Negative experience: Easy to book, but the after care is appalling. Super slow response to emails, don’t answer the phone, pass responsibility to emirates airline, and more. Hopeless. I have learnt my lesson after booking several holidays with these guys. You see the real company only when things go wrong.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. They do not reply to emails to make simple changes to your booking. Cannot be reached via telephone either. They have a whatapp messaging service that isn’t fit for function as they simply do not reply Shameful especially given that emirates airlines customer service is superb however the emirates holidays side of the company is awful. Avoid at all costs

Negative experience: Would give zero if I could! Booked with these to Seychelles via Dubai. Wanted to stop over longer in Dubai and they go I have to buy hotels through them to do this which was totally unfair as the hotels left were extortionate. Spoke many times with the customer service who were as helpful as a chocolate fireguard. Had to pay another £1000 to get extra flights! Then told me I can’t get a refund on the return leg. Not only this, they booked the flights and hotel and I had to checkout at 11am and my flight was at 11pm! What’s the point of booking a package holiday and having to run around yourself. I honestly wouldn’t recommend. Beware they’re very very cunning.

Negative experience: Absolutely dreadful customer service. Disgusting is probably the nicest word I could find. If you try and amend your flight or get a refund they will literally ghost you. I honestly do not know how this is a legal company in the U.K. Surely they should be fined heavily for this horrendous excuse for customer service. They direct you to their phone line on purpose knowing that nobody picks up. Truly diabolical! 0 stars

Negative experience: Absolutely diabolical. Been trying to get through to Emirates Holidays all this week to amend my flight and can I get through to someone??? Been holding on the phone for nearly two hours when I have no choice but to hang up. When I select a different option and someone answers, they can’t help as I need to speak to Emirates Holidays direct. Cannot believe that such a big, renowned company can’t sort their staffing, phone line etc issues out. Why can’t they train their people to multi skill to share the work load??? When I called and selected the option of discussing a new booking, someone answered immediately. They’re quick to take your money however the aftercare is second to non existent. Wonder if they even look at these reviews

Negative experience: Customer service is diabolical. Nobody answers the phones, called 3 times and waited over 1.5 hours and phone just cuts off each time. Tried emailing numerous amounts of times, and even WhatsApp with no response whatsoever. I will NEVER be booking anything with Emirates again.

Negative experience: Regular traveller with emirates, 2 family hols per year for last 10 years. Wife advised not to travel on medical grounds. Emirates show no empathy or compassion, wanted full 30% cancelation fee or fee to rebook. Wont be using Emirates in future.

Negative experience: After a long tiring flight we arrived in the Seychelles expecting as advertised a meet and greet, and a transfer arranged via Emirates. No meet and greet no transfer. Managed to find a rep. who told us no meet and greet, no transfer. Asked so what happens. She pointed to a taxi rank and walked away leaving us to pay again. They are now ignoring every email asking for the €60 we paid Emerites.

Negative experience: It"s a crime that i have to give a star. Sent numerous emails and tried to call but no response about an issue i have. I did however get a response from my original google review asking to put my booking reference on so they could get back to me and now somehow the review has disappeared. Negative experience: If you're thinking to book holidays with Emirates Holidays then PLEASE DO NOT!!!!We were due to fly in March 2022 but tested positive for Covid a day before the flight. Customer service picked the phone after 2 hours on hold. We tried to change the dates but were told a big fat NO! Luckily we had travel insurance and we were payed back. However the insurance told us to claim the airport tax from the airline. Contacted the Emirates again and again the answer was NO. Now, Airlines don't get charged tax if passengers don't fly so this is day light robery. Again, we will claim the money back from the insurance or CC but I just wanted to share the POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMIRATES PROVIDES! Shame on you Emirates Holidays!!!

Negative experience: Extremely poor customer service . Endless time/ hours spent on hold on phone . They don’t have a customer service team!! It’s non existent! If you book with them good luck trying to get hold of them after for anything . They owe a refund aswell which I’ve seen no trace of or attempt in refunding to me . I would not recommend using this company to book any holiday . Go elsewhere more reputable .

