Negative experience: if i could give them 0 stars i would have. they are the rudest people ever and they think it is ok to yell at you on the phone. unprofessional people. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM

Negative experience: Advertised price not available. What's available is only 3 times more expensive. Told me a lot about them.

Negative experience: They are out right scammers they send us e tickets knowing fully we'll the flights have been cancelled and giving us a hard time to refund us our money for Length of time my husband and I have been flying this is the first time we ever incounter a travel agency like this they are the worst .

Negative experience: Absolute Disaster never use these scammers sold me a ticket to USAin july for August taking a £100 deposit on Visa insisting rest by bank transfer so not covered by bank... knowing full well government closures for over 2 years said "There in business to sell tickets" I had current esta which one couldn't even get coz embassy was closed for esta only USA citizens and diplomats could fly took my money told me I could fly another time but only with same airline no refund No coupon said good for a year now changed there minds only till march . ... scam scam scam. Bad customer service

Negative experience: At the beginning they seemed very engaging in assisting to look for a "cheap" flight. But now they are not even answering emails. First I found an amazing price in American airlines but I thought they could give me a cheaper price. They actually lured me in with a very cheap price for later put a excuse to increase the price even if I had already paid the deposit to bock the price. That was very annoying because I end up paying 150 more per person. I end up buying the tickets with them and if I thought they were kind of rude at the beginning, I was about to see how rude they were gonna get after I paid. Since covid cancelled flights they allowed us to rebook on a later date with the assurance we would not pay a penny extra if the new flights were at a lower or the same rate than the ones we paid. But on the contrary, now that I have found a new date for my flights, and on a cheaper fare than my previous ones, they are saying we have to pay extra tax and fare for the ticket. The staff that answer my calls are the rudest. They yelled at me, I have to pay that fee and there is no other way. And they told me if I want to speak with the manager I can email him.The manager promised me I wouldn't get charged but now he is avoiding my emails. I wont risk it next time! I will buy directly from the airline.

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed my experience with Aerialroutes, The sales person I dealt with over the Internet and my phone was very helpful indeed very clear in explaining every aspect of the booking procedure from booking all the way to sending me my tickets via email. The person I dealt with his name was Ashley. He was very polite and courteous and patient. Overall my experience was extremely good and I highly recommend these guys. They will definitely be on the top of my list when next I am looking to travel again.

Negative experience: im in the process of booking a flight with this company .they have taken a deposit from me and im due to pay the final amount,but im very concerned as someone was meant to get back to me 3 days ago and they havent also they sent an email asking to pay final amount into account number and a sort code .this seems very un professional

Negative experience: They are keen to sell flights but any problem and they don't want to know. Just want the money customer service is almost non-existent.

Negative experience: Should have rate minus if its provided by google. Very unprofessional and unreliable people. They quote me cheap rate for my family holiday and got me to drop other offers from different travel agents. Got my bank card details with saying that they will process payment too. Later call and said massive increase of the ticket price and try to hold me for expensive fare as I have already missed offers from other travel agents. I found that same person answering phone with different names each time. Very dangerous Try them if you need to screwed your holiday plan .
