go unchallenged.

When we arrived on our holiday the transfer company which we booked through alpha rooms said they hadn’t worked with them in over a year. We could not get hold of anyone at alpha rooms and had to pay for alternative transfers the whole time worrying if our hotel would even be booked or if they have scammed us from this money too. We have been trying for 2 months to be refunded and nobody has even bothered to email us it’s impossible to get hold of them on the phone and when you do speak to someone they tell you someone will ring you back and they never do. I would rather pay 1000s more and book with any other company then EVER use this one again..
Negative experience: This is the worst customer service I have ever received. During covid they refused to provide a refund Despite them cancelling. They gave a credit note. I used the credit on another hotel which also got cancelled due to covid escalations in spain. This time they will won’t change unless I pay £30 per person. The customer service is appalling. Negative experience: I booked a hotel with them last November for a holiday in May that didn't go ahead because of the pandemic. I have tried to contact them and no response at all about my refund. Eventially they called me in August to insist I accept a voucher, I made it clear that I did not want a voucher so was told theycwould then make me wait another year before they gave me the refund, therefore they are in complete breach of Abta code of conduct, they dont care, will never use again and definitely will not recommend!!
Negative experience: Do not book with Alpharooms, for a start, every room / hotel advertised on their website will be available on other more reliable sites. I made 2 payments in Feb and Mar for a holiday in Spain in June but it was cancelled because of Covid 19 and the lockdown. I have since sent 11 email to get a cash refund but all of them have been ignore. When I got a reply, I was offered a voucher which I do not want, and the vague promise of a cash refund by Mar 2021 if I haven't used the voucher by then. Their phone line ( Ext: For anything else press 6) remains unanswered, when I manged to speak to someone on another extension (call picked up within 3 minutes!!!!!!!!!!) They then put the phone down when I explained I wanted a cash refund. Totally unacceptable, unfair and borderline illegal. Do Not Use AlphaRooms or if you do, be prepared to loose your money if anything goes wrong and face a brick wall trying to fix it.
Negative experience: Needed to amend my booking to Spain due to quarantine restrictions having paid out £1000 Alpha rooms have refused and were totally rude and unhelpful absolutely disgusting company. No goodwill no helpfulness left hanging on the phone for 45 mins to be told we will need to pay a further £1000 to secure the holiday again !!!
Negative experience: Had a terrible experience with Alpha rooms, and would not recommend booking through them! I had booked a room in a hotel in Ibiza, paid for 6 months previously. On arrival the hotel informed me that Alpha rooms had cancelled the booking with them the day before. On ringing Alpha rooms, the only answer I got was that it had not been cancelled and all was okay. Luckily it is very quiet due to COVID and we managed to get a room in the hotel and await a response from Alpha rooms in the morning. Had it been a busy, regular August, we would have been left with no where to stay. The following morning the reception informed me that Alpha rooms had been in touch, and the booking had in-fact been cancelled (by them, not me) for no reason with no correspondence to tell me this. Although strangely the shuttle bus from the airport, organised through Alpha rooms, turned up no issues. They said that I had been given a full refund and was to pay the hotel directly. On checking my account I hadn't received the refund at all. Ringing them again ring for a second time, they were not giving a solution to the situation and I eventually got them to talk to the hotel receptionist so they could pay the hotel directly. In total spend nearly 3 hours on the phone to them and talking to the hotel reception, for a stay of 4 nights. It wasn't until telling them that I had read reviews about them withholding customer money in the past, that they finally released my money they were withholding to the hotel. All in all a terrible experience and don't understand how they are operating with this appalling service.
Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Avoid at all costs. They cancel your hotel reservation at the last minute leaving you with no hotel on arrival. They are actively posting their own positive reviews and buying positive reviews. This company needs to be reported and shut down. If they still owe you money, take it up with your bank. Have your bank do an investigation. That's the only real way you can really get your money back.
