Negative experience: Travelelink limited is a scammer. Stay away from them!!1 They just scammed me today for a ticket booked with the in October 2024 for April 2025. The guy just informed me that the airline cancelled and the ticket is not available again. Not ready to refund me my full balance. They are scammer run away from them

Februar am 28.März gebucht wollte umbuchen kostet 403 Euro (ursprünglicher Flug 573 Euro), wollte stornieren und auch das ist nicht möglich! Finger weg! Das ist null seriös! Glatte 6! Setzen! Nie wieder bei diesem Anbieter! Rate dringend ab wenn sie ihr Geld nicht aus dem Fenster schmeißen wollen!

Negative experience: These guys are scammers be warned.Ricky lied to me that he has not taken money out from my account but later on I realised he actually did.When I confronted him about it and requested for my refund he apologised and said he was going to do the refund.After a few days of phone calls I noticed that a refund of £175 was made instead of £250 ,when I asked he said it was because I cancelled my reservation of which I did not agree for the flight to be reserved.I have decided to take this to my bank which they are trying to get my full refund.Please be very careful when dealing with them.I find this to be a fraudulent act you can’t debit someone account without their consent.Please avoid these scammers.

Negative experience: I've been disappointed a great deal with Travelink. They lied to me and gave the itinerary with the dares which are different from what they now telling me. The price of the Airlines have gone up. They are now quoting me an expensive amount and a transit time of 32 hrs which we never agreed. Guys om really disappointed For me to cancel to get my money back they are saying it takes 15 days but that ticket wasn't even bought. They wanted us to pay penalty for cancellation yet it was their misinformation to us. We called the airline and confirmed that the airline which they said was cancelled or delayed was still available. So that was a lie from them. I'm so so disappointed with this travel agency BECAREFUL OF THEM.

Negative experience: I purchased flights on the 4th April 2020. Travellink never contacted me to let me know the flight was cancelled. The airline contacted me. When I called they have the phone lines with awful signal so you cant hear them (based in india and spain). They would not book me another flight with another airline, they only let me transfer my flight to another date which was 2 weeks later, even though I was stranded at an airport. Once I got another flight from another company and airline and returned to UK i was promised a refund within 10 days, it has been over a month and they deleted their phone number/support options I had to contact my bank and make a fruad claim and only today I got a refund (FROM MY BANK), my bank is currently chasing them for the refund. BEWARE here's a pro tip. Try to contact support before purchasing anything, once you realise the numbers have been deleted, click off the website.

Negative experience: booked a 2 tickets to go back to my country for holiday, they told me to pay half of it 2 months prior to the flight and that they will give me a call when to pay the rest when it's nearer to the flight time but I told them that I can pay the full price but still insisted to do it this way. Now I had an accident and haven't been checking my emails and missed the email saying to pay the rest of the ticket within a certain time frame or I wont get the tickets. bare in mind that the time frame was 2 hours from when i got the email. Won't do anything about it. £500 down the drain with nothing to prove that I paid it. Don't use the this 'service' as they don't care about their customers

Negative experience: Not one to write online reviews but this company has very poor customer service, rude and untrustworthy. Wish i had read the reviews on here before even going anywhere near them. You can tell from the defensive nature of the responses to some of reviews on here of how rude these people are. Not sure how they have managed to stay regulated. Cancelled a reservation with them and although they have taken the money from my account, i have had to ring them on four occasions yielding different responses depending who i spoke with. one operative called 'Salman' advised my money would be back in my account within two days, another said 4.... its now been a week and i am considering action in a small claims court.

Fantastic experience: Booked via skyscanner. They emailed me after booking, emailed me to remind me. Turkish Airlines cancelled my return flight. They reserved 2 slots for me! Called me and asked which one i wanted. Very happy! Not a single problem.

Negative experience: If i could give 0 stars I would. The most incredibly rude travel agency I have ever dealt with. I was repatriated for medical reasons, and therefore cancelled my return flight. All contact I have received via email has been rude and on occasions incorrect. Stating I was not entitled to any refund however I was dur back the airport taxes. My return flight was not cancelled as requested. Will never use again and will contact Qatar to inform them of travel links poor customer service.

Negative experience: When booking, I asked them if it was OK to pay in installments as there was several months till travel date, they said that's fine. However once I paid the deposit, they wanted the rest within a month or my booking would be cancelled & I stood to loose part of my deposit. I had to change arrival date for 3 people, although there was 7 months till travel date, they charged me nearly £450, which I felt was way excessive. Don't expect any kind of customer service once they've taken your money, They don't even want to listen to your concerns, rude & arrogant. Never again will I use these people.
