Negative experience: Absolutely appalling. Our cruise was cancelled 3 days before we sailed. Theres was no notification or contact from Jetline Cruise. I only found out because I couldn't log on to Cunard to get our documents and made enquiries with them direct. Apparently all outstanding trips via Jetline have been cancelled due to 'breach of contract'. We cannot make any contact with Jetline at all to find out what is happening. None of the phones are being answered, email is on auto-reply, no statements from them on social media. We would have travelled all the way to Southampton from Cumbria to get on board and would have been turned away if we hadn't enquired with Cunard. This trip was booked by my parents with their retirement savings and they are understandably upset and worried about what is happening and what to do next.

Negative experience: Beware, something is going on at Jetline Cruises. We were called by a debt collector for the cruise line that our cruise has been cancelled, because their contract with Jetline cruises is cancelled. We called the cruise company and they say the same. Jetline cruises doesn't answer their phone. Normally they post every other or every few days on Facebook, but they haven't posted an update since 19 of Feb 2025. Their mailing, normally also every few days, has also stopped since then.

Negative experience: Due to fly out to New Orleans on a 3 hotel and cruise stay on Thursday. No hotel or Amtrak vouchers and no answer from any of the numbers. I think the flights and cruise are ok - cruise check in has been done and flights say I can check in tomorrow. Phoned the first hotel in NO - told us the reservation had been cancelled on Sunday- if the flights are ok we will go and wing it but I can see it costing us a lot of extra money. Very poor service. Used them years ago and had a great experience. Sadly not the case this time. Will not use again

Fantastic experience: I have been on two cruise and stay packages. The first was to San Francisco, train across America, sail on QM2 New York to Southampton. It was excellent. Very reasonable and yes you do need to think because it's not all done for you e.g. some transfers, but it's easily doable. The second was a stay in Las Vegas and a Mexico cruise. Fantastic value and all worked smoothly. So great value for money but study the itinerary and book in any transfers needed ahead of time that aren't included. The way they work suited us. We will be booking again.

Negative experience: Please do not book with this company. Documents arrived less than a week before departure. We had no idea of timings etc. Hotel at first resort was very nice but certainly not for anyone unable to climb stairs and was at least 40 minute walk from centre. Train transfers were booked without any realisation that 15 minutes change over was pushing it! We ran to a platform 3 floors below and had 40 seconds spare before the train left! The next train was 5 hours later after ship had sailed had we missed it! Someone unable to run and without prior knowledge of the station layout would never have made it! Lots of additional costs and rude comments when queried, seats luggage etc on flights. Transfer from the port to airport 11 hours before flight so incurred a further £80 on a later transfer. It’s all put together on a wing and a prayer!!! Luck rather than professionalism. I think it’s all just scrambled together to get a package. Stick with a proper travel agent. Found out at the time of travel they are no longer in ABTA! Don’t do it! Really are a despicable unprofessional company. After agreeing final transfer wasn’t good and company refused later pickup Jetline said would pay for an alternative transfer but now we are home said no to refund!! Don’t risk booking with them.

Positive experience: We booked the US Music Capitals Express and Carnival Caribbean cruise and had a fabulous time. Gemma, Emma and Samuel were very helpful and flexible, and adjusted the trip where possible to suit our needs. The structure worked perfectly, despite a small mishap with one of the hotels which we eventually sorted. It is a package with a lot of independence which is exactly what we wanted. We would certainly recommend Jetline and I'm a bit surprised by all the negative comments. It is very clear what is included in the price and what is not.

Negative experience: I'm surprised this scam company's still trading. When our holiday to South America was cancelled during COVID, it took nearly 2 years to get our money back, and then only after I took them to Court.

Negative experience: Great company until something goes wrong! Booked a multi centre holiday with internal flights. We had to pay a baggage fee for our internal flights even thought luggage was meant to be included. Jetline said this should not have happened. 1 year later and we are still waiting on a refund for baggage charges!!

Negative experience: Had a cruise to Hawaii booked for January, paid deposit, spoke to Frank after all the chaos in Hawaii and asked if I could switch to different package, was told to email and shouldn’t be a problem. Phoned after I had emailed and waited over the 72 hours reply promise (auto email) to be told I needed to have a cll back from the person who booked it (what a load of codswallop). Waited for call back which I didn’t receive so phoned again, funnily enough I didn’t have to quote my booking number as the woman that answered knew it already (must have been the same one that told me I had to wait for a callback) Funnily enough she told me I couldn’t switch as different cruise company and if I wanted to cancel I would have to email again! Absolutely shambolic, never have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional and unhelpful person. My advise don’t use this company as half the time when you call you immediately get put on hold with dodgy music for 10 minutes and then when you do get to speak to someone all they say is you have to email, total disregard for “Acts of God” . My advice book direct with company you’re cruising with atleast you’ll stand a chance! Definitely don’t go with their packages as when I priced it myself after booking I could have got much better flights and cost the same!

