Negative experience: Absolute scam! My experience with Aviva Visas has been a nightmare. They provided fake documents, jeopardizing my entire visa application process. Beware of Anis and others at this so-called company they are nothing but fraudsters preying on vulnerable people looking for genuine help. They take your money with false promises, provide fraudulent paperwork, and then disappear when things go wrong. It’s disgusting and unprofessional. They have no integrity and should not be trusted. I highly advise everyone to stay away from these scammers. Do NOT let them ruin your chances like they did mine! Let me know if you’d like to adjust or elaborate on this further.

Fantastic experience: First time applying for the Schengen Visa and my experience with Aviva is really good and I am satisfied with the work and experience with them. All the best for them.

Negative experience: It’s a proper scam, thus Aviva visa is playing up not to give me a refund. Also, my friend didn’t get the visa he was asking for. I am never gonna give up. They will have to refund; it has been 4 months now. They always say, 'give us 2 days' and never paid my refund. But now I am taking legal actions against this scum company.

Negative experience: These people are so unprofessional and not doing there job properly, I got my Visa refused because of this peoples responsibility, they will chase you behind until we do our payment and they will not provide the necessary documents for the visa process, when I reached them again they’ll says they’ll get back and they will never call you back, such a scam ,don’t get scammed from this people, I wish i should have read the reviews before I trust this people.

Negative experience: Anis who works for the company is the main guy who scams and hangs up the phone on your face. If you looking to get Schengen visa for your trip. I would strongly advise you not to spend a penny with this company. We have been scammed really badly, we disputed with the bank so hoping some support from them.

If we stop using these sort of companies then they will stop reserving all the slots in European embassy and sell to us for many more £££. They have no priorty their customers or service. Negative experience: I would like to share our exprience with this company. My brother needed a visa for his wife to travel to Europe. We have provided the documents as it was required to process the application. We have been allocated for appoinment to visit Aviva Visas office to submit documents. When my brother and his wife turned up as expected. They faced a very poor customer service and had to wait over 30 minutes to take the documents over. When he raised this matter to case worker who was on the phone over 30 minutes and ignoring him waiting to be served. This was a huge disappointment because they have totally no respect or value their customers My brother stepped out of the office and they agreed to refund him since the service was not processed or provided. They kept us waiting over a week to refund and eventually we recieved £70 of the £375 payment which we made. We called up to raise this matter to them and we were told they charged for a service which they never provided. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, PLEASE AVOID TAKING YOUR SELF OR FAMILY MEMBERS TO APPLY FOR A VISA BECAUSE THEY INTENTIONALLY SCAM. I HAVE ALSO BEEN LOOKING NUMBER OF FEEDBACKS ON THEIR COMPANY PROFILE FOR GOOGLE REVIEWS. THESE ARE FAKE POSITIVE FEEDBACKS WHICH WERE COMMENTED BY THEIR SELF. WE WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COUNTY COURT TO ENSURE THAT THEY SHOULD TAKE PEOPLE MORE SERIOUS THAN THINKING TO SCAM THEM.

Fantastic experience: Anis and his colleagues at Aviva was very helpful and professional in getting a Schengen visa for my niece. They were able to get an appointment very quickly and the whole process was handled efficiently

Negative experience: Very very bad service do not trust them they don’t know what they are doing I would never use them again

Negative experience: This company is not trustworthy as they have tied to scam me by not providing my refund. I paid for a service in May last year which I couldn’t get a close appointment date and I cancelled. I applied for a refund immediately and it’s been 10months of chasing my refund to no avail. I have spoken with Nafisa, Sofia and other agents at the company but they do not want to refund as they keep promising me since last year. This is a big scam by taking my money where no service was rendered and failing to refund. I paid £360 and I have been chasing this refund for the past 10months and all I have been getting are empty promises. I absolutely do not recommend them!! Very poor services rendered and dubious intentions

