Positive experience: So... a very honest review here. We recently used Jetline AKA Bargain Late Holidays from wowcher and here are our thoughts. I booked a disneyland getaway for 3 days from wowcher for a great price - I believe around £300 a person to go in mid May. This included accomidation, Eurostar and 1 day ticket for the park each. I completed the purchase and then called BLH to complete the booking process, everything was going great until they told me the ludicrous timings of the travel... I believe it was something silly like 22:30PM travel time so we would arrive the next day... (already one day gone!) the return time was 6-7AM on the Sunday so realistically we would have only one day in Paris. Now they also do not take into account how on earth you are meant to get to disneyland when you arrive - all of the trains are stopped by that point and the buses until around 5-6AM, so you would then have to spend 120 euros just to get to the hotel. I feel this is pressure selling and falsely advertised as it is NOT a 3 day trip it is around a day and a half - not impressive. Anyway I paid the extra £180!!!! To get the eurostar times changed (more than it would have cost me to just do it myself) and we agreed. I must admit that once this part was over and we actually travelled there were no issues with the customer service and no issues with the tickets or bookings for the hotel (hence the three stars). The hotel was clean and tidy and our room was a good size. My advice to them would be to make it as clear as possible around the timings that people would get as clearly marketing itself as a 2-3 day weekend getaway is not on. All in all, we spent just under £800 when we could have paid the same (probably less) by booking it ourselves.

Negative experience: After months of paying more and money to move back due to not being able to go on holiday.. the rude staff decided that if I cancel my booking they would give me only a £200 voucher!! which considering what we paid this is a joke! 6 Times i called to speak to a manager and had to explain why over and over. The customer service is non existent and they are blaming the hotel in Amsterdam. Which I'm sure would just move the date surely due to a pandemic?? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Managed to get though to them only for them to say the deal I had brought didn’t exist anymore and a new one would be double the price I originally paid. Blatantly tried to rip me off and was rude on the phone. Do not use there’s far better companies out there.

Negative experience: Purchased a flight and hotel deal through Wowcher. Was supposed to be a double room in a 3 star hotel however when we arrived they had booked us a 1 star hotel twin bed. Hotel was filthy, bathroom covered in mould. When we tried to speak to the hotel about swapping rooms we couldn't because it was booked and arranged through BLH. Absolute rip off. The one star is just because the flights themselves were okay however we was told we could take a carry on by BLH however when we got to the airport we wasn't allowed a carry on and just our personal bags so had to pay extra for them. Wouldn't recommend.

Negative experience: very disappointing. Not only did I have to pay extra to change my hotel, it was nothing like the pictures online - the room, the breakfast and overall standards were very poor. It was supposedly a 4 star hotel, but I don't think I would even give it 3. I have requested a refund of the hotel surcharge but haven't got very far, the customer service is terrible. Don't book through them!

Positive experience: We have used Bargain Late Holidays twice to book our Europe holidays and we have never had any problems. All the information they give you is clearly written out and explained for your understanding. Your flight departing times might be very late at night or very early in the mornings so might be inconvenient for some but this is so that the cheapest possible deals are secured. Just read all the information carefully and you will have a great holiday!

Negative experience: Worst holiday experience ever. A holiday that was payed for 100% upfront turned out to be completely different from what was advertised and to get what I had initially paid for an extra £500 invoice was added onto the bill. Do not confirm anything verbally on the phone before you have seen in writing what you are paying for. Been messed around from day one and even had my call recording withheld from me unless I pay even more! Use pressure sales tactics and hide behind company refund policies. Surprised companies like this are still legal and trading...

Negative experience: The worst travel agent you could possibly deal with. All they have done is messed around with us from day 1, and can't even sort out a simple hotel transfer that we have paid for from the beginning. Staff are very unhelpful and say that there is nothing more that they can do when asked to help with a problem that they have created. DO NOT book with this travel agent!! Save yourself from the hassle, time and money!