Negative experience: We arrived in Barbados on Saturday to discover the hotel we booked and paid for to stay in next Saturday is closed. We have sent several urgent messages to Alpha Rooms asking for help but have had no reply. Alpha Rooms owes us over £600.00 and we need a refund to be able to book alternative accommodation. Negative experience: I booked a room in May for 6 people it was cancelled due to covid I was told I would receive a credit note by the beginning of July and I'm still waiting I have emailed the company 3 times with no reply I have tried ringing them and I'm on hold until the call finally cuts off after about 30 mins. Against my better judgement I booked a hotel in Portugal on friday 21august and on the Sunday I received an email informing me that they were unable to book the hotel so now I have a flight with no hotel. Do not use this company they are rubbish they should not be in business .

Fantastic experience: A big thanks to Jake at Customer Services who has sorted out two issue that I had one with a past booking and one with a future booking. The past booking had been cancelled because of Covid19 but for some reason the credit note had not been issued even thought a later one had been Jake rang through to the relevant person and got it sorted while I was on the phone. The future booking was more complex as I know the hotel will still be closed when I am supposed to be there but Alpharooms has not been notified. However Jake sorted it out and used my confirmation of the closure to cancel the booking and issue another credit. I have used Alpharooms for years and its this quality of service that keeps me coming back. I will use my credits up next year when things are back to normal and happy to leave the money with them until then so that it helps them to keep their business going. Negative experience: Booked a private transfer with our hotel room. Logged the flight details on their “my account” section of the website. On arrival at the airport the transfer company had no record of our booking. Customer service lines weren’t in use and their “live chat” feature was also not functioning. Sent several emails with no response. Ended up having to pay for a taxi. We’ve been home 2 weeks and still have t had a response. Have tried the live chat feature and i wait for a response for 40mins before the website then cuts out. Customer service number occasionally in use but have been on hold 1hr + without anybody ever picking up. Absolutely terrible service. AVOID USING!!!!
Negative experience: I have paid in full at the time of booking to include hotel and transfers. I booked my flight elsewhere. On booking they said everything is done and paid all you will need to do in input your flight details onto the booking to confirm pickup/drop off times. Went on to do this and now they are trying to make me pay an extra £65 for my transfers, baring in mind I have a receipt showing my transfers were paid on the first payment at £32 each way. I am hoping that there has just been a bit of confusion and they will take this charge off, the issue is I have emails from the booking site, emailed from my personal email account spanning over a week and sat on the phone for the best part of 3 hours and not replies, nothing. You really need to up your service Alpha rooms
Negative experience: Alpharooms rip off! Booked our hotel with them. They rang on the Saturday to check we would be arriving on the Tuesday. When we went to check in, the hotel said Alpha rooms had cancelled our booking the Friday before - we had paid in full. Tried ringing, contacting them via the my bookings page (3 times)...nothing, no response. We had to pay the hotel as well. What a scam.
Positive experience: Needed to discuss my options regarding hotel booking as government had changed guidelines on visiting Spain. Amanda on the online chat responded very quickly and professionally dealt with my query. I was offered the option of cancelling the booking and being issued a credit note once the hotel accepts the cancellation. This was as good an outcome that I could expect and I was happy to accept the offer. The only reason I have not given five stars is because I have not been given the credit note immediately and will have to wait for it all to be processed.
Negative experience: Refuse to give you your money back just issue you with a credit note valid for a year! No phone lines open. No customer support. When you complain about not wanting a credit note, they just say that they will issue a refund when it expires in June 2021! Having to wait a year is not accpetable. If you try to complain they give you a different email address to write to, but they do not reply. I have now been waiting 2 months and not received anything. They also say they are waiting for a refund from the supplier/accomodation. I checked they haven't even paid them, they are just sitting on MY money. I have reported to CMA and Trading standards. Also read the reviews on Trustpilot there are also loads on there saying the same.
Negative experience: A friend of mine is going through a horrendous time with Alpharooms. They were supposed to be going on holiday today, but Alpha cancelled the accommodation without telling my friend. She only found out by emailing the hotel a couple of days ago. This is the way they treat loyal customers, of over 12 years?? This seems to be a common issue currently, together with some other horrific stories. No responses on social media, to phone calls, to emails. Absolutely nothing! Is this company running away with everyone's money DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!
Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Due to go away with friends 30th April 2020 and trip cancelled due to Covid19. All except 3 of booked through booking.com and have all had refunds weeks ago. Alpharooms still has my money and according to tbe hotel they refunded Alpharooms weeks ago. Alpharooms is holding onto my money and not responding to emails. Never will I use this company again and if you are reading this prior to booking a holiday be very careful about using this lot. Should you book and its cancelled due to a second outbreak they will put you through a lot of stress to get your money back. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews. There is no way thieves like this lot can have so many positive reviews. I see they have an address in Uxbridge. Place needs to be covered in posters warning people about this lot! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our flight has been cancelled due to COVID but we managed to book another flight on an earlier date. Despite trying to contact Alpharooms to change our accommodation dates many times on the phone and via messages on their website we have not been successful.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service from Alpha rooms which I have used for 10 years, holiday cancelled due to COVID and offered refund voucher that cannot get refund until next June. Will not refund my money now and not answering emails, will not take calls and basically stolen loyal customers money along with many other people. Will now take legal action against them as they have broken the law. Please do not use this company.

Negative experience: Cannot give zero star, so only one star so it registers this review of complaint about Alpha Rooms. Holiday has been cancelled due to COVID virus and despite legislation Alpha Rooms refuse to give a refund and will only offer a Credit note to be used with 12 months...highly suspicious that not even that would be honoured. They have been extremely difficult to get with touch with and their Live Chat is a joke.....nothing but automated responses. Negative experience: AVOID using this company. They are very Unprofessional. I was due to go on a family holiday to Turkey end of May but cancelled it in February. They did not process my holiday cancellation In February and ignored all my calls and emails weeks later and then took my money Again even thought I cancelled the holiday and gave me false information on the phone about refund charges. Disgusting company trying to scam you over the pandemic. They have closed their phone lines purposely to delay everyone’s refund so that they loose their money due to late cancellations.
Negative experience: I am trying to contact customer service, unsuccessfully. Just got email saying how much they will charge me for cancelling my booking. The flights has been cancelled, I even called the hotel, they are happy to refund the money it is just alpha rooms who wants to rip you off by keeping your money.
Negative experience: Unfortunately due to the pandemic we are going trough, Turkey banned all flights from UK and also I don't feel safe to travel with my family(two young kids). After numerous attempts to get in touch with costumer support, always got answered by unhelpful staff whose aren't able to offer any solution or either a refund, all my family and friends managed to cancel holidays and get a refund from their holiday providers, I'm stuck with this rip off company which don't refund me even though there is no flights for my destination, they just say it's beyond them, so if is beyond them they just keep costumers hard earned money?! Disgusting company trying to profit over the hard times.
Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH ALPHAROOMS!!!! They will take your money and then not make good on the reservation. There is zero customer service when things go wrong. They are an absolute disgrace of a company. I would give zero stars if I could. Currently trying to chase a refund from them and it’s looking more and more likely that my money has basically just been stolen by them. Negative experience: It the most difficult company I ever have dealed with . I have tried to cancel my holidays, week after I have booked and I have been charged a cancellation fee. To pay I have to call them 3 times, after each time I was promised they will call me back. It never happened. Eventually I have paid . Week after they have still took money from my account. Be careful on this company.
Positive experience: I was happy that I was dealt with (and the agent was fine but it went back and forth with pre-written answers from what I could make out) but the company policy of NOT disclosing resort fees on hotels in Las Vegas is beyond reprehensible. They say that they get their rates from "their providers". I asked if I could contact their providers to ask why the resort fee isn't even mentioned in a one-liner but it seems that they won't do this. So at the end of it all, if you book a stay in a Las Vegas hotel (that has resort fees, as most of them do), you will only know that you have (possibly hundreds of dollars) more to pay when you arrive there. They DO tell their phone customers apparently but they don't tell their online customers NOR did I get the impression that they are going to. I have used this site a few times over the years, but unfortunately until there are open disclosures on the resort fees, I won't be using them again.