Fantastic experience: I obtained their contact number from one of my friends who had used this agency, along with several other friends who had also used their services previously. I called them on Monday and spoke with Sofiya to apply for a Schengen Visa to Spain. Within half an hour, I received the application form, which I promptly filled out and sent back along with my passport and scanned biometric documents. They contacted me and scheduled an appointment for Thursday, but I requested to reschedule it to Friday, which they accommodated. Throughout the process, Sofiya was extremely helpful, and I also had good communication with Anis via email. I submitted all the required documents to them via postage. When I visited the BLS Spain Visa Application Centre, I met the agent Maya, who assisted me with a few signing documents. After about an hour, she called me back, and all the necessary pictures and fingerprints were taken. There were about 5 other people who applied for a visa using this agency alongside me (appointment date 14th of July). Within 13 days, including weekends, I received my passport back with the issued visa. Though the service was a bit expensive, I was willing to pay for the quick processing. As a result, I highly recommend this agency to everyone. I find it surprising that there are so many negative reviews, accusing them of being scammers. However, I can confidently say that I am 100% satisfied with the service I received, considering the amount of money I paid. Thank you.

It has been 70 since I sent my initial email, and the absence of any acknowledgment or attempt to address my concerns is disheartening. As a customer who entrusted Aviva Visa Services with a premium service payment, I had expected to receive a level of service that was both efficient and reliable. However, the substandard service I received, coupled with the subsequent disregard for my attempts to seek resolution, has left me with no choice but to take further action. Given the gravity of the situation and the substantial impact this matter has had on my travel plans, time, and finances, I am now compelled to seek professional legal services to assist in resolving this dispute. My efforts to address the situation amicably have unfortunately been met with silence, leaving me with little recourse but to explore alternative means of finding resolution. I had sincerely hoped that Aviva Visa Services would recognize the severity of the situation and respond in a timely and responsible manner. However, the lack of communication has forced me to take this matter to a more formal and legal platform. Please be aware that this decision was not taken lightly. My aim is not only to obtain a refund for the substandard service received but also to ensure that other consumers do not face similar issues in the future. In light of this, I strongly urge Aviva Visa Services to reconsider its position and provide a comprehensive response to my concerns immediately. A timely resolution at this stage may prevent further escalation of the matter and potential damage to the reputation of your agency. Negative experience: Stay away at all cost this is a company that dose not understand what customer’s service means they promise you a deadline and when the deadline has passed and you call them to ask questions they irritate you by behaving in a manner that you don’t have the right to complain they put the phone down on you talk rude to you also extremely unprofessional.

Negative experience: These people have had £285 of my money for 2 years now. Each time i ask for a new country they say they don’t have any appointments available but won’t give me a refund. I call every two months. All employees just hang up up as soon as they tell them the issue. They are doing this to a lot of people. This is a scam!!!

Negative experience: Have paid them £330 for a schengen visa, they don’t pick up calls, each time they pick up you have to explain your question again as it’s a different agent each time. Very poor service! They claim that their PRINTER IS BROKEN therefore you will have to get your own print outs even though you pay them the amount it should be covered in. I don’t understand how they can run a travel business without a PRINTER. It’s been over 15 working days since I applied and now I’ve been calling them to ask track it, they have found a new way to just divert my calls so it’s been very difficult for me to reach them in the first place. They also ask you to travel to their office in Finchley each time they need the documents or passport, Instead of posting them. If anyone from the company is reading this please make it easier for your customers to reach you atleast after charging that fare. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Based on their very positive reference from my friend, I have contacted Aviva for the Spain visa application. I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails were promptly responded to, and their representative showed up when we visited the BLS Spain visa application centre and assisted on all process. Whenever, I got hurdle with documentation preparation , they always guide me to completed on time. Ms.Nafisa was super efficient and helpful at every stage. Her advice and work on putting together a trip that not only met but exceeded all our expectations was invaluable and very much appreciated. I would indeed recommend Aviva for Professional, knowledgeable, flexible, plus an understanding of what the clients want. All the qualities needed to provide a stress free tour plan & visa service.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service. I paid £250 only to book appointment for Indian visa. They didn’t even book the appointment. I requested for the full refund. It’s been now two months still I haven’t got the refund. Send many mails but no reply. Whenever I call they put me on hold. Very unprofessional. I don’t even want to give one star. Poor customer service.