Negative experience: Jetline Cruise holidays in my opinion did not give what they promised. The aircraft tickets did not materialise. My friend and I spent the whole afternoon before we were due to fly trying to download tickets but failed. Arrived at the airport and had to figure out what to do. Bearing in mind we are OAPs this was extremely difficult and stressful. It turned out that American Airlines had switched us to BA. This happened on the return trip too. Because our connecting flight to New Orleans was delayed the planned taxi had to be notified, more stress. The ship was good and the staff were excellent but there were too many on board. Booking us onto Amtrak really put the dampers on the holiday. Bearing in mind i am 74 i was expected to climb into a bunkbed which could only be approached head first similar to be loaded into a torpedo tube! There was no room to turn over. It was so bad I decided to sit in the cafeteria and stayed up all night. Full board it was not. A muffin and a cup of coffee for a 10 hour trip is not full board. Please Jetline do not use Amtrak it is outdated and not fit for purpose. Graceland and Memphis were really good so would recommend these two places. If you go to USA get the Uber app as they are so much more cheaper. One way to Graceland with Uber cost 21 dollars the return was 45 dollars because mobile was flat. Always make sure your mobile is charged up. The Americans we met were really friendly but think I will stick closer to home.

Negative experience: Actually, if there is a ‘ no star’ option available, this is what it would be! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, in our opinion! In a nutshell, booked a Sydney stay with a South Pacific island cruise. 3 wks prior to departure- think, this is strange no info on trips etc coming through. Phone the almost non existent, let alone responsive customer service on numerous occasions, to no avail. Google the cruise etc and find that the ship is not, in fact, visiting the islands but the East coast of Oz. We had had NO info on the change of itinerary, which was no where we wanted visit as already had. I won’t bore you with the ongoing story but it was horrendous. Talking with people in call centres overseas with no information or authority. Hence, the trip got cancelled because it wasn’t what we booked. After several , painful months of pestering, we got our refund. WE WILL NEVER EVER LOOK AT A JETLINE CRUISE EMAIL AGAIN, NEVER EVER!!

Negative experience: Do not use this company they are scammers I paid £12000 for a cruise they took my payment and forgot to tell me that the cruise line cancelled the route 4 days before I paid the final amount it then took 6 months and my bank to get my money refunded. They are very nice when booking but if there is a problem beware you will have a battle on your hands

Negative experience: where do I start - booked A cruise from Southampton to NY on QM2 then 2 night stop over in NY and train from NY to Niagara falls for 3 nights. booked in April 2021. In July 2022 they changed the Train to a flight stating train was not running due to COVID, this was not true I check and would have been able to book it without restriction they said the flight had now been booked and could not be changed.... Also on the original booking they stated hotels we would be stopping in, I checked and they had reasonable reviews so was happy. We then notice they had changed the hotels without informing us. The hotel in NY have some dubious reviews and the Hotel in Niagara has some atrocious reviews we have called and emailed to get this changed and have yet to get a response, each time we call the customer services the say they cannot help and will pass our request to the Cruise Specialist who took our booking we have sent numerous emails to no avail Would not recommend this company I am just trying to ensure my holiday goes without issue......

Negative experience: On behalf of my father who went on a cruise in July. Transfers to the airport/hotel paid for in the price did not turn up on two separate occasions. They were told they would be refunded for the cost of the taxis they had to get last minute (after waiting hours!), however it has not been 6 months and still no refund. Do not recommend

Negative experience: Booked a holiday of a lifetime to USA that includes maiden voyage cruise on Carnival Celebration and Queen Mary 2 from NY back to Southampton. Information has been lacking and now a week before we are due to go on holiday hotel vouchers are in the wrong name. Over charged as Future Cruise Credit had been used even though the holiday had been paid up in full and have been chasing for a refund, which apparently has been paid onto my account but have to wait 7 - 10 days for it to clear?! Waited 5 mins for my call to be answered on a Saturday morning at 10:00 and then got transferred to possibly a call centre. Will never use this company again and the holiday of a lifetime is becoming a living nightmare and more expensive by the minute