Negative experience: I’ve spent over an hour on the phone with these ‘travel’ agents and will not be travelling any further than the kitchen to eat my feelings and rage drink some wine. After going back and forth for an hour about flight times (they would only offer inbound flights before 7am or after 10pm, despite the booking terms saying they’d be within these times, and they wanted to charge us an extra £300 for the pleasure) they then said the only hotel they could offer in the area does not have any rooms available within a fortnight of the dates we had booked. I do appreciate that with a bargain holiday you compromise on some things to get a good deal, but flying at the time advertised and staying in the hotel advertised seems like the bare minimum they can provide. Unhelpful, unapologetic and unacceptable. Avoid these false advertising crooks!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. If you read all the very clear information sent to you, you will have an awesome, great value holiday. We dealt with a consultant called Sydney and he answered all our questions, booked exactly what we asked for, answered all my emails promptly and didn't push to upsell at all. He offered options but no pressure. Our trip to Iceland was amazing, 5 days 4 trips all highly organised and thought through. All I can say if you are booking with this company is print every document and read thoroughly as all the needed information is provided. Thanks Sydney 5* service.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! Booked a holiday which I was given a booking reference for however did not receive a confirmation email and the payment was not taken. Called the number that was provided as I was concerned why they hadn’t taken the money. They said the department I needed was closed but instead said the booking had not worked and I’d have to book over the phone which surprise! Surpise! Was more expensive even though it was still the same price on their website. Will never book with them again as it’s obviously a scam and they try to make you feel as though you need to book over the phone saying “there is only two rooms left at this hotel” Complete scam! Watch out

Negative experience: I wish I read the reviews before purchasing the deal on Groupon. All they did was require payment every other day, for one thing or the other and once it has already been booked and you do not want something such as an add on, you get told that your whole holiday could get cancelled and no refund will be available. An experience I will never experience with this company again. 'bargain' - it was definitely not, if anything more expensive than anything. You even have to pay extra to sit together when the booking was booked at the same time and paid for by the same person. Accommodation that was provided on the trip too, even though extra was paid for an "upgraded and better hotel" was horrendous. Please do not waste your time nor money if you want to actually enjoy your holiday.

Negative experience: Don't book with this company especially through wowcher , they tried to up sell me to the airport that I actually paid for at £52 pp extra, then said that the hotel was full so I could go to another hotel for £89 pp extra, which was the other hotel on the offer, . When I said that this was mis-selling they dropped all the charges, they are con artists.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs, do not deal with this company, I purchased holiday through groupon a 3 night stay in Paris, they have me flying out at 10.00pm Thursday then leaving at 6.00am sat, with a 6 year old, I paid £707 through groupon, they wanted £139 pp extra to change the times, and refused to let me cancel!

Negative experience: Avoid this company at all costs.you pay for a holiday and then they just spend hours on the phone trying to upsell.we booked a holiday flying from Luton,they changed it to gatwick and wanted £100 more,then they changed the hotel,then they tried to change the date.we had to accept the holiday as I had asked about 30 times for a refund to no avail.if you look at the review sites 100% of them are negative and had the same thing as us or even worse.do not use this company at all. ,!!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous experience, similar to everyone else on here and wish I had googled the 3rd party before booking a voucher through Groupon. In my naievty however I did and when I rang up BLH to sort it I already felt comitted having forked out over £250 for a 3night stay in rome in a 4* hotel. First we were offered the worst flights which I managed to slightly improve although still out of Stanstead when we are 5 mins from Gatwick. We were then offered a 3* hotel. The hotel when we got there last week was barely 3* out of the way where I had forked out an extra £150 to secure a double room and include breakfast for 3 mornings! Our bed was like a camp bed and we rolled into the middle. We could hear everything including banging throughout the night and setting up for breakfast before 7am. The breakfast I had paid an extortionate amount for consisted of self service of corn flakes, toast or a croissant and a bit of salami. The hot water for tea and coffee was just left on a hotplate and was tepid at best. I booked this getaway for my partners birthday. I am 26 years old and we have 2 young kids and cant afford a lot and I was completely ripped off in my naivety and spent a fortune for very little. I will never ever book through groupon again and Bargain Late Holidays should be shut down. Whilst we got on with things and had a nice holiday it cost me well over £500 before we even got there with all the extras I had to pay. Awful experience.

