Negative experience: Sadly felt needed to warn other potential families who might shortlist Just Go for a family motorhome adventure. We collected a a motorhome for Scotland from Edinburgh late afternoon for 10 nights touring. We had no heating for 5 days despite putting in calls from early on the Saturday morning to relay the error codes on the system. The 'after-care service' was a joke. On the weekend ie from 5pm Friday through to Monday morning calls are just picked up by a 'holding' call filtering team who state they are unable to offer any technical assistance until the following week ! With 3 primary aged children in the midst of storms on Syke with ever decreasing battery power just for light (as the heating they conceded couldnt work off that or the gas) it was a real worry for us and finally the following Tuesday a qualified technical guy video whataapped us only to deduce what we already knew from the highlighted error codes that there were faults on the van. Flagged in a formal letter of complaint to the owner when we got home and no response from her. A random untitled lady called Victoria from 'customer service' wouldnt take any accountability for the company either, offerred a paultry £100 back for inconvenience, aside from a disrupted trip we were interested in ensuring they put measures in place so no other young families are caught high and dry like we were again. Clearly they weren't interested in doing so hence flagging here in a public arena where this can be exposed. All in all terrible customer service and they should hold their heads in shame. Profit all the way at whatever cost to the client ! Shop around folks and you will find some providers will come out direct to your van within 12 hours of an issue being reported 7 days a week. Now thats true customer service.
Hi Angie, we are sorry to read your review of your hire back in August. As mentioned by email, there is a QR code in all vehicles which links you to our on the road support team when you need assistance. They are available Monday-Saturday between 8am-5.30pm however you had called through to our reservations team. I can see the support team called you back as soon as possible when the office reopened. Once you spoke with the support team I see they were able to find a resolve for you that day so you had access to heat and hot water on the gas function and you confirmed everything was working correctly. I just wanted to confirm that a refund of £140 was processed following your email in September. We are sorry your holiday was impacted and appreciate from time to time things can go wrong. Our team work hard to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and we do appreciate your patience.
Negative experience: Avoid this company. Shocking customer service. Had to cancel a booking and so far taken over a month to refund me the deposit, even with cancellation insurance. Zero communication. I have had to chase repeatedly over email and phone. They just want to sit on your money. Refunds by bank transfer instead of back to the payment method. Excuse after excuse for delays. All very un-professional. Maybe a Google review will spur them into action… but I suspect not.

Negative experience: Just go..I had a harrowing worst experience.. I had a harrowing worst experience.. I had bought the insurance coverage for GBP 350.In the trip,a rash vehicle dashed and broke the right side winger,,(right side rear view). On the return of the vehicle I was told that since I had taken the insurance..I need not pay anything. Later,an additional amount of GBP 350 is charged from me. This is sheer robbery and fleecing the customer. I strongly condemn such forgery. The entire cost of repairs in itself would cost much less than GBP 350.. Such a dealing is uncalled for .. The staff is arrogant..not interested to provide service to customers..it seems they are doing some obligation.. treating customers as underdogs...long waits.. Moreover..my bed was broken from oneside.. which I noticed when I went to sleep at night.. had no option..but to bear the damaged.. On my return..I pointed this damage to them..but they brushed it aside... really disappointed
Hi Ashok, I am sorry to read your feedback. We hold a security deposit at the start of every rental, which is your liability in the event of new damage. As you purchased a reduction option, the security deposit held was £350. As your returned the motorhome with new damage, a repair charge is applied and capped at the amount of £350. This is reflected in the invoice we have issued and in line with our T+C's.

