Negative experience: Update : IT'S BEEN OVER 1 YEAR, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND NOR EXPLANATION. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Do not book with this company. I informed them of my situation in March and now its November and I'm still waiting to even get a basic email or call back from them to let me know what is happening. I and my husband have tried to email Muneer, Shaan and other reps several times with no luck and even tried the main website with no luck. The telephone number does not pick up calls. I feel myself and others are now being conned and non of us requesting money back will actually get our money back or an explanation of what's happening.

Negative experience: Worse travel company i used got my flight and umrah cancelled in march did not refund me yet for flights and did not refund umrah visa fees as saudi government announced to refund it.

This Is to inform that all, I went for umrah with them in jan 2020 and MR AREEB gave me best price Guarantee umrah package and it was hassle free family trip in professional & helpful way. However, I again wanted to go for umrah now in NOV or DEC and i booked it in March so MR Muneer gave me assurance of my deposit and will give me a discount on my 5 star luxury umrah package! I recommend ITIMAAR TRAVELS because they help us even in Pandemic situation after lockdown open gave assurance. Thank you AREEB sahib!

Fantastic experience: Hi, i recommend ITIMAAR Travels for a umrah package deal to a friend. They booked a umrah package with AREEB at really good prices as compared to other Travel agents of london and he gave us 5 star umrah package in the prices of 3/4 star. Secondly, In this COVID 19 situation as well he was not in office but MR MUNEER gave us assurance that money is safe with us and once umrah open in OCTOBER again they'll help us to travel again for UMRAH at a best price guaranteed umrah package deal. AREEB is the best Travel advisor for umrah package, Dubai packages & flights only as well.

Negative experience: My umrah and package holiday was cancelled due to covid-19 and they did not refund my money even though they initially told me that they would refund me. They just simply had disappeared but I managed to give them a big surprise, I made charge back through my bank and successfully recovered my money. If anyone is the victim of those craps then please make a chargeback through your bank and recover your money ASAP, also be aware of those scams including Javed, Areeb and Muneer. They talk so polite before selling their package and do not really bother to talk to people as soon as they take the payment. Their other good reviews are fake and posted by their friends and family.

Negative experience: Please avoid this company Itimaar who trade under various names under Moresand Limited. Having booked a Umrah Package recently and due to Covid 19, this had to be cancelled. It’s been 2 months of me constantly chasing and not getting no refund. Quick to get your business, but then Please avoid at all costs........

Negative experience: We booked a Umrah package for Feb 2020, due to Covid and no fault of ours the flights got cancelled. Its been over 12 weeks since we have been chasing our refund! We are atol protected too, this company are a shambles, disgusting lying clowns who run the place and who pretend to be professionals! My husband has been emailing, calling and messaging MUNIR who lies and lies constantly, he keeps saying 'Monday' money will be in your account!! The man is a disgrace, you are supposed to be a Muslim. I hardly put reviews up, but because you have treated us so bad you deserve a review! PLEASE PLEASE STAY CLEAR FROM THESE ROBBING animals who call themselves professionals! You will not get away with doing this to us. Sick of the lies, to take our money you were quick enough, begging us constantly calling us to take your umrah package! Its a Shame it would have been our first umrah too, everything happens for a reason, one way I'm glad we get to see the true colours of Ithmaar travel who also trade under Crystal travel, tax dodging fraudsters.. Munir is the biggest liar Ive come accross!

Fantastic experience: Recently i made a booking with Itimaar For Dubai it was really awesome trip Nice & professional guy name called RAUF AHMED DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

Negative experience: Terrible service throughout the tour. 1. They lied to me about the distance of the hotel from Haram. Ended up taking a cab every time , given that I was travelling with young kids. 2 km IS NOT a walkable distance for any family and they knew exactly that but lied throughout the booking. 2. Hotel in Mecca was terrrible - filthy carpets, dirty rooms - Surely Itimaar must have known this. 3. Paid for a 7 seater luxurious transport from Mecca to Medinah. None arrived. After haggling for 1.5 hours with local contacts a 4 seater arrived - had no option but to squeeze in with family and luggage. 4. Hotel in Medinah randomly downgraded at last minute from 4 star to 3 star. No explanation given despite numerous follow ups on WhatsApp, phone calls and emails. They know they have to give me a refund for the terrible service and are clearly avoiding me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS - They aren't worth the money.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend I'timaar. The Agent who gave me the best Package called Rauf Ahmed. Very polite, Very Professional and a great guy. The hotels were close to Makkah and Medina. 5 star accomodation came with everything inclusive. I would definitley choose I'timaar for Hajj Insha Allah.