Negative experience: I’m afraid I am adding to the negative comments on here. Avoid this company. They have been rubbish from beginning to end with my cruise. Trying to get hold of anyone is very difficult. They booked me a cruise package where we get off the ship at 08.30am and my flight leaves at 10pm that night!!!! Seriously!!! Fourteen hours wait time in transfer and at the airport, lovely way to end your holiday, Their answer was they always book the cheapest flights. That says it all really in my book. They even overcharged me for my EasyJet baggage so they could make a little profit on it. They have just been dreadful. Paperwork for my cruise eventually arrived but it is incorrect with items missing. When I attempted to tell them how cr** they were they told me I was being rude. I will never use this company ever again - and as I go on nine holidays a year that’s a real shame for them. Avoid!!!! Too stressful as they are so unorganised

Negative experience: NEVER AGAIN !! Unprofessional uncoordinated and incompetent - they couldn’t even arrange a taxi to the airport! Booked 3 days in the Lake Garda then time in Venice and Rome as a wraparound to our cruise with Celebrity. The cruise itself was really great ( no thanks to Jetline) but pretty much everything Jetline had a hand in was problematic. The location of our hotel on the booking was shown as Sirmione but was in fact 2 kilometres and then a twenty minute ferry ride away in Desanzanso! Hotel was meant to be 3/4 star but our Jetline booked room was around one star although the hotel did have nicer rooms. Transfers to the train station paid for in the price did not turn up. Jetline’s only solution was for us to arrange new transfers ourselves and pay ( again ) and they would reimburse us - we’re still waiting for even an acknowledgment of our e mails requesting the refund never mind any reimbursement !! Customer service staff we spoke to don’t seem at all knowledgeable on the locations and countries eg they had not realised that the port of Venice is now actually over 130 kilometres from Venice and had arranged no port transfer for us !! We travelled as a group of 6 but Jetline managed to book us on separate trains and carriages to Venice despite there being loads of seats free on each train. Transfer times were not tied in with the ship latest disembarkation time of 8.30 - we had been expected to wait until 12.00 for our transport to Rome at a port with no facilities in over 30 degrees heat .Two of our party had to wait until 4pm ! Cruise specialists Jetline could not explain why they had booked the totally inappropriate port pick up times which could not be changed. Staff promise to sort matters out but don’t even bother phoning back. You are constantly chasing them and wondering what will go wrong next .The stress that Jetline introduced to our holiday was unreal. The transfer company that they used for us (Hoppa ) only communicate online and our pick up time for our flight home was shown as 1 January 1900 at zero hours !! . Jetline took 8 hours to get back to me to say that they couldn’t actually contact their supplier to confirm the transfer and so could we just re arrange it ourselves locally …and pay for it !! . As I said earlier we are still waiting.

Negative experience: Would never book with this company again. The 4 star hotel that was booked for us was at best a 2 star. We were told we were staying in Sirmione and in actual fact we were booke into a hotel a 20 minute walk outside Desenzano. Sirmione was then a 20 minute sail on a ferry. Transfer to the railway station didn't turn up and so we were told to pay again and send the receipt to obtain a refund. Once sent no acknowledgement or response from Jetline. Transfer from the port to the airport was booked for 4pm despite having to leave the ship by 8.30am. When I contacted Jetline to ask if they could change this there response was they could cancel it and rebook for earlier and we would have to pay again. We eere constantly worried about all aspects of the trip as their precruise confirmation and communication were lacking. We didnt receive full confirmation of our itinerary until 5 days prior to departure. If I could mark them as minus 5 stars I would. Poor customer service and they repeatedly ignore phone calls and emails. Absolutely the worst Travel Company I have ever dealt with and certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: One of my families older friend made a travel arrangement through them, unfortunately he had issues contacting them via phone or email. They never response and told him to find out answers himself when they get commission to do that. If at all possible, go directly through the hotels, tour operators you wish to stay in, instead of these scam artists, who take the commission and do minimum work.

Our transfers never arrived twice and they advised and authorised us to get private taxis totalling over £350 and we are still trying to get a refund over 5 weeks later and still arguing over getting it. That's how you get treated on a £2,000 holiday. I would not recommend or use this company again.

Negative experience: My experience with Jetline cruise was a nightmare from beginning to end. It took forever to get our tickets which only came through a couple of days before departure after many phone calls to them. We booked a transatlantic cruise for May 2022 but had a few days in Canada and New York beforehand. Jetline cruise done all the booking including the hotels. The hotel in Toronto was in the worst part of the city but that was nothing compared to the one in New York (Manhattan Hotel). It was disgusting. It was dirty and the rooms were filthy. I have sent numerous emails with photos attached of the hotel and have asked to be compensated but no replies, completely ignoring us. I would not recommend anyone booking through Jetline because once they have your money any issues they don’t want to know.