Negative experience: I have been trying to speak to someone for a over a month now, no answer on their telephone or whatsapp. I have paid £3000 in full and need to make amendments to the holiday due to an unexpected surgery but I can’t get hold of anyone. customer service is appalling. The cheaper providers have much better service. Do not use emiratesholiday.

Negative experience: We booked a Dubai holiday a couple of months ago, paid our deposit, our balance was due on March 20, 2022. We called to pay and they claim out credit card was declined, we reached out to our bank and they have no request or have declined any payment to Emirates. Since then we have tried everyday, also have tried with 4 other credit cards all give an error, we called the 800 # and had reps try and they get the same errors, they have no idea what to do about it, now I have been trying to get our deposit returned and cannot reach them, be Leary of dealing with this company.

Negative experience: Awful customer service. Cancellation charges policy not explained at point of purchase. They don’t answer the phone sometimes you will be on hold for over two hours. Waiting for a refund of several thousand pounds for over a month when was advised it would be within 14 days.

Tried the what's app way they advise, and laughable, that team couldn't help or access my booking, so advised me to call Emirates direct! Think alot of companies are now using covid as an excuse for poor quality and lazy staff!!!

Negative experience: Used Emirates Holidays for many breaks to Dubai, for sure the last two years have been very difficult for all. Emirates holidays now appears to be totally on line and lost out to Messrs 'Best at travel' and "Southall' as these companies get the job done and call you back going the extra mile. The web site does not facilitate for everything and at times needs human intervention, had a super contact within this organisation called Marina Castilho who always helped with a professional touch ( would email and call back at her earliest convenience ). Last two years only travelled 4x to Dubai, due to poor response booked with companies above. Tried again last weekend, on the Saturday called for 25 minutes waiting to be put through. I simply had to put the phone down. Monday went through the website and decided to enter a chat, gave all the particulars with respect to planned trip and Emirates confirmed would be in touch- day 6 and still no price, contact of any kind. Booked yesterday with Vishali at Best at Travel. Such a shame, was a good company. Gave the benefit of doubt each time and tried to support and sadly others raised there game and quiet rightly enjoying the additional sales and scalps.

Negative experience: Don’t be fooled into thinking this is a reputable company so they must be competent like me. They scammed me out of my honeymoon. Took half the money initially. And when I tried settling the other half before their “deadline” the payment wouldn’t go through. No issues with my cards, my card issuers all informed me no payment request was even made to them. I tried calling (and was left on waiting for 4 hours sometimes with no answer). My multiple emails weren’t answered, my messages on Twitter, WhatsApp, everything ignored! Now the deadline has passed, meaning I lost half the money of the honeymoon to them due to no fault of my own. (Just you so know, I’ve been trying to pay them for an entire week!!!!)

Positive experience: Our first day in the Maldives was totally ruined by the appallingly managed sea plane transfer. We arrived exactly as planned at 9.30am and had to wait in one room for over 6 hours with two children and without a clue what was going on. I imagine it’s what prison feels like. The communications were appalling and we later found out the flight to our island we had been booked on left at 11am as planned - they just never took us! We complained about it in October - the day after arriving - and after numerous chasers, 4 months later they responded with a string of lies about bad weather! Once we got to our island we had a fantastic time, but it was such a disgraceful way to lose our first day of the holiday and Emirates did not seem interested in dealing with our complaint.

Negative experience: Utterly dreadful experience. Our holiday to UAE could not go ahead due to government travel restrictions however they refused to allow us to change our holiday dates or get a refund, their excuse was that their “supplier” could not amend the hotel dates. We have logged a dispute with ABTA because we will lose thousands of £££, in a totally avoidable situation. Never book a package with Emirates Holidays, they are a disgrace.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant holiday in Ras al Khaimah at the Double Tree by Hilton Resorts from start to finish brilliant food, fantastic service loads to do at the hotel if you want or just chill by the many pools. Super car hire from the hotel at very very reasonable prices, drive yourself in to Dubai its only 40 mins drive. Couldn't ask for more and we can't wait to return to Ras al Khaimah.

