Fantastic experience: Have been using dials flight now for around 10 years. Everything done via phone when i have booked, and the travel advisors have been excellent, helping us to find the perfect combination of prices, helping is to design our itinerary, and putting our trip together from flights, transportation/airport collections, hotels, etc. They almost always beat the prices we see on travel websites and have managed to get flights/time's which are much more suited for our requirements compared to some of the odd times we got offered when booking independently online. They give you an emergency number for help of required while you are abroad, never used but adds to the level of service Give them a try!
Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from Nicky Degun at DialAFlight! She organised an amazing trip to Australia for us, handled all changes with ease, and when our return flight was cancelled, she quickly rebooked us – saving us time and stress. Fantastic experience: i have been using DAF services for almost 4 years & always satisfied with the professionalism, friendly nature & overall great customer service! It's even better that they have the OOO Emergency number that i've had to use on 2 occasions to aid me in matters outside of DAF control. I normally liase with Doug Scrivner who is always helpful when putting together my trips! He knows his stuff, offers good advice, professional & friendly. Nicola is also friendly & informative, i tend to liase with her mainly if Doug is away. First class service always with DAF.

Negative experience: Poor service! We booked a trip to Dominican Republic for 11 guest - all grown men. When we arrived, we were told the booking had been made to share a double room - thus all sharing a room were expected to share one bed for the duration of the holiday as the travel provider did not specify twin rooms. The travel agent failed to communicate basic details relating to our transfer, and subsequently, no transfer arrived to take us back to the airport on our outbound journey, causing us to book locally to an additional cost of $150. Not acceptable, and will not be using this service again. Shocking experience!

Fantastic experience: Have used Dialaflight for a few years now and have always had excellent service. The last couple of times I've booked flights to the States, Liam Rush has been my agent and has been beyond helpful. Really patient, takes a lot of initiative, l99ks for good deals, gives helpful advice , is prompt in his written responses and manages to communicate that youre someone who is worth working hard for - and he does! Follow up is also very good as is availability when questions need to be asked. Am happy to recommend.

Negative experience: For our trip to New Zealand, Gary Patel from Dial A Flight helped us get airline tickets. We were told that our tickets were flexible. However when we tried to change our ticket to an earlier date, Gary quoted us a fare difference which was much higher than the cost of tickets from another airlines. Gary Patel offered to schedule a different flight and to have the existing tickets changed to a future date. The older tickets, he explained, can be left open for a year (from date of issue). As the change of Airline was the cost effective option, we were forced to take him up on his offer and purchased the new tickets. On our return we contacted Gary to discuss our options as per our previous conversation and he advised us that refund or a voucher are not available, He advised us that the only option available now is yo use the older tickets within three months and suggesting us to pay an additional £200 per person in advance. We were horrified to hear this as It seem that goalpost have been shifted and we have been taken for a ride, He should have provided us this information up front i.e. when he offered us tickets with different airline. We feel that we are being taken advantage of and definately misled. Originally when the airline tickets were booked we were told they were flexible tickets and dates could be changed but now we keep getting told we need to pay to change dates and he also suggested that our return ticket has zero value. We are absolutely horrified and feel our position has been compromised and the service we received from Gary was unprofessional, appalling and misleading

Negative experience: We booked a dual trip with dial a flight to Kenya and Zanzibar including accommodation. The Kenya part of the trip went well. When we arrived in Zanzibar the hotel recommended by them was not the 4 star accommodation we expected even taking account of differing cultural standards. We contacted dial a flight and they got us new accommodation which we had to play in full. It has taken to today receive a paltry refund despite pictures of flies on food. No sea view when owe paid extra for. Broken toilet and sink. Raw waste going into the sea. The list goes on. Please don't use this firm peceive

Positive experience: I dealt with DialAFlight in 2018 and they were extremely helpful in organising a proposed summer week away at short notice. Unfortunately the trip did not go ahead but I appreciated their kind assistance. More recently, in autumn 2022, I made contact with DialAFlight again to arrange a winter holiday trip for January 2023. My partner and I wanted DialAFlight's help in choosing a sunny, accessible winter location. I emailed the representative who dealt with me in 2018. I knew this person still worked at the company as they had recently assisted a family member regarding a separate booking. I received no response from the representative following my first email. I sent a second email the next week, copying in a second colleague. The only response I received to this second email was an automated out of office from the first representative, stating that they would be away until a week later. The out of office provided a general 'office' email address to use in the representative's absence. I emailed my request to this office email address, again copying in the second colleague. I received no response to this third email, nor to any of my communications (other than the automated out of office email). At this point, we looked into holidays elsewhere and booked a trip with an all-inclusive holiday provider. We had looked forward to receiving DialAFlight's wisdom regarding our plans, but I don't think it's feasible to have to send 3 emails without getting any attention. I'm happy to give DialAFlight the benefit of the doubt: they were helpful in 2018 and perhaps on this occasion we fell between the cracks. However they won't be my first port of call for our next trip.