Negative experience: They cancelled my cruise twice, I asked for my money back 4/5/22, I’m still waiting for my money now 26/7/22. They take 15 days to answer an email, if you call them their accounts department/ cruise department have no one available. Absolutely appalling, once they have your money they no longer care about you, avoid Jetline at all costs!!!

Negative experience: I have used this company a view years ago and the difference in customer service compared to now is like night and day! Due to go on a cruise in 8 weeks time. Still have not received flight details from them and I need to book adjoining flights to get us from London to Northern Ireland. Booking anything at short notice will be very expensive. Several phone calls to a call centre obviously thousands of miles away have left me more frustrated that no one can answer my query. Person who originally booked the cruise no longer works for them. Inevitably a victim of the pandemic and could have lost her job because of that. Jetline are either having trouble booking competent staff or have gone for the alternative option of using a call centre abroad. If I could get some sort of a refund now I would but the chances of that are very unlikely. In summary ..... avoid this company.

Negative experience: I have used Jetline for years and always been impressed by them. HOWEVER this years holiday was another story. After being promised Empire State Building passes 8 months before our holiday, probably 10 phone calls nearer the time we was going away I was told they will be with me on an email. They never came. That is only one issue I had never mind the other 3 issues!!!!!!

Positive experience: We booked with them in 2020 but due to covid our itinerary had to change and to be fair the holiday went well in June 2022. My gripe would be that we only knew our exact itinerary 7 days before we went. Their customer care is abysmal, never replying to e-mails and when they answered the phone would always promise a call back that never arrived. We wouldn’t use this company again.

Negative experience: Booked a cruise in 2019 and paid deposit. Cruise for Christmas 2020, but due to covid, it was cancelled, rebooked for August 2021 but covid again cancelled. Again rebooked but thwarted by the dreaded vid. Requested refund and that's where the no replies,excuses and stalling tactics kicked in from Jetline Cruise. Promises of refunds in 6 months time, all dates missed, over 20 emails sent with replies after 16 days with more excuses, however Jetline Cruises and Jetline Holidays were still advertising and selling holidays. Resorted to making a claim to small claims court which is easy to do online £80 to start the ball rolling. This worked, 30 months after paying deposit and 10 months after requesting refund they have finally settled. Be aware of this dodgy company.

Fantastic experience: We just come back from an Alaska cruise (first booked in December 2019), and we had an excellent holiday. Michael arrange our holiday. Originally, before this cruise, we had a self-drive trip in Yosemite, but being older people, we did not feel safe to hire a car in USA. Michael suggested, instead, to have 3 nights in San Francisco, then take the Amtrak and 3 nights to Seattle.Our hotel in San Francisco was only 6 minutes walk from pier 39 and the hotel in Seattle was on 5th Avenue, just in between The Pike market and the Space Needle. We could not have chosen 2 better situated hotels. Then the cruise to Alaska was terrific. We have more cruises booked with Jetline and are very much looking forward to them.

Negative experience: I wouldn't even give them one star. This company, please avoid. I have booked a cruise for January and they need to refund some funds despite calling and sending them emails, no one is bothering to call and explain the situation as to why they are not paying the refund. They owe some more funds for the flight and the hotel accommodation for the cancellation of a Singapore cruise for December 2022 and they are not even saying when these funds will be refunded. They are very polite when it is time for a sale and afterwards, nothing. I had dealings with Nathan, Tony and Jemma, and I found them unprofessional people. I have complained about Nathan but nothing. Tony was rather rude to me and I told him not to speak to a customer as he did. He never apologised to me for the way he spoke to me and I am going to call my credit company and let them deal with this. AVOID this company PLEASE.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible! I booked a package holiday with Jetline cruises for Dec 2020, understandably it was cancelled due to covid. I was given no option but to rebook or have a credit note. To rebook I'd have the pay more money for the exact same holiday. I rebooked as I wanted to still go on this holiday. Dec 2021... Cancelled again, and again no option for a full refund, had to pay more to rebook April 2022, I've had nothing but issues and no help from jetline what so ever. More parts of the holiday have been cancelled and jetline are taking no responsibility at all, instead making me pay more money due to a train no longer running from Niagra falls to New York. Booking a replacement flight but not including my luggage, not including transfers and saying I have to make my own way there or cancel the full holiday and loose all of your money. Asked to speak to a manager several times and refused, written complaint emails after complaint emails which are not responded to. It's now 8 days before my holiday and I have not received any of my holiday documentation even though it says you should receive within 10 days before departure. Phoned twice to be told I will get them soon. The stress they have put me through is ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Negative experience: I take absolutely no pleasure in writing a negative review but for the sake of the public I feel duty bound to do so. We have finally received our full refund paid by them in two payments after 15 months as a result of the relentless efforts made. We were were pushed from pillar to post and given the run around by all of them and given we are in a pandemic through no fault of the travel industry the pain and suffering they inflicted upon us was further compounded by their arrogance stating we would have to WAIT until they are ready to make the refund. They have absolutey no customer care and they mislead and tell you a pack of lies when they do eventually take your calls which is shocking beyond belief. We will NEVER EVER book with Jetline Cruise again!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: I have recently been able to acquire a full refund for a friend (over £5000). However, they attempt to withhold money under false pretences. I was only able to do this, as I followed a strict legal protocol. Do NOT accept a Credit Note; Do NOT accept less than a 'full' discount: it's a 'package' deal; Do NOT take their offer to have it partially reclaimed via your Travel Insurance; you are legally entitled to a 'full' refund; regardless of false tales of woe they may give you. My advice: don't delay; if your 'package has gone past it's travel date, go straight to The Small Claims Court. If you go down the Credit card route, they have more resources applied there to claw it back, opposed to refunding what you are Legally entitled to. BEWARE: The company 'sales' arm is based in India; not operating under strict UK legislation. If you think you are dealing with a UK national, with an English name... you are NOT: it's a sham; you are speaking to an Indian national, based in a call centre in India, with an 'adopted' English name!

