Fantastic experience: I recently traveled with this company and the experience was genuinely smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, everything was well-organized, and I never had to worry about follow-ups or last-minute issues. The way even small details were handled showed professionalism and care, which made the whole journey stress-free and comfortable. It felt reliable, well-managed, and exactly as promised, and I’d confidently travel with them again and recommend them to others.

Negative experience: This company is a fraud. A total scam organisation, they are not even registered with IATA British Air Travel association. The customer service falsely represent themselves as agents of Qatar Airways, which later Qatar airways Manager denied having any contract with them at all. This company falsely charged me £180 via online payment as qatar airways charges which were a lie. I reported that to Police and being investigated. This company is a fraud.

Negative experience: No idea how they got my phone number but Reliance Travels Ltd is operating a complete scam. They called me pretending to be from Qatar Airlines and wanted to take money from me to amend my flight. Unbelievable. Luckily I realised they were not Qatar at all and didn't part with any money but I'm very puzzled as to how they got my details. Avoid at all costs! Any good reviews are fake.

Negative experience: Just had the misfortune of dealing with this company. All the while I was assured I was dealing with Singapore airlines directly, which is who I thought I had called. Complete scammers. They held seats for me for 2 hours, still thinking I was dealing with the airline direct. When I called to book, took £300 initially then sent a link for me to pay the £4000 balance and payment was to reliance travels. I queried if Jordan (the agent) was Singapore airlines. Absolutely, he replied, these are our agents for payment. Utter lies!! Thankfully, our payment was blocked by the bank as a suspected fraudulent payment. Then checked and found all the appalling reviews. All 5 star reviews are so obviously false. Refuse to refund the £300 even though we haven't booked anything. Have contacted trading standards and notified my bank and they are looking into it. AVOID!!!! AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!

Negative experience: Kept trying to change my days and flights after I paid. Lost all confidence in them and asked for a full refund - which I did get, but only after lots of...please keep your flights, I'm so sorry etc. they even went ahead and booked my flights AFTER I cancelled and said, your flights are ready and waiting for you. I had to stand my ground and insist on a refund as they were very pushy/overpowering. Based on my experience, I could never recommend this company.

Negative experience: Please before you decide to do business with this company read the reviews or suffer the consequences as I did. They told me that they had booked a flight for me, took my money and then told me the flight booked was no longer available. Very dishonest and unprofessional business to deal with. They take your monies and don't refund it all back stating that it's card taxes. Use at your peril. They don't return calls and pretend to be uncontactable when there is an issue. I can't express how bad the service was and how disappointed I am in my self in not reading these reviews beforehand. Agent was very very bad, dishonest and never returned calls. If I could no stars would be given.

Negative experience: Definitely stay away from this so called company book a flight too oz took the money then by WhatsApp change the whole flight date with no consent from the traveller then ask for 140 cancellation fee!!!! Negative experience: NOT RECOMMENDED. You are much better off booking with the airline directly -DO NOT USE this company or it’s partner Kingdom Travels. You will pay around 15% more with this lot and you will not get any extra benefits (like totally refundable tickets if you cancel and total flexibility on flight dates) over the airline whatever they promise. Further more they will take control of the booking and you will not be able to reserve seats or checkin online. They do this presumably because they will charge you extra for this kind of thing. You will feel frustrated, annoyed and wonder if you have been scammed. We did ring the airline to check if the booking we had paid for was real but they would not give us access to the booking to reserve seats etc. It was only just the day before the flight that I rang the airline again telling them I couldn’t check in that they put our personal details on the booking so that we could do so.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE this company they are nothing but scammers pretending to be the airline that you are trying to book seats with and when queried do not deny they belong to the airline - Singapore airlines - in our case we were charged £400:00 over the price for booking our seats, which when we booked today via the correct link were not available as were booked by other customers and not us. We are hopefully going to try and claim our money back off our CC company

Negative experience: Not sure if this is a reputable or real company. We booked seats with them for outward and return flights. They booked us wheelchair access and after numerous calls back and for they eventually booked seats for 2 at £192 . Those seats were not booked. The airline allocated seats as we checked in. I have complained. Will they get back to me?