Fantastic experience: Ed Chivers - Amazing! I have been using Ed since 2007 and have found Ed and Dialaflight to be always reliable and hassle free. They always pick up the phone quickly and you have a dedicated account manager. They always respond accurately and its a pleasure working with Ed - I admire his energy and is always very patient should my plans change. This company and Ed know the holiday market/flights and hotels and give excellent advice. This shows they employ smart engaging people instead of some other agents I have dealt with having school leavers who dont know much. Great job!

Fantastic experience: I seldom leave feedback for a company without having been prompted to do so but I felt that my experience with Dial a Flight was definately worth a review. I was booking flights on behalf of my mother and not only did Ray Taylor at Dial a flight sort it all out for me, he went the extra mile time and time again, from finding the best price and flight times for mum to calling her to ensure that she had everything sorted, was happy with everything and to wish her a happy holiday - that meant the world to my Super Mum who at the age of 80 was taking herself off to Australia for the holiday of a life time. Cant recommend Dial a Flight (and Ray) enough!

Fantastic experience: We have used DialAFlight twice now and the service has been superb. The first time was for a holiday in Thailand which included a 3 night stay in Bangkok and the whole thing was seemless with connecting flights and transfers working really well. Our latest was a much simpler trip but it was lovely having someone else thinking about all the bits that make holidays work. I assumed that I may be paying a bit extra for their service (which would have been fine) but the latest holiday was cheaper with them than anyone else so I rate them on value too. We dealt with Charlie both times and he is brilliant and really knows his stuff.
Negative experience: I feel really let down by how we have been treated by Dial a flight. I used this company a number of times in the past, however today after we spoke to someone and our holiday was booked with bank details passed over, we were later informed it had to be cancelled because of a review my partner posted which showed dial a flight in a negative light. How childish! If we were rude or were offensive i can understand them black listing us. The fact that they did not even tell us this a few years ago. it completely wasted our time and we would have never called. Disgusting customer service all because of a honest review on how terribly we were dealt with during the pandemic.
Hello Sanj, Please read our reply to your partner’s review below. During covid we supported many thousands of appreciative customers. But not everyone recognises good service. We will not work with people who think they gain advantage by bullying. Posting multiple reviews and name checking other travel companies, as you and your partner have done, rather makes our point!
Negative experience: Me and my partner are regular travellers, we travel around 10 times a year. Over the years we’ve used dialaflight a good number of times because it’s often convenient to speak on the phone and get a holiday booked. They’re usually more expensive than other brokers or companies, but you pay for the convenience. During the pandemic we had multiple trips booked which were unfortunately impacted. Although the pandemic was completely unprecedented, we found the service we received from dialaflight was very disappointing. They failed to keep us updated with anything. Expedia we’re so much better, as we’re other websites such as hotels.com. It had got to the day before the flight and we still hadn’t been notified whether our flight was going ahead or not. It turns out it was cancelled. We had to speak with the airline to get that information. Dialaflight didn’t answer the calls and were no help. The refund eventually came through… many months later! I wrote a honest review about my experience online. A few days later, I had a manager from dialaflight ring and apologise for the poor service I had received. It was only once the review had been written that it attracted anyones attention. The manager told me to remove the review. I explained that the review was truthful and that I wouldn’t be removing it. A couple of years have now passed and I fell into an old habit… calling dialaflight out of convenience. I discussed a flight and car hire package and agreed to the booking. I gave my bank details to secure the deposit. An hour later, I received a call to say that because of my previous review two years ago, they were unable to process my booking. I was shocked to discover this. I had never been rude or abusive to anyone and my review would be been truthful and accurately reflect the poor service I received. I hadn’t known that I was on some type of barred list, otherwise I wouldn’t have wasted mine or the agents time in making a new booking. The lesson here is, if you write a truthful review that doesn’t portray dialaflight in a good light, they will no longer do business with you. It is also worth considering how many reviews are artificial or controlled so that bad reviews are removed.
Hello Terry, We went to a great deal of trouble to help you during covid but despite this you posted a disparaging review bringing our reputation into disrepute. We therefore returned your money in full. It’s our company policy not to make travel arrangements for people who choose to bully our staff for financial advantage so you have been removed from our approved customer list.