Fantastic experience: 100% would book again, just been umrah with a package from ithimaar and Alhamdulillah it was amazing. Everything went smooth except for a hotel which they sorted out straight away when we called them, never had any issues getting contact with them over seas. Amazing service. Positive experience: Booked with them were very polite and professional when booking, however its true that once paid, u have to call them to find out anything as they won't call you, like my visa was issued and still no call after a week, unless I didn't call they wouldn't have told me or sent passport back. In terms of flights accommodation and transfers they were all good and what was promised. Only complaint is their hotels booking, they dont provide actual booking confirmation, just a 5 number reference which the hotels don't know what it is, they searched by name and found one but one of them they had name wrong and it took 3 hours on phone to find my booking which if it had happened in mecca it would have been very inconvenient. Although umar sounds a good agent, they use 3rd parties themselves to book so not everything is in their hands, ur speaking to a call centre not actual travel agents, best advice find a local travel agent u trust and book with them

Fantastic experience: I booked Umrah with Umar Khattab and overall great experience. We booked 4* package which was good on pocket and they provided Stay Istanbul for 2 nights complimentary. Alhamdulillah the services were really good and the best part is that these guys dont leave anyone when we were in Saudi they were connected all the time through whats app. Inshallah looking forward booking with Umar again in future.

Negative experience: Oh boy! I don't know where to start. Going for an Umrah package with this company was the most stressful and perhaps one of the worst experiences of my life. As soon as I paid for the Umrah package, I had to go on a telephone calls spree as no one would even bother telling you what's going on. I had to literally call them 50 times to get even the smallest things sorted. It took me one month and more than 50 phone calls to get my visa sorted. Just 10 days before my travel, they emailed me saying that they've not yet applied for my visa and asked me to pay 60 pounds more for myself and my wife each, saying the visa prices have increased. Just four days before my travel, I called them for my passports. When I had called them three days earlier they had told me they had posted the passports. Now, I was told that they have not been mailed the passports. I swear to God, if I hadn't reminded them, they would have completely missed it. They gave me a travel voucher from Jeddah airport to Makkah. I was told that the driver would be standing on the airport with my name board. Guess what? No one was there! After 45 minutes wait and ten phone calls to the driving company, a person showed up. He came with his brother in the front seat and dropped him off at home first before taking us to our hotel. For other people coming for their Umrah with other providers, their providers stayed in contact with them throughout their stay and made sure even the smallest of their things were sorted. I was given no transport from Makkah to Medinah and back to Jeddah. I had to get the help of someone else's travel agent to arrange the transport for me because I knew this agency would be completely useless. Whenever I called, I was given different information by different people and the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. In short, it was an extremely expensive and zero class service. I would not suggest them to anyone ever. Please stay away.

Negative experience: I found them through add on tv...i was quiet obsessed while booking as i knew i was traveling with kids to Umrah...first they gave me package rates fr 2300 and ended up at 3050 ...thts how they manipulate . From begining to end its a long story even they keep lying to you to make up the things .will never contact you back once you will give 1000 non refundable deposit...i would like honor to contact me...want to share details how they manipulate. I have suffered in trip My kids have suffered.my kids walked miles cz thy lied abt our stay.tell u five star gv u 3 star hotel.charge you for 5 star end up givng u tail hotel in the whole area with miles and miles to walk... I will not forgive them This expensive package i could make my self and could have alot beter experience I would rate them as manipulators and liers ...they r just making up business Please be aware specaily if u have to book umrah. Agent called omer is a fraud and kept changing my package throughout- i was in mecca and was struck badly- kept calling the agent to sort out my issue and he ignored- i wont even rate them 1 star - pathetic service and will never book again-