Negative experience: Myself and a couple of friends have just done our 3rd NC500 trip This wss the first time using Just Go. And last. We were completely ripped off start to finish. Before you book, please, please read some of the negative comments on TrustPilot as this is a reoccurring theme throughout. The price you are quoted will increase at the last minute if you have any penalty points on your license. That was a lovely surprise for us on collection day when it's too late to back out!! On collection day they will also put the hard sell on to take out their Liability Reduction protection (over £400 non refundable charge) +£350 refundable excess. We bought this, and on the trip, the drivers mirror was clipped by a bus which broke the indicator lens and the wide angle mirror but this is covered. We would still get the £350 back. We didn't!! There was a bed slat which had broken, and a plastic hinge on the hob lid which had melted (why use plastic where there is heat is beyond me). And we lost the £350 excess because of this?!? I honestly believe the bed slat was already compromised as it broke on first night lying on it. But a bit of wood and a plastic hinge replacement cost us £350 - apparently mostly labour cost (unsurprisingly they refuse to show me their invoice). Here's another note of caution ...we were told at drop off by the front of house team everything is fine, the £350 would be returned. So we leave without fuss. Then the email lands a few days later advising otherwise, and try as you might its impossible to speak to anyone I would strongly urge anyone if you are thinking of using Just Go, just don't!! Use a different company. It will save you a lot of money and stress. Edit 07/10. - Thank you for reventually replying to my review. As you know, I was part of a group booking and this issue effects all of us. When the lead name enquired how you could possibly justify withholding £350 securtiy deposit over a plastic hinge, you basically fobbed him off. He then requested an itemised bill which you ignored!! So you didnt really respond to him with anything meaningful. As you are well aware, he was then on holiday and I took this up on his and the rest of the groups behalf. But still we await any proof of cost to justify you withholding our deposit. So please be honest with your responses. You have sat on this reply for 3 weeks afterall. It is meant to be an honest review of the customer experience after all?!

Positive experience: Not a very pleasant experience with customer service or technical support. Drove nearly 6 hours to Edinburgh depot to be told to come back the next day. We collected a motorhome with a range of issues which resulted in a swap after I threatened to leave them the motorhome and cancel the trip after two full days of hassle and worry. They are very good explaining to you why you must increase your insurance cover (which we did) but when asking for help, it was always someone else’s problem. We had to sleep in a motorhome which we couldn’t get out of in a fire. This is apparently acceptable for just go. I do have an ongoing complaint but it seems they lack any genuine customer service ability. I will update accordingly if they want to listen. I forgot to mention that they ask you to sign a damage form and then send you images of damage for another vehicle which makes you believe your liable. Update 7/10/24 - I have reached a reasonable agreement with JustGo. We got there in the end but I hope lessons have been learned for other customers who just need a bit more help and understanding, especially in the case of understanding the impact they have on people’s holidays. Rating increased as they eventually took the time to put things right.

Negative experience: small damage at the right lower back mirror on a motorhome : charged of 220€ for a small clipsed mirror of 15€ on Amazon. No communication possible. No explanation and no choice (to send for example the mirror). Pay and CU poor tourist. This is not fair/gentleman. I'm not a customer. I'm guilty to be responsable to have broken the back mirror of the rented motorhome of your customer Aloys de Christian when I crossed him in the Highlands with my own motorhome.
Hi Bruno, I cannot find a booking in your name on our system. All invoices are issued based on the damage caused to the vehicle and are in line with our company T+C's.
Fantastic experience: It was an amazing experience. It was my first time with my family of 4 and a little dog. Great experience and staff also amazing in Just gGo. Just 1 thing for first timers. You can just bring all your luggage and food and park your car here load stuff on your motorhome and leave.just need to pay £10 for vehical a night. Also cooking gas we used almost everyday and its only 2-5% used and we cooked good amout of food 2 times a day.

Fantastic experience: We have used Just Go three times and their service has been exceptional each time. This year we had booked a specific vehicle but the day before we were due to collect it the company called me to tell me there was a problem with it when it was returned by the previous hirer and they offered me a different (similar sized) vehicle. This wasn't what we had chosen, but of course, sometimes these things happen. I was so relieved that, because we had hired from the best of the best, they had an alternative vehicle to offer us. They also included a free bedding set, free parking and allowed us to bring the vehicle back a couple of hours late so we were able to stay in the Cotswolds for an extra night. This wouldn't have been possible if we'd hired from a smaller firm, August Bank Holiday is one of the busiest weekends for motor homes and Just Go have a fleet so large that they can offer alternatives on those rare occasions that things go wrong. They always give the best advice and offer service with a smile... we wouldn't use any other company!