Fantastic experience: Professional, expert advice given by Riley. Excellent customer service . We enquired about booking the tickets for USA today for 3 people. Riley was amazing over the phone. He provided Excellent service, went that extra mile for us. Left the call very happy & satisfied. He gave us very good advice and suggestions. Also reminded us about getting the Esta visa, we weren't sure about the pcr & lateral flow, he advised on that too. Made sure we also put vegetarian option food on the flights and also sorted our seats. He really went over and beyond, to provide best customer service I would definitely go to him again and book future tickets. You never forget how someone makes you feel, he really understood our travel plans and saved us around £250 on flights per person.

He was able to put together a bespoke package for myself and my husband to go to Dubai. We had originally booked via another Company and our holiday was cancelled out of the blue…..they didn’t seem to be that bothered, but we were! Negative experience: Our company has been working with Dial A Flight for several years without problems but now the service we are getting is extremely bad. I was told I would get a full refund if I decided to cancel my flights due to the Covid situation... but now the sales person tells me I cannot get a refund and can't be bothered to even reply to my emails. Unfortunately we had to cancel our honeymoon due to Covid 19 which we was gutted about but lucky for us Reece was absolutely fantastic in arranging for us to get a refund for this , he has been amazing throughout and communicated with us on a regular basis to keep us up to date with everything that was going on , Thank you so much Reece you have been amazing and cannot wait for our trip to Rome.

Positive experience: I always use Dial a Flight, and feel they provide a first class service. My only issue is, they should be better versed re travel restrictions. Dial a Flight were trying to sell me a flight that had a connection in the US, whilst United Airlines are saying unless you are a US National you cannot stop in the US.
Negative experience: This must be the worst most pethatic excuse of a travel company Cowboy, unprofessional incompetent agnets and true waste of the air they breath Had booked tickets with them due to travel in April, and due to the cov19 flights were cancelled, I asked for our refund as per the law, but the pethatic waste of space of agents played us around, refused to give us our money back, in the end I got our bank on them and got our money back. Fantastic experience: In our 70's long distance travel is very stressful, booking and obtaining insurance is the first step on the stress ladder. Having someone to hold your hand while you juggle all the necessary components is wonderful. When things go wrong (illness, flight delays, cancellations, rebooking, insurance claims) they are a godsend. To those at Manchester DialAFlighf who have eased our path we can never thank you enough. Rosie, Matthew, Conrad and Vinnie we couldn't travel without your help.

Negative experience: I booked a trip home using dial a flight, whilst abroad, my father passed away, I have to extend my stay for the funeral by one week. I was told that by providing a Death Certificate the extension of the flight would be free of charge. This was sent to Dial a flight. I was subsequently charged £89 after and was told that they tried contacting me on the Friday, 05 April, the day of my father’s funeral (I did not have any calls or messages). I find this disgraceful that a company can promise a no cost change then charge you after profiting from such a situation. I will never use or recommend Dial a flight to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Took the boys to Floriida for 6 weeks for the summer holidays as a gift from there deceased fathers family and friends. We left from Heathrow and had connecting flights to the US. we had an hour to wait for our connection and we had to collect our baggage but the overall experience of connection went well. Fantastic experience: We had a nightmare getting stuck in traffic, then find out an ESTA on our booking had not gone through. As a result we missed our flight which we were due to catch to get on a cruise! I spoke to Jake at dial-a-flight and he managed to sort us out some flights very last minute to get us to the ship on time. Fantastic experience: Used many times over various years. Their prices are not materially different to that of self booking and they take a lot of the hassle away thanks to their knowledge of locations etc. On one occasion, manged to find a different flight route that I couldn't online - saved me money and meant I got to do a lay over in a really cool city. Very good service and would use again.
Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Dial a Flight. Niall Andrews was such a help when I was stranded in Thailand and my flights cancelled due to the recent storm. He made the whole situation far less stressful as he contacted the airlines on my behalf to ensure I had alternative reservations. I have used Dial a Flight in the past and will continue to due to on all flights I book in the future.

Fantastic experience: A very well put together three weeks holiday. Thanks to Dial A Flight. I wouldn't normally use a travel agent but I was very happy to find someone so helpful and to take the stress out of booking multi-location flights and hotels. It’s so much easier than going through the hassle of doing it myself.
Negative experience: Dial a flight refused to pay refund after overcharging on virgin seat upgrade. 6 months later and I still waiting for my refund.