Negative experience: I booked 2 rooms at a lovely hotel for 7 nights and 24 hours later they called me to say that the price had increased by £300 and one of the rooms that I wanted wasn't available and I would get a worse room. What a con. It does not work both ways either. If you want to cancel within 24 hours there is a cancellation fee. Barely received an apology. Buyer beware. Disgusting.
Fantastic experience: I spoke to Carlos today and I have to say his customer service skills are wonderful, he dealt with my query with kindness and patience and fixed a mistake on my booking within minutes. I have been a customer of Alpharooms for many years and highly recommend them
Fantastic experience: I booked my hotel and included the transfers using the website which was easy to use and a competitive price, we have used before so I trust them. The problem came with the transfers as we have booked the hotel but arrive after midnight so the transfer automatically came up 24hrs early. I called alpharooms and my call was answered quickly, I spoke to Kristie and explained the issue. Kristie was very good and helpful and sorted the issue very quickly and said my confirmation of the correct times would be emailed the next day. It’s all sorted now and looking forward to our trip. Negative experience: I want to warn everybody about Alpharooms. Please avoid! This company is night mare! I did a massive mistake to order from them a package holidays, flights + hotel+ transfer. Unfortunately flights were with Thomas Cook airlines (all package is ATOL protected) and two months in a row no any signs of refund. I had to re-book my flights with the hope that I will receive my money for the cancelled flights (had to pay for the flights again). My holidays is only due to start in December 19 and I have been on the phone with Alpha rooms almost on a daily basis asking to send me confirmation of hotel, re-book my transfer and chasing refund for the cancelled flights. 2 months and no luck! They tell me different things every time I ring. “ We are emailing you your hotel bookings right now”, “you will receive in 24 hours”, “48 hours”, then “just go to hotel and present your passport”, “you will receive your refund within 5 working days”, “3 weeks”, “we need to refund our money from ATOL first”. Then they tell me “your holidays have been cancelled all together”. I lost any trust in this company and I’m scared to go abroad with the child without written hotel confirmation, transfer bookings, etc. I had enough already without even starting my holidays yet! Any advice is much appreciated.

Negative experience: IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING ALPHA ROOMS, I URGE YOU TO READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. After a sudden and unexpected event, we unfortunately had to cancel our holiday with Alpha Rooms. Wow was this a big mistake. I was quickly told that there was a 'no refund policy', despite the fact we were still in the middle of our direct debits. We had made it very clear that we were cancelling and that we no longer gave them permission to take money from our account. A week later the took the remaining balance of £178 from our account against our request. After this they ignored our emails and phone calls (last contact with them was nearly a month ago). We were left with no other option other than to raise an official complaint with ABTA who regulate Alpha Rooms.
Positive experience: This review relates to the service I received from carlos when I requested an email to confirm my cancellation due to Thomas Cook failure. He was very polite and helpful and clarified what I needed. He also sent the email I requested and waited whilst I checked it was fit for purpose. Thankyou
Negative experience: Booked our 3-th hotel into Spain in the september vacation via Alpharooms: our accommodation into booked and full paid was impossible with a false voucher received before 2 weeks. We paid new reservation direct to hotel with comments about non transfered money from supplier. It is wrong present for me at 50-th times reservation worldwide! I promised about refund only.

No problems with flights, hotels & my recent problem with an airport transfer issue was sorted with brilliantly by the Alpha rooms contact 'Carlos' who I dealt with. Fantastic experience: My the bookings with multiple rooms did not have the accommodation vouchers attached to the account. emailed support and connected to Clara. Positive experience: Clara was very helpful when I had issues trying to find and print my vouchers. The reponse to my email was very quick and when i sent a follow up email, Clara contacted me by phone to help. I have used Alpharooms quite a bit over the years and can't remember a time I had to contact them wIth any problems. The customer care provided by Clara was excellent.
Fantastic experience: A large garden centre which is well laid out, very spacious an kept clean and tidy. I was very impressed with the variety and quality of all of the plants that I saw although I was mainly concentrating on house plants. Prices were also very good value for money.

