Fantastic experience: Used The Travel Visa Company to get visa for India and Sri Lanka. The application process was ok (India visa forms were not easy though). Received both visas in 2-3 days. Communication with their office was very helpful regards to if we need a multiple entry visa for India as a cruise passenger? Service was worth the piece of mind! Will use their services in future if have to get visa.

Fantastic experience: I don't get the negative reviews either - our experience getting visas for China was excellent. Following initial contact with Michaela on webchat (reassuring us re timing the application between other trips where we needed our passports) we decided to go with them over other companies. Beth, who handled our actual application from start to finish, was brilliant and kept us updated throughout the process - no delays, no hiccups, and no impact to our other trips. Negative experience: Do not use this company they promise they can do things and yet they do not deliver, do not follow up on requests . I was only getting a DBS check done. 4 weeks later nothing.. you ring them and their stock response is to blame the government body and say it takes 4 to 6 weeks. I spoke to another company, paid less and got the info I needed in 2 days. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CHOOSE A MORE COMPETENT COMPANY. This outfit are either scammers or just very very very lazy.

Negative experience: Phoned various times over a week period and couldn't get through. Sent an email at beginning of April, and had no response. Was recommended by travel agent to use this company but wouldn't recommend - stressful enough trying to get a visa without trying to get in contact with a company who doesn't respond.

Negative experience: Stay clear of these scammers ! I was told my Australian visa would be 6-8 weeks originally that’s why I thought 5 months would be plenty of time ,I’m still waiting every one has gone and I’m back home still! Don not deal with Ann GRIFFITHS !Australia messaged her asking for information about me I was emailing them every couple of days to and they kept telling me they would be in touch .she then sent me the 12 days later from the Australian embassy and told me to send information over ASAP but the email said I had seven days to respond I didn’t get it till twelve days after she received it .no apology nothing ! I paid these best part of 200 to fill in my application I was told on the phone that the application I filled in would be re written it wouldn’t be the scruffy piece of paper they provided but they just uploaded it as it was . I tried to speak to the higher bosses but you can’t get hold of them I don’t know how they can justify the money they was paid do not give these any money. Rip off merchants .
Negative experience: Absolutely awful. These people don't even pick up the phone or reply to messages. God knows how stressful it must be if they are supposed to be getting a visa for you. Avoid at all costs.
Fantastic experience: Very experienced and could answer even the most obscure questions. If you need visa help and advice, look no further. One other point, you should expect to pay for their assistance, and it's not cheap!
Negative experience: Avoid at all costs! I paid a high fee for this company to arrange my family's travel visas to India. They made a mistake on one of the forms, which caused the application to be rejected and then huge disruption in the visa application process. Apparently this only warrants a 50% refund, despite all the aggravation it has caused. When something is defective I expect a 100% refund, but clearly this rabble thinks differently.

Negative experience: never contact this company!!!! I sent my passport and waited three months for a visa to Egypt, the company didn't even send my passport to the embassy!!!! I stay at home and my wife and children are flying!!!!super rest !!!
Negative experience: Incorrectly completed my passenger locator form for returning to UK from Spain via Faro in Portugal. However two fellow holidaymakers forms who used them for exactly the same were correct. Tried to phone them from Spain, got an answer phone and still waiting for a call back 6 weeks later. Tried emailing them 3 times since my return and they have not even had the courtesy to acknowledge receipt. Will definitely not be using them again.
Negative experience: I wish I'd gone direct to the Indian Embassy to get my visa. we have received an email saying that our visa's are delayed and may not come through this year. I have sent an email requesting a refund so I can get one direct with the Indian Embassy but I have no response. I have called 3 times each time my call is dropped after an hour of waiting. So I have done the only thing I can do and speak to my credit card company and get a refund that way.

Negative experience: Advised to use this company by my travel company to comply with covid regulations for travel. Ordered tests for pre return and once back in UK. The problem is with the fit to fly test which is done abroad. Told it would be a video test. Then told we test then take to a drop box in resort. On checking this discovered that all drop boxes in Albufeira were discontinued. Then told that they do not do tests abroad. Interesting as box says international test kit ! I am 77 yrs old and can do without this misleading advice. Service v poor.