Fantastic experience: absolutely perfect service and exceedingly friendly. We rented a motorhome for the first time and are exceptionally satisfied. I was already afraid that they would be very picky during the return because the roads in England are very narrow and the motorhome had a few small scratches on the side, but this concern was completely unfounded. It was stated that everything fits 100 percent perfectly and they were very, very friendly.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had with Just Go campers. Our trip was ruined due to their appalling customer service and complete lack of accountability. From the outset, we encountered a significant problem: there was no hot water in the campervan. This is a basic necessity, especially when traveling for an extended period. We called customer service multiple times to report the issue, only to be met with indifference and unhelpful responses. Despite their promises, the problem was never fixed, leaving us without hot water for the entirety of our trip. To make matters worse, our emails outlining the issue have gone unanswered. It's as if they have chosen to ignore our complaints altogether. Adding insult to injury, they are now withholding our deposit without providing any justification. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering to look elsewhere. Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and their lack of customer care is astounding. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reputable company for your travel needs

Negative experience: We have been waiting for three weeks for the refund of our deposit. Just Go is not being transparent about this, as we were informed after investigating with our bank. Not recommended, as it smells like fraud.
Hi Manon. All security deposits are released automatically in full within 28 days of the hire period (providing there are no damage fees chargeable). While some banks will process this sooner we do advise waiting the 28 days for this to appear. You won't see this as a refund on your statement as it was never a charge, just higher available funds when the bank process it is available in your account again. I hope this helps!
Fantastic experience: The campervan I hired was in nearly new condition and the interior exceeded my expectations. The staff at the site are super nice also so gives a pleasant start to the journey. Had no problems with the vehicle and it made for a great road trip. Overall, super happy with Just Go.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic trip relocating one off the Roller Team Vans. It was for 2-4 people and it suited my husband and I a treat. Great facilities on board. The team were great, helpful at every aspect of our journey with them. It would be nice to have the option to hire some camping chairs and a table so that we could eat alfresco. It's also needs to be more clear about hiring of bedding as some re-locaters where not charged in Phase 2 and some where not. As first timers the Motorhome suited us a treat. Overall a fantastic trip and would love to do another one.

Fantastic experience: What an awesome experience!! We hired a motorhome as part of the Itlayrelocation2024 and spent 11 days making our way from Italy to the UK, stopping at Switzerland, France and Luxembourg along the way. An experience we will never forget!! We loved our motor home and found it incredibly comfy and practical and it catered to all our needs. Also the staff at JustGo are incredibly helpful and friendly! Fantastic experience: We had the most amazing first experience of travelling with a motorhome for JustGo’s relocation deal from Pisa in Italy. We took our 2 year old daughter and she loved sleeping in the van and we were able to take her to some amazing places. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful; really quick answering our emails and questions. We would absolutely use this company again.
Negative experience: I recently hired a motorhome for a 13-day trip, and while the motorhome itself was clean and in good condition, the experience left much to be desired. When collecting the vehicle, the staff member was in a rush and did not thoroughly explain the features, instead referring me to a YouTube video for instructions. I had paid for extra toilet chemicals and a European converter. When I inquired about these items, I was assured they were in the back of the vehicle. However, upon starting to pack, I discovered they were missing. I contacted Just Go's call center and was advised to purchase the items myself, keep the receipts, and they would refund the amount upon return of the motorhome. It has now been nearly two months, and I have yet to receive the promised refund. I have called and emailed them multiple times. Initially, they claimed they lost my card details, so I provided my bank details, but still no refund and no response to my follow-up emails. While the motorhome rental was nearly £2400, this additional £30 might seem minor, but it’s indicative of poor customer service. This is not the right way to conduct business.

Fantastic experience: Really professional company that made hiring a quality motor home seamless. The van was in great condition and reflected the pictures perfectly. They were even very accommodating as I arrived late due to traffic accident ahead of us.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, good communication and great motorhome. When we had ferry problems Peter at the Toddingdon depot stayed late to make sure we were able to return the van and then called us a cab to the train station. Would highly reccommend.
Fantastic experience: We had a great trip from Tuscany to England, made easy and comfortable by Justgo. The staff at the pick up location were welcoming and informative. We were provided with towels, bedding, kitchenware and everything else we would need for the trip. Their staff also gave us a great walkthrough of the van before we left and answered any questions we had with ease. A problem with the ferry crossing on our return meant we were very delayed but Justgo were very helpful in maintaining contact and doing everything possible to assist us. Special mention to Peter at the Toddington site who was extremely accommodating with his time and ensured we could return the van as originally intended. They have been so friendly and professional throughout, and would highly recommend using them.
Fantastic experience: We've been using Just Go for over 10 years. It's getting more expensive but then so has everything. Staff are always very helpful and efficient. Motorhomes are easy to drive and are comfortable. We've been all over England, France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands and hope to do so again.