Negative experience: After booking a holiday package via Groupon. You call bargain late holidays up to confirm the voucher code etc and they give you the holiday date that you asked for but also try selling "better travel plan add ons" They then say they will call you back with a reservation number for the booking you just agreed on . 20 minutes later They all back and tell you unfortunately the option is no longer available however we can make it possible for an extra cost (£280) we can offer a better deal with breakfast etc. When you decline this they do the process again and again with different date's. so far I have been on the phone with them on and off calling them back, them calling me for 3 hour's in total. Finally they have given me some dates that I had to pay an extra 280 for. But again they mentioned I will have to wait 48 hours to make sure all is confirmed. Avoid booking with this company (through Groupon at least) at all costs! Very strange system with what seems made up manipulation at your cost, so they can make more profit.

Negative experience: You get what you pay for! I haven't even traveled for my booked holiday and feel like I'm in scammer hell. I booked on Groupon (which I will NEVER book travel at again after this) and then received a call from "Bargain Late Holidays" to finish my booking. This was strange but I completed the process, after they complete my first booking they advise that my flight will depart late and I'll arrive in Santorini by 11 p.m. (one full day lost) and I'd depart around 11 pm at night and arrive back to London at 1:45 a.m.! Who would want these flight times? So, I ask for a flight that could get me in earlier, they put me on hold and then up sell me for an extra 173 GBP we can be on a morning flight. I proceeded as I knew its non-refundable but immediately felt taken advantage of. I receive my booking and the hotel voucher. I look into the hotel and the pictures look OK until I go on Trip Advisor where the traveler photos look like a prison. Alas, I figure maybe I'll just dish out more money and upgrade my hotel. I've called twice and no one can upgrade me, they keep promising a call back. Every phone experience has been a nightmare, one of the agents was literally yelling at me and I had to ask him to please stop yelling. I was paying my remaining balance and he couldn't get the billing address entered correctly and he kept getting frustrated when the card was declined. It took 30 minutes for him to figure out how to input the address correctly so my bank could clear the funds. He even suggested I use a new card, I kept saying we'll get the same outcome if the address is incorrect. I've now spent over 1,000 GBP and am considering not going on my trip. I can't understand how this is a legitimate business.

Negative experience: Charge you more than the actual price. Middlemen and cheaper going directly with the destination hotel. Dont recommend and dont use them. If you think they are giving you a deal you mighe be cheated.

Negative experience: AVOID THESE ROBBERS! Worst experience booking a trip. Absolute disgrace of a company. I booked Dublin to Lake Garda on Groupon for 4 nights. They booked me a flight to arrive in Milan (168km from the hotel) at 9.30pm with no transport option to the hotel and flight back is at 10am. They then over charge to change the flight for the last 2 remaining seats and when I checked the flights myself, there's loads of seats and it's literally the same price as the other flight time he'd told me. Seems they give this false information to everyone and then charge extra to change flight.

Negative experience: Please avoid this company at all cost. a one star is too good for them it should be more like minus 5. I booked a 4 night stay for myself and my partner to Amsterdam. I saw the deal on Groupon. Just like previous reviews when i phoned up to book with bargain holidays they changed the date of travel. Why I don't know when the trip was not until July, and the specified dates were fine by me. I was charged 170.14 to change the flight times, but only the time of departure. I was then charged £150 to change the hotel they booked me I . Both these hotels were on the offer. Reason given is that the other hotel did not have any rooms only, which was part of the offer. Both these named hotels were part of the deal. I am annoyed with myself. I decided to carry out my own research using the same flight carrier, flght times, dates and accommodation. I have basically overpaid by just under £300. I even checked availablility for the orginal dates included in the offer and there was no problem with flight times or room only acccomodation. I did phone Groupon customer service to complain about this company but they didn''t want to know and referred me back to Bargain Late Holidays who I refuse to speak too. TIP If you see what you believe to be a good deal advertised either through wowchur or Groupon there is always a catch which I foolishly become a victim of. unless, it is for a deal in the UK, I would book all foreign trips yourself. One final, moan is that the peroom I spoke too told me he had given me free hand luggage with thge flight operator. EASYJET. I Was having a bad day that day, never again