Negative experience: Do not use this company. We had a dreadful experience obtaining our China visas. Customer service is disorganised, communication is poor and we experienced misinformation. Our group visa was cancelled at short notice. We had to go in person to Manchester and pay late fees. Our visas and passports were delivered to the airport on the day of travel. It was very stressful. Our complaint was only responded to after prompting (5 weeks later) and there was no offer of compensation/refund of fees. We were charged £137 for what we consider to be an apalling service and spent around £700 on late application visas, train fares, hotel etc., compared to the £310 original charge for group visa for two.

Negative experience: I was applying for schengen visa. Every time I call different people gonna take the phone call and different opinions. We rang up and clearly stated we need to go Greece and Croatia and got a response just need to apply for Greece and you will get multiple entry. Second I informed my wife is British and got a response still I need to apply as single. Still again I rang up and asked when I fill the form and got a response need to apply individually more over need to book flight ticket accommodations bank statements and employer letter. We had to rush it and booked all due to the short period of time. We got a letter from Visa specialist I need to apply Croatia as well because multiple entry is not sure. We informed what has been told from her colleague but what can we do. It was too late . I got appointment in Greece embassy and from there I was shocked my partners British passport and a photocopy was enough for me to get the multiple entry visa and it’s guaranteed. I was really really ashamed and embarrassed. Such a silly thing this agency didn’t even aware about. We had no clue about visa process thing, that’s y we contacted this self claimed agency who is specialist in visa. All my time my efforts money everything gone waste. I didn’t need to submit any proof of accommodation bank statements and employer letter if my partner had her British passport with her. I was really frustrated and I rang up the agency and explained the situation . And I have been informed in my form I haven’t mentioned my eu citizen. But I replied when I fill up the form and I had a doubt on that particular session I called and I have been informed this way. I given the time and whom I spoke to. But I got an apology.. what’s the point . They should train their all staffs about what they doing or else don’t take phone calls . Got a reply they will look in to it. I lost my money , time and an still in stress about my visa... pathetic service for me overall..

Negative experience: Would not recommend. Incompetent and inefficient. Paid £48 as was not confident applying myself for Chinese visa. Firstly they sent out of date application forms which I completed. Over a week later they rang to tell me I must complete new forms. Completed and returned I had an appt at chinese centre in Manchester only to be find that the visa company had incorrectly transcribed my form and put me down as Male and they could not process me. Only due to a kind lady was I able to ring the visa company and get them to change their mistake on line and email to centre. Took a long time for travel visa company to reply to my complaint and request for refund, while “ investigating’ the error. Finally agreed to repay half my fee but I was back from holiday and cheque still not arrived. Had to chase again. Also did not inform me that I could have applied for a 90 day visa ( rather than 2 year) which would have been cheaper

Negative experience: The visa came through the mail quite quickly however after paying almost £300 I was only granted 2 entries into China, which is a total scam. After having a good history of living in China for almost 12 years and the price I paid, I was expecting more than barely enough entries for my trip. Now I’m being made to pay extra, and apply for another visa when I need it in a couple months time. I suggest just go with the official visa service place recommended by the Chinese embassy.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the visa you were issued however this is not a decision that we make. All applications we process are submitted to the official Chinese Application Centre/Embassy and, as per the declaration form that was signed, the number of entries and length of visa is down to consular discretion.
If you had applied directly with the centre yourself it would not have changed the outcome of the visa you were granted. Non-UK passport holders are not granted multiply entry visas when applying in the UK - to be eligible, you would need to apply in the country of which you hold nationality for.

Negative experience: Useless!!! No support or advice given. They just charge and fill in your application on your behalf!!! Everything else you do it yourself!!! They could have saved me a visa fee by giving me the right advice. I found this out on the day of my appointment!

Fantastic experience: I have been told i had to start Schengen Visa process three months prior to my Travel but I started 2 months leaving my self even less time and more panic but with the help of Staff from here I received my visa less than a week within sending the application off without any hassle or submitting wrong information. Fantastic experience: This company was recommended to us by our local travel agents. Even before we sent them our Chinese visa application forms, I phoned them twice with queries.