Negative experience: Very poor costumer service. Very expensive £299 for a single visa application. The price they ask for does not match the service they offer. The staff do not answer the phone. They do not reply to emails. They do not give updates or acknowledge or confirm that they have received the documents that I posted to them. After submitting my documents to the embassy , there was no confirmation to collect the documents from the visa office. I almost cancelled my trip until I had to phone the visa office. Not sure what the charges were for. Nafeesa was great on the initial conversation. Once I paid the money, she was hard to find. Would not recommend anyone to this company. Very appealing service.

Fantastic experience: Amazing company when it comes to Visa. I have found them in 2017 and been working with them since and I never had an issue with them neither got a visa refused. The staff are polite and helpful, appointments always available. And you get your visa fast. I have started with 3 months visa but lately I have been getting 6 months shengen visa which is amazing m.

Negative experience: I Would like to request the management that They must really train their staff to value customers. Bhagyashri is very rude and talks to the clients as if the service they provide is of no charge. If I'm paying for something I expect good/reasonable service in return . She also hangs up the phone and doesn't even return a call back. They also establish the client details as soon as the cal goes through and therefore ignore or put the call on hold. I'm a customer from 2015 , all these years had amazing service , now the call centre is handled by staff in india, and their customer service is rubbish, they think they can talk anything to customers and be rude. I hope Susan will look into these mattress and train her staff better or hire more qualified and professional staff.

Negative experience: I went to Aviva visa to get French visa.I have been to France 8 times.After reading reviews of this place I went with this place.I got my visa rejected only because they were not bothered to check the emails I got from French embassy.The French embassy sent them an email on Monday saying that I have to provide more documents.They didn’t let me know until Friday.And my visa came rejected following Monday only because I didn’t know that I have to provide extra documents. and when I try to explain this to Asma and Nafisa they start fighting with me and hang up the phone on me.I tried to ring them few times but they were keeping ignoring me.i felt like that I am talking to a brick wall.They are so uneducated and unprofessional.I have paid nearly £200 for these scammers.PLEASE DONT GO TO THESE SCAMMERS. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

This Aviva very dodgy and scammers they just will do anything in the beginning to let you pay them even they gave wrong information and then you will never get what you looking for, they are dodgy and scammers, it’s better for you to contact the embassy for the country you want travel to, trust me it’s more easy to get the visa more than contacting this dodgy place at least every think will be clear with the embassy, avoid this scammers!!

They are expensive, unprofessional, everything is NOT clear, I ended up at my appointment date on my phone rushing and sweating and asking my friend on the phone for helping me and writing an invitation letter, which they should have asked that before booking, also they have wrote the wrong home address for me, I ended up have to call the visa centre myself to chase up my passport, which had posted to the wrong address and they didn't do anything about this, calming that they have called the visa centre and they don't pick up the phone which isn't true, because I called with in 2 minutes they have answered me, also they don't reply my emails, and I have to always call them back! Very unprofessional and very very poor service - it was the WORST visa experience for me to date!!!!

Negative experience: *DO NOT IGNORE* I used aviva visa service to apply for a tourist visa and i had a terrible experience. They are really nice and polite with you until they take your money. Baghesry and another of her male collegues made me waste a total of almost £500 and at the end i did not get my visa on time. They confirmed to me twice that the visa would be with me after 2 weeks from the date of the appointment rather than telling me that the processing times are normally 2 weeks however due to the ambassy it could take longer. They made me book everything, train tickets, hotels and at the end i was meant to travel today and they tell me sorry your visa is still in progress and there is nothing we can do. Why do you promise people that they would have their visa in 2 weeks if that’s not the case? You just want to steal people’s money. Even your customer service is so bad and not polite. Baghesry laughing at me over the phone while i was speaking, she does even take the phone and call you for an update but instead she will send you an email requesting to call her . This is to show how slow and lazy they are. They don’t keep track of people applications to chase the ambassy instead you need to keep on chasing them every day after you paid them £120 for this. The manager i spoke to Rajeshwari while raising the complaint did not even acknowledge their lies and mistakes instead kept on saying that her collegue has been working on my case from 2 days big lie she only started looking at my visa status one day before departure. She kept on saying they do their job well and i did not even receive an apology for the time and money I wasted. Please find a better agency to apply for visa because this is really not good. It was the mistake from vfs global who provided me with wrong information. Thanks to Suzan and Henschel at Aviva visa helped me get another appointment with vfs without any further charges. Positive experience: Very helpfully staff a few issues with not mentioning you have to have a minimum of £350 in your account showing on you months bank statement on application form. But this was quickly resolved and worth the money getting the visa.would recommend specially when at the application centre as I was only in there 20 minutes.Aviva rep met me there and done all the hard work for me.