Negative experience: I'd give it 0 if I could. Poor experience of trying to get my money back from a cruise we booked. Accept that as with all travel companies there have been major financial difficulties during the pandemic but their attitude and failure to deliver on deadlines has left a sour taste and I have had to resort to applying for a section 75 claim through my credit card company.

Negative experience: This company is ILLEGALLY refusing to return circa 40% of our deposit for a cruise. DO NOT USE THEM. Prices may appear attractively low, but they are exhibiting appalling ethics in their behaviour. You have been warned! Look at their Google review: not even 3 stars!!

Negative experience: We have cruised many times but our experience with our latest cruise booked via jetline has been most disappointing.The do not respond to emails,are closed at weekends do not return calls.This agents are poor, pickups delayed or missed altogether, unhelpful responses.This has nothing to do with the cruise line,it is just poor unsympathetic customer service.

Negative experience: absolutely abysmal service, completely messed up our cruise for mums 75th birthday - wrote a very long email outlining all issues which they have basically denied doing anything wrong. have asked numerous times for all call recordings relating to the booking and as yet nothing - strange that, obviously dont want to send proof of their incompetence!!! one word of advice DO NOT USE for a cruise they havnt got a bloody clue!!!

Negative experience: This company is without doubt the worst travel agent EVER. Through their inefficiency we were stranded in New York and had to arrange our own transfers. They refuse to refund the cost or accept their mistakes. Don't bother writing to the CEO you won't get a reply. They don't deserve even one star. Will report their appalling practice toTrading Standards and every media possible. You have been warned.

Negative experience: I used the chat service today and explained exactly what l was looking for and when. I booked a telephone call to discuss my holiday plans. The person who phoned me didn’t so much as ask questions of me he barked demands. When l told him l didn’t plan to go until next year he simply said nothing available and ended the call. I think if this is how they treat enquiries l had a narrow escape. I can only imagine what would happen if you encounter problems whilst on holiday. There is no way in which l would ever consider using this company again

Negative experience: Its a fraud company, reported to trading standards, FCA, ABTA and also reported to information commissioner under GDPR. Please read 100 plus negative reviews on Tripadvisor before you book with this fraudsters. Please don't transact over phone by giving your card details

Fantastic experience: I Booked the holiday with jet line and PERCY is best man he gave very good deal for Marrakesh.Me and my partner have limited budget and we were thinking about that we will not go Marrakesh as Thomson flight were very expensive , he advice to go different airport which is quit far and it is under budget what deal we got from Ice lolly with Room only and he gave BB free with the same price for CHRISTMAS.Again I'll booked with jet line.Good Service!!

Negative experience: Worst company ever rookies booking your holiday who know nothing about destination. Bought Groupon voucher and when called to book they asked for more money as the flights were not available for that day but if I pay more it will be available. Pure chancres.. avoid at any cost

Negative experience: This company is advertising a multi centre holiday in the USA for £979 when I attempted to book they told me the price was £1,699 that is an extra £720. They should NOT be allowed to get away with advertising a price and then trying to charge almost double.