Fantastic experience: Awesome way to get around. We went out of season so had no problems getting in anywhere at anytime but imagine you would need a lot of planning to get around this way peak season. Van had everything we needed & the office staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend & hire again.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from long weekend with a fantastic mobile home from Just Go, I would highly recommend the customer service, professional and friendly, the mobile home was immaculate and easy to drive, it was reasonably priced and a worth while experience We went to Devon and it’s fairly economical on the fuel we were pleasantly surprised!

Fantastic experience: We hired a JustGo motorhome for our family of 4 for 11 days to travel across the UK. The motorhome was well equipped and had lots of useful information in for operation. We found the staff (especially Carmel!) to be really helpful and friendly- they picked us up and dropped us off to the Harlington Station. At the time of writing, we haven’t dealt much with the return process and inspection process so I can’t comment on that (as this happens after you leave- they do a preliminary inspection first) but I will edit my review accordingly once we have.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, a very bad experience. We rented a camper for 8 days for my husband, my 4-year-old son, and myself to go to Wales. By the second day, we had to turn back because the lady (very kind) who gave us the camper and did the check-in forgot to explain the security system, which caused the water to be completely drained automatically in the low temperatures. After that, we resumed our journey after countless other problems, including the non-functioning rear arrow which we had to replace in a workshop in Llandudno. For the last 3 days, a fault in the vehicle prevented us from turning off the position lights, and we found ourselves for two days and nights with a dead battery. The 24-hour emergency number does not exist! No one ever answers. We sent countless urgent emails without ever receiving an immediate response. It was very serious; we found ourselves abandoned with a defective camper in a country we didn’t know without any assistance and with a small child. The result? Exasperated, we drove all night and returned the camper a day early, with the regret of a ruined vacation. When we returned, the staff was very, very kind, and the manager paid for a hotel night for the early check-out and refunded us for the hellish days we experienced. They also told us, apologizing, that due to our discomfort and problems, they would absolutely change the 24-hour assistance policy, which would henceforth truly be available 24 hours a day for customers. I advise checking carefully before renting a vehicle from this facility, and I feel very sorry because the staff is really kind, but what happened to us was very serious, considering I was traveling with a 4-year-old child!

Negative experience: Short version: Faulty vehicle, no support when needed, incompetent and lying support staff, just terrible overall. Long version: Showed up at 3:30 as instructed. Ignored for an hour until we complained, then filled out paperwork and waited two more hours for our vehicle. The employee did not know a lot about the vehicle. No TV (no biggie but was part of the package). Had to ask for linens and table and chairs that we had paid extra for. Woke up Sunday morning to a dead battery. Emergency number did not answer. Ford emergency line would not help us because the vehicle was not registered! Got it jumped ourselves and kept driving. No option really because the office was closed and there was nobody to advise. Sunday night noticed that the headlights were flashing uncontrollably and there was nothing we could do about it. Of course the battery died again. Monday support promised to have a plan by 5:30 pm, but never contacted us. Tuesday said a new vehicle would be there at 2:30 but it was not. Kept insisting that it was almost there. I insisted they call the driver. 20 minutes later they said he was due at 4 pm. Meanwhile we are on the side of the road waiting while they are lying to us about the location of the vehicle. New vehicle showed up without linens, table, chairs, toilet paper, stove matches. Old vehicle disappeared at some point without telling us so we couldn't raid it. They told us to buy all the stuff ourselves (the fishing village did NOT have a department store... nearest one was an hour in the wrong direction). Support insisted the old vehicle was gone and couldn't be located. We found it ourselves and raided it. Upon return, we were told they knew about the fault BCM module but weren't sure when it would go haywire (so they rent them anyway?!?). They said they are sensitive to moisture. The only moisture our vehicle encountered was the wash they gave it before handing it off to us. LMAO! We got a 25% refund although we expected 100% given all of our stress and anxiety and side-of-the-road waiting, and especially that our visit to Skye was reduced from 5 leisurely days to 3 hectic days, and we didn't get to do and see all the things we hoped to in our once-in-a-lifetime trip. Oh, and the refrigerator did not run while the vehicle was in motion (and gas turned off) even though it was set to automatic by employees (both vehicles). The vehicle did drive nicely, hence one star.

