Negative experience: SCAM ALERT! Keep away! I can’t believe they are still active and to be found on a legitimate website like Skyscanner! Only this morning they stole £680 from my card with out providing me with a ticket. I hope I get my money back. Reported on Fraud Alert!

Negative experience: I bought two tickets from London to Paris return for like six months later like for end of this year. An Indian accent speaking female found a good deal and We agreed for £200. I gave her the card details and money has been transferred to a strange company. I was waiting for my tickets through my email. But in five minutes I received a text from my bank to authorised £1200 to the same strange name company and I did not. I called the round trip company and the girl told me if I don't pay that much I am not going to get my tickets! I was so shocked that why I would have to pay £1400 for the flight to go to Paris from London? So they did not send me any tickets yet. I contacted the police and they guided me to contact to the Action Fraud team which I did. I contacted the bank and bank brought my money back with the help of Action fraud. Bank also told me that this company tried to take £1200 from my account for several times. It was just shocking to see a fraudulent company is giving advertisement in Google! Be careful everyone.

Negative experience: People please don’t don’t even call them they are scammers absolutely disgusting people they don’t deserve to be in Britain they scammed me for nearly £4000 they destroyed my children happiness now I can’t afford to take them somewhere so please don’t trust them they are simply evil shame on them

Negative experience: Just been scammed by this company - they tried to take a large amount of money out of my account for a hotel room, supposedly upgrading me. They are liars and cheats and immoral. Don’t go near them!

Negative experience: Total SCAM, they took money without booking me a flight and once I started to call them for a refund they just hang up the phone total FRAUD. Don’t go near this place. They are THIEVES

Negative experience: SCAMMERS - SCAMMED MY PARENTS OF £950 FOR FLIGHTS TO MALAGA AND WONT REFUND THE TICKETS. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Negative experience: This company are scammers. Took £1800 from us for a flight they cancelled at the last minute (less than 24 hours). No refund. Card company can't help because I have no written proof of cancellation, just a phone call. Cannot afford this.

Negative experience: This company is a complete scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Bought 5 tickets to travel to Africa costing over £6,000 and the ticket reference number was for another person for another flight. The airline told us that our ticket did not exist. Have called about 50 times and they laughed at me on the phone when i asked them why my reference number was coming up as invalid to the airline. SCAMMERS

Negative experience: Do Not Use this company had a terrible holiday experience using these people. Booked flights in March to use in July. My partner made the booking her flight was ok but mine didn’t even exist I must off rang them 30 times to sort out in the end I had no flight. Still waiting for a refund. I got scammed £1,500 by someone telling me I had to pay a tax. My partner nearly also got scammed out off £100,000 by trying to get her refund. I’m just waiting on legal advise on this company

Negative experience: I telephoned My Round Trip after finding them on line. I was the lead passenger for a group of 5 people meeting in London to travel to Greece (2 from USA, 1 from Geneva and 2 from the UK) We had specific dates planned due to our tight schedules. I gave the dates for departure and arrival to London and paid the full amount. We then realised after a few emails that "Joe" had booked our dates 2 days early for departure and 2 days later for our return to London. We tried to contact Joe but with difficulty so contacted Easy Jet (our airline for departure) but they had no details of our booking. After hours on the telephone Easy Jet found the wrong date for our departure date and we had to pay extra to change our departure date. 2 passengers in our group had to pay extra to British Airways for their return date and 3 had to pay for hotel fof the extra 3 days. Overall, I found the customer service at My Round Trip very unprofessional as they used Easy Jet's logo to confirm our travel booking and also find it abhorrent at the attitude of My Round Trip when we questioned why our travel dates were changed when we had specifically asked for our required dates.

Negative experience: A total Scam. And I don't know how to get my money back.

Negative experience: SCAM ALERT!!! Chasing them for nearly a year and they have not refunded my money. In response they asking for card CCV number WHICH IS NOT REQUIRED. On enquiring they bluntly hung up. Very arrogant and unprofessional approach. No sense of customer service. I am reporting them to authority and WARN ALL TO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!

Negative experience: I bought the ticket from this agent when I bought the ticket they told me all the taxes included. On the way back they ask me for 3 tickets another £ 110 which my family paid the money because they said if can't pay we will not book your ticket when I came back I ring them first they said it is ticket tax and we paid them when I checked with aeroplane they said they didn't paid us .so I ring them back and they told me we will refund you and they send me email to confirm with in 6 months know is more then 10 months they didn't refund and they we can't refund you do whatever you want. I request all of you don't buy tickets from this travel agent.