Negative experience: These guys should be avoided at all cost. The took £100 from me to hold a booking promising to refund the money if I fail to secure the visa. When I asked for the refund, the story changed and they promised to take it off whenever I book a ticket. I believed them and foolishly referred a friend to them. They did the same thing to her. We both lost £100 each with the agents telling us different stories with each phone call. Please avoid them at all cost. Its a scam. These stars should be reviewed. We should be able to post without giving any stars, these guys don't deserve any start.

Negative experience: We purchased two tickets from Reliance travel. Their website said that they except PayPal payment but the representative would not allow me to pay using that method. We are still waiting on a refund of £2000. If I had paid by PayPal they would have intervened. The Manager never bothers to return my calls and the representative who initially took the booking is now no longer available. Do not use this company

Negative experience: These people are also operating under Kingdom Travel, out of the same address?!?! Avoid these at all costs. These are dark and heartless people who like to prey on their customers. We got a quote for flights which we agreed and paid in full, only for these cunning people to call the next day to say our flights were not cancelled by the airline. Luckily we checked online on the airline website and it wasn’t cancelled at all. They then spun the story and asked for £400 more to secure our tickets and threatened that if we do not pay, they will cancel our trip. We went back to the airline website and got a quote for the same flight which came out £80 cheaper and went back to these agents. They changed their minds and booked our tickets. We then got a call again from their office and asked for £100 more. These guys are unbelievable and would hang up if we try to ask for a justification.

Negative experience: Avoid this company at all costs!!!!! They are scammers!!! They provided me with false travel documents, charged me £40 for a change of date I did not request for! charged me an overprice amount for my flights. I requested for refund and no one responded back to me for weeks until I had to take them to civil court!!! I recall a time I spoke to “Jones” and he even accused my bank of withholding the “refund” from me to only find out they were just avoiding ways of issuing a refund. Make sure you check their address as well as their address is a carpet shop! They are liars and thieves, please just book direct with the airline, it will avoid the stress!

Negative experience: This is a scam travel company. Please do not book through this company. DO NOT PART WITH ANY MONEY They are not even based in the UK. I asked for the address the could not even give it to me. They asked me what the postcode means!!!! Please avoid

Negative experience: Shambolic service from these guys. Booked some flights for Turkey later in the year. All went well at the time of booking, but on two separate occasions now we've been told our flights have been cancelled. Not their fault I know, but their communication is rubbish. Just an email with no content except for the flight info, and the cancelled flight highlighted in yellow. No details of how to move forward with re-arranging the flight, and no call from then to help. I then have to chase them up to try to re-schedule the cancelled flights. But apparently I have to speak to the same guy who took the original booking, but he's never available and never calls me back. We had paid for extra legroom seats on 6 flights, but have received no confirmation of seat numbers, or any kind of assurance that we have actually been allocated extra legroom seats. Pretty shambolic service and I'm now requesting a chargeback from my credit card company.

Positive experience: Michael was very helpful in trying to help me find the right flight. Unfortunately I did find that their website is very misleading in the sense that it has out dated information on there and when you phone for a particular flight that you find on the site, they start giving you other flights. Upon asking why, he said that it was because it was out dated. So, in my view, it's invented to bait people into phoning them. Essentially, the deals that they could find me were the same as what I could find by researching myself. Having said that, Michael did go above and beyond to help us. We ended up booking through Skyscanner in the end with KLM themselves that evening as we found a particularly good rate. All in all, if you aren't sure on how to book flights or research them yourself online, I would recommend using this course of action as they will find you a good deal and we are grateful for the assistance we received.

Negative experience: I lost £419 with these agency. I tried to get my money back they told me that we didn’t get any money from you. The person who did that to me gave me his account number, sort code and the Reliance travel agency as the name of the card holder. I have reported that to my bank and am gonna take it the higher authority.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THEM! I spoke with the owner of SilkTravels, a marketing brand of Reliance Travels named MARK WILSON! They are very fraudulent! They do not previde you with the correct information before you make payments, only just what you want to hear. After payment, they then tell you exactly what you are getting, which is not what you requested for! I’ve lost money with them.