Negative experience: My experience with bargain late holidays wasn't great at all, I purchased a 3 night stay in Santorini through Groupon which was fulfilled by  Bargain Late Holidays. When I originally contacted the travel agent I spoke to Toni. He informed me that my arriving flight would be arriving at midnight which I wasn't so happy about, but with much thought I advised him that this would be ok as me and my partner would still have two whole days in Santorini. He pressurised me and continuously advised me to pay an extra £45 per head to amend my flights which would be arriving much earlier. I continued to say no as it would defeat the whole object of my booking the deal for the original price. He then went on to say that I could choose a different date with better flights for an extra £30 per head, however I still declined this offer. He then asked me to give it some thought even though I was still not open to the idea. I told him I would speak to my partner which I did. I called back with my decision to stick to the original deal to find that it was no longer available. He gave me a different option which was Heathrow Airport and too far, I chose different dates and he explained that the original hotel was also not available. I was very angry that this travel agent wanted me to spend extra money for his benefit and even though I continuously said I didn't want to I then felt pressured. In the end he offered me a two night stay instead of three nights with a flight arriving at 8pm which means we will still miss the sunlight and the whole day. He offered me a different Hotel with a pool view for the commiseration. I have researched this hotel on many websites and all the rooms offer a pool view anyway. My holiday has now turned into one whole day instead of two whole days and I am extremely annoyed about this. DON'T BOOK WITH BARGAIN LATE HOLIDAYS YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO GET WHAT YOU WANT!!

Negative experience: Don't book with them!! I paid on wowcher for 2 night stay in a 4 star hotel. They offered me a 3 star boatell with awful times meaning I'd only get a 1 night stay. I've had to pay 150 pounds to get correct flight times to be able to stay for 2 nights!! Customer service is awful and they call you up at 11pm at night.

Negative experience: Do not use this company. Bought a holiday through Groupon through these and they charged me an extra £70 per person for 10kg luggage and breakfast at the hotel, both of which was included anyway after I investigated after! When I tried to complain they were not interested and would not listen.

Negative experience: I had a very similar story like Mike's. We purchased a package from Groupon (Dublin-Paris). In an hour, Bargain Late Holidays called us and stated that the package includes late departure and early morning return, or additional 28% EUR for early morning departure and late night return. Obviously, we wanted to cancel the holiday. However, an agent from Bargain Late Holidays said that we cannot do so as a voucher was already redeemed (we didn't confirm anything at that time). They were using the word 'redeemed' as 'confirmed' even, when nothing has been confirmed. So, we had no other option than to book a holiday. Within the next 30 minutes or so, decided to check for prices through Bargain Late Holidays ourselves and realised that the same holiday with flight times that would suit us can be purchased for the price we purchased from Groupon (not 28%+). By the way, Ryanair 'Dublin-Paris' (included in the package) prices are the same regardless of morning or evening. When, we asked for details to apply for an official complaint, they said that their customer support deals with all customer queries including complaints and final decisions. At this stage, we have opened a claim through ABTA. The flight should be in two months, and we still hope that there should be a consumer protection against such Misleading Practices. If someone knows, how to resolve such cases most effectively, your comments would much appreciated.

Negative experience: Booked with them via Travel Zoo Offer. Arrived at Hotel to find that they had booked us into the incorrect one, We booked Hotel Ambasciatori in Florence, they booked us into Grand Hotel Ambasciatori in Siena! They were quick to give alternative accommodation in Florence. Upton return I composed an email re the inconvenience and extra travelling we had to do to get to the centre. All they have sugguested is to reimburse the taxi to the newly appointed hotel and bus fees for the duration of the trip. Gesture of good will they called it! Spencer is the man dealing with it and he just talked over me and accused me of not listening. FInal offer is the travelling fees and a % discount when we use them again! Like we would ever consider them.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We got a Mystery Christmas Market break via Groupon, but the flights and hotel they gave us were nothing but a complete joke! They booked us on late outbound flights (landing at 23:30) and early return flights (Departing 06:00). They offered to change the flights to earlier times, but at a cost of DOUBLE THE FARE the official airlines had on their website, that's on top of the price of the package paid already! The hotel they gave us had so many negative reviews, that I had no choice but to change accommodation... AT MY EXPENSE AGAIN! The reviews for this hotel state there are bed bugs everywhere, with photos to backup these claims. But yet when I complained about the package they gave us, all they went on to say was that it's a decent 3 star hotel and I can't have my money back. They clearly have no idea what they are selling people, and just want your money! I would never use this company again. I cannot believe they sell this "deal". It's nothing but a complete con! AVOID AVOID AVOID! For reference, the hotel they gave us was Hotel Azurea in Nice, France. Take a look around and see the reviews for yourself!