Negative experience: This is the most terrible and disgusting company I have ever had the unpleasant experience of dealing with. They have cancelled my flights 4 times and keep telling me there is an issue with my voucher. They are a fraudulent company and have taken nearly £2000 off me. I have not seen my daughter or my mum for 2 years and they were meant to be coming to visit me for Xmas which has now been ruined as I am £2000 down and have no flights. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM! THEY ARE RUDE AND ABUSIVE AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE AUTHORITIES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: SCAMMERS Do not use! They took about £800 pounds from me and have not returned it. They keep putting my call on hold and will not respond. When I got angry a woman called Amber said she'll cancel the refund. They took £300 for 2nd day test and declaration form! (It costs £30 to £60) And the kit has not arrived yet (three days after I've landed).

Fantastic experience: never have i ever experienced such marvellous customer care and service travelling with them since a year now i have never faced any problem and the rates for the holidays are the best one could ask for i would recommend to try them once.

Negative experience: SCAM ALERT. This company is owned by some british national and These guys are working from either India or Pakistan, using technology and money to trap common people. They pretend to be any of the popular platforms like Booking.com, Flysharp, Skyscanner, lastminute.com etc. They have been scamming huge amount from people’s accounts and been selling fake PCR tests. They have tried to scam my family by selling overpriced tickets. Original package on Booking.com was £1995 but they tried to charge me £3200 for their illegal profits. We luckily rechecked ourselves and stayed safe but you can be the victim. Also They are keeping records of our personal details so please beware of these people. Before confirming anything, make sure you recheck on the websites and what you are being sold. I have traced the person behind all this and going to report to NCA. STAY SAFE.

Negative experience: These are fraud 3 years before we booked tickets and hotels with my visa for dubai but when we arrived they not booked hotel and no visa we are with children's when we contact they blocked us very very horrible experience

Negative experience: yroundtrip is a big fraud Myroundtrip is a fraud, they are cheated with me and others, they have no office in barking road 776-778 , I have been there today afternoon 18/09/21and I did Facebook life from that building, I went to inside to talk with them my self but nothing found , I have spoken to other people who has offices there , Myroundtrip are cheating with Uk government and Uk people, I am jaydul hokue , I brought 4 tickets from them 12th of March, suddenly Qatar airlines become red listed so I decided not to fly with Qatar airlines, I ask them to refund my money and they took charge £104 from me , I don’t have to provide my card details as they have save my card details already , this is crime to save someone card , they send me confirmation email , said refund will take at least 3/4 months, I did keep calling them after 2 months but nothing happened, after that I did email Qatar airlines customer service about my all information , they responded my email says our records shows your tickets are still open , Myroundtrip says they have requested for refund, so who is laying Qatar or Myroundtrip? 17/09/21 I have contacted lycafly where they buy tickets, lycafly confirmed that tickets are still open , so again I can see they are fraud, scram, I call them regularly because I paid for 4 people tickets to go Bangladesh, initially I paid £2270 , then I paid for weight £208 if I m not making mistakes, every time I call them they said reservations, I ask them to talk refund service they says call between 5/6 but when I call 5/6 office voice record says office is closed , u can see they are fraud, they don’t respond email, I did email them they didn’t respond because they are fraud, I tried my best to talk to them, I can’t find anything, they just say wait but they never say they even did not ask for refund to lycafly, I have all proof , finally I have manage to talk lycafly they said they will sort it out but only £2149 and rest of money they have taken is fraud laundering by Myroundtrip, so I m going to take it to further, please watch my Facebook life I recorded while I went to find fraud office, Jaydul hokue

Negative experience: I and my friend by mistake booked holidays through Myroundtrips company. on 25 May 2021. People who work for this company can't speak a basic English. We paid £1000 going on holiday to Portugal 0n 6 June 2021. Myroundtrips stole from me £500 and I can't not refund it. Myroundtrips company office is a dirty vegetable small shop . Workers from Myroundtrips sign companies emails as regards from TUI or TUI holidays , but this company not a TUI holiday . Company Myroundtrips is a scam , fraud. Company advertises as TUI.co.uk when you do a google search. it is a fraud, full scam . You will never got your money back . They will never answer for your emails

Negative experience: They took our account details and then changed our details to theirs for our flights and then cancelled our flights 3 days before our trip. They did this in anger because we wouldn’t book a pcr test with them. Very unprofessional and rude and have stolen our money to re sell out tickets for more money

Negative experience: This is a fake company, we have checked with police and trading standards they are looking for these guys, they have taken my money by giving me wrong information and then I got my money back through my bank, they are keep calling me threatening me and harassing me, I have reported it to police, please don’t lose your money with this cow boys company, I am recording all of their phone calls. I warn people please don’t be next victim, some reviews say they take full money and issue fake air tickets, please avoid they are online company taking people’s money.