Positive experience: Ive had an ongoing problem for the last week with alpharooms about a fee that was added to my account for a price increase that was not owed my me as i paid in full at the time of booking. After numerous phone calls and emails Eddie has got to the bottom of it for me, my rating is for the help of Eddie alone and not for alpharooms
Fantastic experience: I rang to give details of our flight for our transfers to and from the airport. I spoke to Jessica who was very helpful. She discovered that the transfer we were booked on wasn't running. However, she quickly rectified it and we are now on a transfer. Thank you Jessica.
Negative experience: I have never experienced such bad service my whole life. Before even going on holiday you booked me the wrong hotel room. I then went on holiday and arrived in Marbella, the hotel was an hour away from the airport so I booked a hotel transfer with you guys. I had confirmation and everything! but when i met holiday taxeo the told me that alpha rooms had cancelled my ride and they had taken my money. i then had to get a taxi to the hotel which was 170 euros ! i then spent everyday of my holiday on the phone to alpha rooms explaining how they cancelled my transfer without telling me and kept my money. You were not helpful at all. you then told me to not worry and that you would re book my transfer to the airport on my leaving day. my flight was at 8:30pm and you guys had sent me the transfer at 9:30 in the morning ! we asked him to come back about 5pm as we were not going to the airport in the morning when the flight wasn't till the late evening. I then had to get another taxi back to the airport which was 155 euros!! This was the worst holiday of my life and that was all down to you guys. you ruined everything which caused me to be on the phone with you guys every single day of my holiday. i can't believe after paying for my transfers with you and receiving confirmation that you then cancelled them without even telling me. I SPENT 325 EUROS ON TAXIS ! this was meant to be all confirmed with you guys but instead you cancelled both without even telling me. You don't care about your customers, you are not helpful at all and i will make sure no one else uses your company, i will also make sure i write bad reviews on every single site and all over social media. I am still expecting this 325 euros back, but i know you will give me a poor excuse telling me how you need a receipt of the taxi. even though when you leave a taxi you give them the money and you leave! they do not print you out receipts. I have had enough and i will bring you down. i can promise you that! AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT USE

Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday accommodation with Alpha rooms, but due to unforeseen circumstances the booking had to be changed. Hamson dealt with this and not only was he professional, courteous, and very helpful in dealing with this he contacted me for a piece of mind informing me step by step on how it was progressing. Fantastic experience: We initially booked 2 rooms for our party, but when our party size increased, we required 2 more. I requested this and Logan called us back. He advised we would now be a group booking. Logan did everything he could to accommodate us all as requested. He was polite and helpful and negotiated our rooms at best possible price. Fantastic experience: Have used Alpha rooms to book accommodation on two occasions. What is good about them is you can secure the accommodation with a small deposit, which is not always the case with other hotel booking websites. This is particularly useful for group bookings. Carlos was very helpful when I had to modify my booking. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Negative experience: Good evening, I have been looking for a stag weekend away with some close friends and after searching a number of websites checking reviews for right choice. I looked at your reviews which were really impressive so I decided to book a some rooms. I made a booking last week only to have a phone call 24 hours later saying there was not enough rooms at the hotel and gave me some opinions in the end I cancelled with great disappointment. I began my search again to book this stag doo again and I tried to give your company another try as it came up once again with all the options I was looking for at an hotel. I called up spoke to pleasant male who booked the hotel and I paid in full I thought fantastic this company is great. I have now received an email to confirm the hotel only has two rooms giving me a few opinions again which none of them been helpful at all. Can someone please look into this a provide me a suitable option, I would please Like to stay at this hotel or similar but not incurring any more costs or inconvenience. Negative experience: If I could give 0 I would !!!! Booked first family holiday , paid in full .... next day I get a phone call saying holiday had gone up !!!! The guy wanted More money or was going to cancel my holiday !! How is this even allowed to happen I had already booked and paid in full !!!! I refused to pay any extra money in which case they cancelled my holiday !!! Didn’t refund me for 7 days !!!! telling me the hotel in Spain had no rooms left !! I called the hotel direct in Spain and it was nearly £120 cheaper and they had plenty of rooms left !!! Total scam of a company and I’m having this investigated further !!! This time on booking i noticed an error on the paperwork and open a online chat up and the customer service rep Nick A was fantastic and quickly sorted out the problem.