Negative experience: We have rented just go for the past 3 years for a week at a time each year. Spending a few thousands each time. Every year bar this one has been ok. This year, we opted for a more expensive van, two single beds in the back as our teenagers were a little older. My husband drove the van back together with my mother in law (first time renter) and was rushed through the pick up process. We paid extra for insurance etc … I inspected the van upon arrival at home… The bed covering were filthy and the previous renters food and water was left. The van was dirty too! We could not get our fridge to work so called the number in the handbook. We got through to the Glasgow office and explained about the fridge. We was told that the home we had didn’t work unless connected to power and after letting the guy know that we had told on ordering that we wouldn’t be at a power hook up, we were a little disappointed. We asked if a manager could call us but we never did, again disappointing! We called the Luton branch and spoke to a lovely lady who talked us through it all and it worked! Together with my mother I law, £1000’s we have spent and the service gets worse each time! We have spoke to latitude festival goers and have advised them not to rent from you as the service has been terrible this year! We had a warning light come on driving there and no washer fluid. My mother in law also checked her gas and noted that it was not full. Something they would have charged upon return! Take photos of everything! They charge you for everything before you leave and they have No relaxation when you drop off! I would not recommend again, even after all these years! Edit: Email from manger asking to speak.

Negative experience: * It’s a shame you can’t find me, I will contact you as advised * Only just getting round to a review from experience previously. The motor home itself seemed to be in great order, clean and modern and fit for purpose. Unfortunately a few hours after pick up and only 50 miles traveled due to a sudden health emergency we had to cut the week holiday short. Explained to Just go what had happened and we could drop the motor home back 5/6 days early. Asked if any chance of partial refund or if we could use the time up another time or any concession atall and they wasn’t interested, felt like a well we’ve got our money now so who cares attitude. Out of principle we let it sit in the driveway for a week doing nothing and then gave it back spotless with more fuel than was picked up. They obviously didn’t have to give us anything back atall as ultimately it’s not their fault, but it just felt like a massive waste of money. I feel a better company could have tried to make something else work with the customer. For that reason I would not use again and they’ve missed of on endless years of potential custom from myself and family to a competitor.

Fantastic experience: It was our first time with JustGo Motorhomes, the staff was very friendly all along with the questions we had asked. It was a new type of trip/holiday, and we need to ensure we understand. We were picked up and taken to the nearest station as an offer of kindness, really appreciated that. Negative experience: First time motorhome hire, delt with the UK facility. No explanation were given for the driving safety. With the narrow roads, that would have been realy helpfull, since the motorhome hired was 2.35m wide (WITHOUT the side mirrors). Fist and the worst, gas line not working on day one, result, first meal cold and freezing night. Even "repaired", we were not able to be autonomous, the gas heating didn't work properly always popping an error stoping everything. With 5-7°C nights, that was no fun. Second and rubbish, already full chemical waste cassette on day one, meaning no autonomy at all and discusting smell. Grey water gage not working, and the valve was left open without letting us know. We saw dish bubbles under the motorhome, that's when we realise it was open. On the good part, thank god it was an automatic transmission.

Negative experience: Absolutely Ludacris security deposit amount. Makes their services completely out of the question for some holiday makers. I know several companies that charge half of what these guys do, so it looks like we’ll be going there

Negative experience: Although we are happy with our purchase of our brand-new motorhome we are disappointed with the after-care we have received. They are your best friend when you are handing them over the best part of 60,000 yet the second you drive off and you come into issues they don’t care. Would definitely recommend the Motor Home experience however look for a company has a better after-care service.

Negative experience: I rented a motorhome for Scotland for 2 weeks. From day one we had problems with the bathroom; the toilet couldn't be used and the hot water was failing. From the very first moment, I notified the issues and they informed me that they would try to solve it during the trip in the following days. The two weeks passed without resolving the problem for us. They told us they would compensate us, but after waiting 15 days, they offered us a ridiculous compensation, which made no sense considering all the extra expenses incurred and the inconveniences caused.