Negative experience: Guys Avoid this travel company- totally a fraud, will start very politely but as soon as you pay the first reservation amount of £1000 , you will become a chaser and they will never call you- OMER who claim to be a supervisor in this company is totally a fraud and will change your package near to the travel dates by saying Hotel is going through refurbishment etc and have cancel the bookings and at last minute and will give you a hotel miles away from Haram- i personally went to the same hotel and they said there was no such refurbishment and if there would be they will never take any bookings for that period which makes a sense- Also the service is so poor , Omer was a big liar and was lieing throughout i cannot beleive for Umra package business can go to such limit- they booked me a 3 star hotel and charge me for the 5 star rate- SIMPLY avoid this FRAUD company.

Negative experience: Very bad service, they are thieves & frauds, gave the documents to other people to get umra visa, and then at the end they ask you for more money then the agreed amount & keep giving you headache, we agreed for £1500 for two people for umra, and Yousaf emailed and called me for more money while I refused, now I’m in Jeddah on the way back and got an email from Yousaf asking for out standing balance while I already paid the full amount. They are rubbing the people, instead call SAM’S travel directly as they were the one who got us the visa and their customer service was great. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. The Hotel in Madina was the worse hotel I have ever seen in my life, even though we spent most of our time in Haram but while int hotel, the beds had bed bugs, very dirty room with no customer service at all. Avoid the headache and go tension free with some nice people. NOT RECOMMENDED

Fantastic experience: I've just recently come back from umraah with my family and alhamdulillah I can say honestly it was a truly memorable experience. Brother IBRAHIM KHAN tailored a package which accommodated all of my family needs and quickly dispelled any worries I originally had.We had some issues with the hotel rooms in Madinah and Makkah but this was solved swiftly with the assistance of the ground staff and Brother IBRAHIM from London in the background. Brother IBRAHIM regularly kept in contact which was a service I was not expecting and was a nice touch in assuring that we weren't forgotten. Ziyaraah of Madinah and Makkah was taken care of easily and the staff were always on hand. I have already recommended IBRAHIM to friends and family and would not hesitate to use again in the future.

I don’t know how they can use Allahs name, yet commit such deceitful,atrocious acts. They pressurise you to pay or “prices will go up”. Fantastic experience: I used itimaar travels for my umrah trip. The transfers throughout the trip were excellent no messing about there on time and dropped off as agreed. The five star accommodation in Makkah was beyond expectation. Not very satisfied with the hotel in Madinah, of course the agent tried to liaise with the hotel to resolve the problems but unfortunately I would say generally hotel standard was not great for a five star hotel I would like to thank Anuar for bearing with my anxiety to ensure the trip went smoothly and making it one of the most memorable experiences I have ever had. Fantastic experience: I booked a last minute umrah trip for my family. I was taken care of by Rauf Ahmed. My family had a wonderful experience in Makkah and madina. Brother Rauf made sure everything was taken care of. The transfers from airport to hotel and Makkah to madina were included in a spacious car (GMC). I was extremely unsure of whether to use this agency for my family’s umrah after I had read negative reviews, however brother Rauf reassured me that everything would be fine and taken care of. The hotel locations were perfect. I would definitely recommend to use this agency, and ask for Rauf Ahmed.

Negative experience: Sweet talking sales person called Hussain! Do not book with the company. We arrived in Jeddah with no car in the middle of the night with 2 young children - booked a taxi which we paid for and only to make matters worse the hotel said we only have one night reserved when we paid nearly 5k for our trip I had to check in every morning worse experience. Waited 5 weeks for refund only to be told by manager Niaz he’s busy dealing with passports and bookings and they’ve transferred into account which I have no access to! I will never be booking with this company again!!