Negative experience: Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with in regards to a package holiday, if you have any problems the level of customer service is shocking. We booked an all inclusive package only to find out from TripAdvisor that it wasn't actually all inclusive, we had several emails from the hotel stating this but emirates refused to do or acknowledge that they were advertising a holiday which was very misleading. In the end I had to argue to get my money back. They will tell you one thing and then tell you something else the next time you speak to someone. Was promised an imidiate refund within 3-5 days only to receive a letter stating it would be up to 4 weeks. Avoid!!

Negative experience: 2hrs 16mins on the phone and no one has picked up! I don’t care how busy you are this is totally unacceptable!!!! I have a flight on Sunday to Dubai and a Covid test that was done yesterday (Thursday) but Emirates airline will not accept it as it will be 8hrs after the 72hr timeframe. HOWEVER on your website it says negative covid test done within 96HOURS not 72!!!! This is ridiculous! The things we go through for one week of relaxation and peace of mind smh. BA & Virgin holidays next time!

They never have 11 months in advance dates. They force you to book further so you don't lose deposit and force you to pay extra charges.

Negative experience: DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BOOKING WITH EMIRATES HOLIDAYS. You cannot ever get through on the phone & when communication is done via email it takes days for a response so then you are never up to date with the situation/ information/costs, as there is such a delay in them getting back to you. Fantastic experience: Credit where credit is due.... my previous review was a complaint! I can now say that Emirates will acknowledge a full refund on my package holiday with them and it can take up to 8 weeks. It’s disappointing we can’t go but that isn’t their fault! We were due to be travelling on the 30th September from LDN HR. Thank you for the refund and as longs as everything going forward works out I will look to book with you in the near future!

Negative experience: Difficult to get hold of. Non committal on issues faced by travelers but didn’t argue when flights changed by over 20 hours and we wanted to cancel. But.... 6-8 Weeks for a refund when legally it should be 2. If you have extras booked with the airline they won’t sort it, you have to spend another age on the phone to speak directly to Emirates.

Negative experience: Only the one contact number, need to reschedule my flight because they have cancelled my original flight so they emailed me a number to call them on ASAP, Monday I called & the wait was 1hr 20mins before I gave up, Tues I called & waited 1hr 35 mins before I gave up, today is Wednesday & I called & the wait reached 1hr & 48mins before I gave up so over the 3 days I have waited in total over 4 & a half hours, it is ludicrous !!!!

Negative experience: Have booked holidays with them in the past and have been pretty good. They now have an issue with website and anyone using a Mac product cannot book a holiday!! as it wont let you select an airport to leave from. So i have been trying to call emirates Holidays for around a week but it seems due to Covid-19 the UK office is closed and all calls are now going to Dubai and get the message they are very busy and after being on hold for over 30 minutes five separate times i gave up and then tried emailing them to book my holiday and no response. I have now eventually got through and guess what? The Prices have gone up and for no fault of my own they will not honor the quote i had from them before, even though the fault on the website etc is no fault of my own. Terrible customer services to a Skywards Member, so from this point on i will never fly Emirates again and for sure will book my Holidays elsewhere at a better price etc. Shocking.. Do look at other sites as you will find cheaper holidays with lots of other providers and im sure the customer service will be substantially higher too..

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY- YOU DO NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK !!!! We booked a luxury holiday to Mauritius and Dubai, for our 30th Wedding anniversary in May, the holiday cost a lot of money. The holiday has been cancelled, which I understand. I rang the phone line 2 weeks ago and after them trying to persuade me to have a credit note, they promised me a refund. No mention of any delays, they just said it would be credited to my card used to pay for the holiday. So 2 weeks later no money has arrived. Today again I rang to find out what has happened to the refund, after a 40 minute wait on the phone line again !!! I was told yes you are being refunded but it could be 6 or 8 weeks before I get any money!! I asked to speak to a manager or finance team, but I was told no they are all busy. I also said it was against ABTA policy not to issue a refund within 2 weeks, which she agreed to but said anyway it will still be 6 to 8 weeks before I get anything. Yet they are still taking payments for future holidays which may have to be cancelled, knowing full well those customers will have to wait for their money too. I will not be using Emirates again, I am so disappointed and out of pocket.