Negative experience: Sadly in the post-COVID era most travel companies have forgotten that customers are important. I'm sure we're all familiar with the trend towards no refunds, no apologies, etc. My van had electrical faults, it cost me time and a discount was promised, but in the end the offer was wriggled out of. Pity really, because otherwise I really liked the product.

Negative experience: Make sure you check your camper with a FINE TOOTH COMB prior to signing or agreeing to anything with this company!!! I found that our freezer flap door had broken when I was going to put something in it and am now being charged for damage that I did not cause. We were also going to be charged to repair damage to the rear bumper which on further inspection was tomato ketchup… be very careful, they’ll charge you for anything that they can!!
Dear Mr Harvey I am sorry that we have had to make this deduction, our vehicles are checked on a number of occasions prior to your arrival, which then makes up the condition report and handover form which you signed upon collection, all pre check inspections confirmed that there were no issues. Fantastic experience: Due to our special and sad circumstances which have left us unable to go on holiday Just Go Motorhomes have refunded our deposit as a gesture of goodwill. We really appreciate this as we have a few deposits with a few companies and have no idea when, if ever, we will be able to use them. We still very much hope that one day we will be able to hire from here. Thank you. My partner Paul Ainger booked a holiday but because of Covid restrictions we couldn’t go. Instead of demanding our deposit back when times were tough for businesses we changed our holiday dates but we can’t now go as we are looking after a bed bound relative. We don’t know when we will be able to go so we asked for our £605 deposit back but they refuse to give it as they said we used a voucher (which we didn’t). We paid by cash and they are only calling it a voucher as the original dates were changed. They are an independent company and could easily refund our deposit which we were entitled to initially as they are not bound by the rules of a large company. Calling it a voucher is fraud as a voucher means we were given something for free when we weren’t. Sincerely wish we had asked for a refund rather than be kind and try to help a business out. Avoid!

Negative experience: Awful company Upon returning the Rv I was told everything was fine so we set off home, later that evening I was called and told that there had been damage to the vehicle. I had no problems with the Rv and I didn’t accept liability without seeing photos of the exact same spot, showing no damage. They did not have any photos and just because they had done a check sheet they thought this was substantial evidence. I do not believe that this is credible to justify charging me £820 without actual proof! So they have sent debt collectors to come and get the money from me even though we was still in dispute and I wanted firm evidence to back there claims up! Do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off and by looking at the reviews there’s been many cases where people have been ripped off! Absolutely disgusting.

Negative experience: So very disappointed in Just Go’s inability to reconsider their policy on returning vehicles with a full tank, given the current petrol crisis circumstances. We returned our motorhome today, having managed to find fuel en route to fill the tank. However, we were unable to fill it again immediately before dropping it off as there simply was no petrol available. The tank was just over 3/4s full & the cost of the diesel to fill it, if I had been able, would have been around £30 - BUT I got fined £75! I know this was in the contract but in this unprecedented situation I would have thought it would have been good customer service to have charged me the cost of the fuel that I simply could not get! I have used them before BUT I will not be using them again!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I hired 2 berth motorhome Rainbow for 7 days for our trip around Wales. Being complete newbies to motorhoming we were clueless and a little nervous. Since the time we booked it to the time we handed it over our experience has been AMAZING! The handover process was so smooth and the guide book plus the videos makes it easy for even a 10 yr old to become pro. We were so lucky to be the first ones to take that motorhome on the road, so it was brand new and we were also told that they get new fleet of Mohom every year so they always look new. I would highly recommend getting the Refill Package if you are a newbie like us to be relaxed and not being worried about filling everything up before giving back. The bad reviews use to concern me but as long as you give the waste water cassette and grey water empty and treat the MoHom as your Home, they will not charge you unnecessarily. Our deposit was released in less then 3 days after we gave it back. Highly Highly Recommend JustGo. We have had an experience of a lifetime. Afzal & Himani

Fantastic experience: Just Go service centre helped us out while we were away from home working from our motorhome and a problem meant we were without water. Our dealer hadn’t registered the warranty properly and Just Go sorted that out and fixed the problem. Staff extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