Fantastic experience: Last April, when I booked my umrah package with Itimaar, I had the best experience I could ask for. This time I was booking for my cousin and the person that I had booked with last time had left the job, I was so confused, I had no idea who I should book with. After reading all the reviews, I booked with a person named Ibrahim. My cousin was so happy with the package because he had gotten everything that I had booked for him. Ibrahim has continuously stayed in contact with us, giving us all the information. Even coming back from umrah he asked how the journey was. He is a really good guy I will recommend everyone to book with Ibrahim

Negative experience: One of the most deceitful travel agency I have come across, they are full of lies, they have given me the worse treat they TOKE out and not provide the correct service I will attach pictures of the hotel we stayed the worse hotel ever. They sales agent Salman is one of the biggest lair, he will call millions s of time before purchase, once he gets sales you will not be able to cintact him. Another guys goes by name Niaz who is suppose to be the manager his washes himself of the responsibility and pretend he does not know anything keeps his distance. I have proof of picture and email comminication anyone want to contest this. Please be careful before you book with company you are better booking a reptual ultra provider. The have other name for this company Sam travel this is where Niaz work and he has nothing to do itmaar All you wish to be book ummra or hajj with them please be careful and do it with CAUTIONS. I will wait for them in the day of judgement for case.

Negative experience: I bought my 2haaj packages from them.i payed them 3000pounds deposit for 3 passengers but illness of my sister she couldn't go when we ask for deposit back i was mislead by them. Every thing was a big lie. They said qurbani is included in the package but last day to travel they inform us no qurbani also no food in the package also no transportation from aziziyah to haram cost us so much money.be carefull before buying haaj packages from them. They themself eaten my 1000 pound deposit money.they didn't pay the 3rd package of haaj deposit 1000pounds to the company they got the haaj packages from. They say something else and do something else.not trust worthy.

Fantastic experience: Me and my family had the best experience on Umrah. Sam Travel did a great job with our package. Even in the month of Ramadan, and there was 8 of us, they still gave us a reasonable price. They have great customer service and the followed us through our journey until we came back. Fantastic experience: This was my first time travel through Ittimaar Travel booking via internet, I was in contact with Mr Ashfaque who was very professional from the start and was very accommodating to all my request with patients. requested many changes and he was able to handle well. the package was for family and the price was very reasonable with hotel and flight. hotel was three star with in walking distance and hotel also provided free transport to mecca. five minutes or by cab it was 10 Saudi riyals. The hotel in Medina was so close with in two minutes we were in the masjid Nabawi. This was my first trip to Saudi and well received, only draw back was first hotel there was only one plug point to recharge mobile phone. so recommend to take a multi plug / travel adaptor when you travel so other family members can charge the phone. overall travel agency reliable easy payments method was arrange to pay in installments before receiving tickets etc. but I made my booking two months in advance. Fantastic experience: I went on Umrah in the month of February. That was very nice experience. Spent more than a week there.The Hotels were offered was very good in terms of service and prices. I chose Al Kishwah Towers Makkah and in Madinah I went in Elaf Meshal Hotel. madinah hotel was very close near to gate number 7 from masjid -e- nabwi. Cant expect better service than this. transport was on time. Ziarat was very good experience too mashallah. I can say there are team of professionals who are working for you. I can recommend them to anyone who are willing to go for umrah.

Negative experience: We have been on Umrah trip with Sam travel or Itimaar for 6 days our group has 8 people only (3 adults and 5 children ) all children were not more than 10 years old trip was fine in the beginning from London to Jeddah to Madina but after 3 days when we arrived from Madina to Makkah to ZamZam Pullman hotel for check in there was not booking for us while we had a e-mail confirming the hotel booking we stranded for 3 hours to sort the hotel booking so we will not recommend anyone to use this company if someone want to use it they can on their own risk Thanks

Negative experience: We group of 8 with small kids bought 5 star package from itimar or Sam travel. The guy who made r booking is called Mr Nizam. when reached Makkha Sharif. No booking in Zam Zam. Although we were given booking reference number as well. It was day time in England, therefore we called them and sorted out. Imagine it would have been night in England. I would have been on road with 5 small kids. I have no faith in these guys. I strongly disapprove these guys. The agent Mr Nizam. Is an excellent salesman and nice soul. He got excellent skills.
