Negative experience: Over the covid period, my family members ticket has been cancelled innumerable number of times. They charged us a huge amount to reorganise the ticket. They have now cancelled it again citing covid, when there are no new restrictions in place. Ridiculous.
Fantastic experience: It's really really good fare which gives you flexible dates in options where you can choose best price with flight accordingly.

Negative experience: WE FINALLY GOT OUR MONEY BACK THROUGH OUR BANK. please look at my reviews on trust pilot at how bad this company is. DO NOT USE THEM. We have now managed to get our full refund back of £2100 after raising this with our credit card company in may 2021and got it back within 3WEEKS, TTI owed me money from MARCH 2021(flight cancelled in Feb) and refused to refund me unless I pay the fee. These were our second set of refunds with the same company. 1st set of refund we unknowingly paid £15pp (x5) to process partial refund of £500. If this company tries to scams you and tell you to pay a refund fee or rebooking fee ( we rebooked 5times due to cancelled flights and paid each time- apparently it’s calls taxes, later found out from the airline there are no such charges) We got scammed out of £350! DO NOT PAY THEM!!!!(they then tried to charge us £50pp- total £250 for above refund (these were our second set of tickets) get straight in touch with your credit card company and report them to citizen Advice who will pass the information onto trading standards. Dreadful company we lost £350 for a none existing service before realising something was not right. During these times please book directly with the airline and pay with a credit card for extra protection. Both Vistara and Air India were amazing once I got in touch, our refunds were quick but unfortunately it had to go through TTI who held the money. Negative experience: IIf there is one travel agent who takes advantage of COVID-19 Pandemic, that is "Tickets To India". Absolute SCAMMERS. Don't even think about buying anything from them. Website says one thing, their team says something else. They should be sent to prison for stealing money from affected customers. Booked repatriation flight from them, tricked us on the call and charged us double the amount than what actual airways charged. Later checked with airways, who said they never even charge that much on their commercial flights, let alone repatriation flights. DOGS WAITING FOR A SECOND WAVE, SO THEY CAN STEAL MORE MONEY FOR THEIR YACHTS. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, WE DO NOT HAVE TO LOOSE OUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIEVES. DISGUSTING PIGS.

My ticket was cancelled and was asked to confirm on new date, upon confirming the same through email they havent sent any new tickets past 3days. I reached them over phone several times and the response I received was 1. We belong to sales team, please contact schedule change team. 2. The team is in India and its lunch hours so call later. 3. The team is offline, they will reach in few hours. And all these in a rude way. If you require peace of mind then DO NOT book tickets through tickets to India.

Taking time to refund is very common during this covid pandemic but 5 months and still counting is not acceptable. They take £50 per tickets after cancellation but the service provided is nil. As you will be aware, all customers making an online booking have to read, accept and acknowledge their acceptance of our terms and conditions prior to completing a booking and proceeding to the payment page. Negative experience: They are deducting an insane amount of money (in my case 100 GBP ) as administration charges from the refunds they are issuing back after more than 120 days for the flights cancelled due to the lockdown, especially when the airline has refunded the whole amount. When I asked them for the policy document under which they are allowed to do so, they stopped replying to me (probably busy forging a fake policy). A massively unethical practice to take advantage of people's desperate situations. I have been using them since 2011 but never again. Utterly unethical.
Negative experience: I have rebooked 3 times after airline cancelled the flights. They asked me for the rebook fee, administration charge in total I have payed £280.00 and than I rang them asking when you reckon next flights available they gave me a date 17th August and wanted another £50 administration charge which I said no I'm not rebooking anymore and the flight u was giving me for the 17th didn't operate anyway so you would have scammed me for another £50.00 I will be taking this further and will be talking to my bank and citizen advize bureau in getting my administration refund back and the ticket refund. Will never book from you fraudsters as I know the airline company has given you the money back from cancelled flights.