Negative experience: ...Rang Emirates 'Holidays' this morning, spoke to 'Penny', tried to book a holiday at a cost of over £2000. Unable to make a decision "...I'll have to speak to my manager, we'll ring you back at lunchtime" - never did, waited in all afternoon - very poor customer retention and service. Also, I get the feeling they are somewhat independant of Emirates Airline as they were unable to book specific seats for us, despite the seats being available. If you're part of the Emirates group, why not? Maybe £2000+ isn't a great deal of money to Emirates Holidays, but it is to us - we'll take our business elsewhere...

Fantastic experience: I will be on my Emirates holiday in 3 weeks.I had booked it at the start of the year.I had some issues after booking but Emirates resolved it all without a fuss Very professional handling.They solved my problem once but they have gained my loyality for life.

Negative experience: I HAVE TO AGREE WITH THE POOR REVIEWS. WE PAID FOR BUSINESS CLASS TO HAVE AN EXPERIENCE. The business class lounge in Heathrow is incredible! Lots of gorgeous food, clean and lovely staff. Plenty of magazines and papers to suit all tastes. You go straight from the lounge to board. Amazing! The cabin seating is lovely with plenty of room and privacy, but they could do with being cleaned properly and the toilets cleaned regularly too. The staff are okay, some absolutely wonderful and some not! I like to get the complimentary toilet bags, but they don't give them out on every flight. I think this is a very poor show. Their excuse is it's a day flight! But people still need to freshen up! Our flight had a stop over in Dubai. We did this twice on separate holidays, so this is not a one off bad day they were having! The reception staff as are so rude and non committed. There were no magazines or papers. Not much food. Really nothing there to get excited about. I hate it and for that reason I would try to avoid Dubai Airport on any other flights I may go on with Emirates. They also damaged my case but no apologies and although they replaced it, it was substandard to the one I already had.

Negative experience: You would not believe that one man ,a "national i believe"" on a night flight blew his nose on his blanket an d pulled it back over his head, another flight where a man wiped his nose on a tissue, placed it on his plate and continued to eat around it, i will NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINE AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING people.

Negative experience: They are a good flight company even though I told them on paper and written that i was allergic to a certain food but still gave me it 7 times in the flight out and back They are terrible dealing with complaints and dont help at all !! Not good when your spending lots of money No sure if I would use again

Negative experience: Have a current booking with emirates holidays for a family trip to Dubai. I am registered disabled and when biking with other “exclusive airlines” they pre book my seats free of charge (without request - I legally have to inform the airline of my disability) emirates however would like to charge us £79pp each way to ensure I have the minimum level of needs met! No priority boarding and just told that “is their policy” The customer services advisor never once asked what my needs were. All they asked is if I need a wheelchair in the airport. Shocking customer service and terrible equality standards. Once this is over we will never use again! Shame you don’t get what you pay for with these guys they “exclusive name” means absolutely nothing here!

Negative experience: Exremely disappointed with the service and the communication between emirates holidays and their airline department. Before booking the holiday I called the Emirates holidays to ask how to book extra leg room on the flight, was told that all of that will be done for extra £20-£79 pp after the holiday is paid in full. So i booked the holiday and send an email asking for the link or steps to get that done only for the email to be IGNORED FOR DAYS. Finally got the person on the phone today, who says that it is not possible since it is against the law for the child to be seated in the emergency exit and that is the only extra leg room they have on that flight. did i mention that the flight is on A380 the biggest aircraft in the world??? and why wasnt that said to begin with and the best part is the solution from emirates to have 1 person out of 3 to get extra leg room, which is exactly what people want when they are going on a FAMILY HOLIDAY TO SPEND TIME TOGETHER!!! we could have booked a different airline but now since the holiday is in 3 WEEKS time we cant just cancel without loosing the money!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! THE STAFF DO NOT KNOW SIMPLE RULES AND ARE MISLEADING THE CUSTOMERS!!!!