Negative experience: Absolutely ignorant staff and could not care less whether you get visa or not. My application was done half-way. I asked to change and add information three times, and Rajeshwari said it is going to be fine- no need to change. I came for my appointment and they said all the necessary information is missing, I had to redo it right during my appointment. So stressfull!!! As well as they booked my appointment without even checking on my documents. I had to ask them "can you have a look at my documents whether I have everything right", but did not get any response from them. I had to look in internet to find a list . £80 for what???

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a quick ,efficient, comprehensive VISA service delivered by very friendly staff, your search is over. We applied for Schengen visa through a consultant called NAFISA who understood our circumstances with in no time , advised about the documentation and organised my appointment with in a day. She answered all of my million questions and in fact made very appropriate suggestions to secure a lengthy visa . The team is very knowledgeable and very professional and we were very well taken care of during the whole process.

Fantastic experience: Aviva Visas helped me apply for a visit visa to Germany in just one day. They assisted me with my documentation and managed to get me an appointment for visa application submission for the very next day. Nafisa and other Aviva team members were highly responsive to my calls, answered all my questions and provided me with an excellent customer service. Negative experience: Use this company at your own peril. Absolutely pathetic from start to finish. Atrocious customer service. You have to ring and ring again to get any consultant to do any work. Very quick to take your money but then very confusing and delayed responses once they have cash in hand. The icing on the cake was when they rang and emailed me to say my visa was ready to pick up, 3 days after the Embassy had rang to say I could come and pick it up and when I was already on holiday. When I asked for a refund for a very bad service, both Susan and Rajeshwari were rude in manner claiming that “it was only because of them I got the visa.” Disgraceful!

Fantastic experience: I would just like to thank the very special staff members at Aviva Visas that absolutely went out of their way to help me, Nafisa and Susan you ladies really went the extra mile for me. I was faced with a real problem, I was not able to apply for my Schengen Visa for our Spanish Holiday because I was not aware that my UK Residence Card needed to have 3 months validity on it at the date of return. So with very little time left on the clock I had to do my UK Visa Renewal and get my new Biometrics card before I could even start the process of applying for the Schengen Visa. The day I received my Residence Card from the Home Office, I rushed through to the Aviva Visas Office in Finchley where Susan handled my Documents and managed to secure me an appointment at BLS for the very next morning. I went in to BLS and met another Aviva Visa staff member who assisted me with the application, which only took around 20 min. 4 days later my Passport arrived at my House with a shiny new Visa in it. What wonderful service and with only 2 days until I fly I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much Aviva Visas ;)

Fantastic experience: I needed an urgent Schengen visa and the normal agency I used only had an appointment 3 weeks away. After speaking to Henschel at Aviva, not only did he advise me on the best way to do this but also managed to get me an appointment for the very next day. At the visa centre I was greeted by their consultant, did not have to que and was out of the centre in less than 10 mins. I got my visa 4 days later. I also dealt with Suzan both are highly professional and polite.

Negative experience: I never write a bad review but my advice to anyone using their services is to AVOID AVOID AVOID. They are very responsive before you pay the money, I asked for a refund 2 hours after payment and before sending my passport (which Nafisa said we will only start with your application when we recieve the passport and other documents).They said it will take at least 2 weeks to decide because we want to deduct our fees. I don't understand which fees if I did not send them my documents. And they stopped answering my emails. Do yourself a favour and avoid Aviva Visa.