Negative experience: Not willing to refund me fully despite me clearly being eligible for a full refund according to the Emirates website. I was told by Simran to contact Emirates directly for proof because it would take her 6-8 weeks to contact Emirates. I got in touch with Emirates customer services within 10 minutes. They told me that all travel agents have been informed of 100% refunds for their customers during the coronavirus period. Essentially they are sitting on my money and making me fight for it....
Negative experience: This is the worst company ever. Rude staff. When lock down happened they cancelled my ticket saying a refund will be processed which has not been delivered even after 4 months. We then asked them to send us an email to confirm the estimated refund so that we can claim the rest on insurance, they refused to provide us with any information. Fingers crossed this company doesn't survive the pandemic and goes into administration.

Negative experience: As a family we have been using this service for a long time, but recently we experienced that this service makes profit from the tiniest mistake that could occur when you purchase a ticket. Can I just say that purchasing a ticket is very easy on this platform, with very few steps, maybe too fast, usually with most trust worthy services there are stages summarising where they ask you (the user) to check the details you have inputted. On this site that is not the case, so if you do make a mistake you won't know unless you travel back potentially losing your progress or when its too late and you've purchased the ticket. One could be optimistic here and hope that the site was poorly designed to increase the speed of making a purchase instead the creators wanting users not find any errors they make. So what happened to us? Using their rapid process we bought a ticket for a very good price, immediately, we got a confirmation email and realised that we've inputted in the first name and middle name but not the surname. We called up the airline and asked if they could amend this and they politely said that the name on the ticket needs to same as the name on the passport and suggested that the ticket has not been issued yet so we should just call up "ticket2india" and add on the surname which is so easily amendable, the airlines provider cannot do anything about it. We rang "ticket2india", may I add, they picked up their phone very fast, we didn't have to wait much for them to answer. And the guy said the penalty is £100! To type in a couple of letters is £100! It is understandable if we were asking a couple of hours after buying the ticket. Or it if would take a long time to make the change. But it had been about 10 minutes after clicking the purchase button. When we tried to express our situation they rudely hung up on us. We called again and this time someone else picked up the phone and we told him that we're willing to pay an additional £50, he replied that he will talk to his supervisor and hung up. About 10 minutes later he called back and asked to email him a picture of the passport and he will amend the issue, he went on to say that "if it were one or two letter we would've done it for free but this is completely wrong", I don't think they understand what the word "completely" means. Soon they hung up after saying that he will send an email after making the changes. It probably took about 10 minutes for the email to come in and it contained the link for us to make the payment of £100. The reason I gave this a 2 star instead of 1 is because you genuinely can get good prices on here. If you're not careful you could easily lose a £100 and when you call for queries you can get hung up on. Kinda sad.

Negative experience: My husband has been a long time customer here. However, when recently booking a ticket we needed to talk to someone as they made a mistake and wanted to change us more. Under no circumstances would they 1)admit they made a mistake so of course wouldn’t fix it 2)they are extremely rude, argued about everything and talk over you and said it was our mistake. We will never use this booking company again! They’re rubbish! Furthermore they have actually blocked my number. I see in other reviews only the ones that give 5 starts will get a response from the ‘manager’ Nick Clout. The director/owner Kavita Kumari Bhardwaj is no better, I have yet to get a response via email about the issues with her company. Very unhappy.
Negative experience: These guys basically lied to me saying they had to cancel my booking because the airline technical issues. There wasn't an issue, they just double booked the same flight. They lied to me again saying my refund was issued when it wasn't delaying my refund over two weeks. The comms and attitude of the staff was terrible right from the beginning. I paid for a ticket and got my confirmation number, booked all of my hotels and visas and now they send me an email saying I have to pay more money to keep my ticket or I can't go?! They said pay the ticket or cancel it altogether. A SCAM! They took all of my money and wasted my time I even told my friends to use this website and I regret it now. Horrible website. And horrible customer service. I've even tried to call them to solve the problem and seems like they know my number at this point and are picking up and hanging up on me or just completely ignoring me. I want to sue them.

I was charged £50 for the cancellation by TicketsToIndia(not the airline) even though it wasn't because of me.
